Hi, everybody.
You ready for your step workout today with me?
You're marching right left behind your bench.
We're keeping the move simple today,
but we're still going to work hard.
I'm going to make you sweat.
I promise.
OK, give me a basic.
Up and down.
Nice job.
Keep an eye on that bench.
Full foot is up on the bench when you step up.
Nice job.
Keep it up.
All right, we're going to do seven more here.
Four, seven, six.
Good.
Woo.
Three more.
Three, two.
Step knee on the corner.
Knees corner to corner.
OK, arms.
However you like.
Get your feet first.
I want your legs strong.
Nice, strong movements, right?
OK, good.
Back up.
Basic left.
Up and down here.
Good job.
Thank you so much to those of you
who have subscribed to my channel.
It's free.
I really appreciate your support.
If you haven't, consider subscribing.
I'm putting up a new workout every week.
OK, good job.
Now, one more basic.
Step knee.
Step knee, corner, corner.
Looks good.
How are you feeling today?
You feeling strong?
Really judge how you feel right now and work at your level.
OK, every day is different.
Basics, basics.
Every day is different.
Five, four.
You got to respect your body, right?
Three, two.
Ham on the corner.
Ham's corner, corner.
Good job.
That's definitely something I've learned.
It's to learn to respect your body.
Does a lot for you.
Looks good.
OK, back to your basics.
Seven, six.
How you feeling?
I'm having so much fun.
I hope you are too.
Three, two.
Ham on the corner.
Ham's corner, corner.
Nice job.
Feeling good.
Feeling strong.
Good job, everyone.
Four more.
Three more.
OK, back to your basics.
Up, up, down, down.
Looks good.
Nice work.
Kick on the corner.
Kick, corner, corner.
So we've been going for a little bit.
If you're ready to make your movements a little bigger,
now's the time.
Bigger movements, bigger heart rate.
Basics, basics.
Bigger heart rate, burning more calories, right?
OK, three more.
Three, two.
Kick on the corner.
Kick, corner, corner.
Of course, burning calories isn't everything, right?
You're building your endurance, increasing your strength.
Oh, I love it.
OK, everybody.
Basics.
How's this feeling?
Good.
I bet you're amazing.
I wish I could see you.
You can send me a picture.
Side leg on the corner.
Side leg, corner, corner.
I do enjoy seeing your sweaty selfies.
You know that, though, right?
Here we go.
Woo.
Two more.
All right, everybody.
Back to your basic.
Woo.
Are you working hard?
Good, good.
You're doing this for you.
Oh, you're taking care of yourself.
And I love that.
Side leg.
Side leg, corner, corner.
Woo.
Nice job.
Woo-hoo.
Feeling good.
Having some fun while we're at it, right?
OK, back to your basics.
Are you breathing?
Good.
Three more.
Three.
One more.
Leg back on the corner.
Leg back, corner, corner.
Now, I'm using two arms, shooting them forward.
If that feels funny, do what feels good for you.
I like to shoot two forward.
Helps balance, I think.
All right, back to your basics.
Seven, six.
I'm so glad you're here.
Three more.
Three, two.
Leg back.
Leg back, corner, corner.
Now, we're going to go back to one more set of basics.
But I'm going to introduce a new move
that I haven't done for a while.
It's nothing fancy.
It's kind of fun, though.
Back to your basics.
Seven.
It's called an insole.
You're going to reach for the bottom of your heel
as you step up.
Don't worry.
It's like a knee lift, but the knee turns out a little bit.
Insole, insole.
You got it?
Good job.
Bigger arm, only if you like.
Bigger arms, really big.
Woo, we're warm now.
Use those big arms.
Basics.
Good.
Six, five, four, oh yeah, three, two.
OK, insole this way.
Insole, corner, corner.
You're reaching for that heel, right?
Just touch it if you can.
You don't have to.
Feeling good.
Now, we're going to change.
I want everybody, give me a V step.
Widen down.
Just stay here.
Woo, just get used to this.
So it's just like a basic.
The legs go wide, down, down.
How's it feel?
Knees are soft.
Swing the arms, swing the arms.
Seven, five, four, yes.
I like the V step.
Change it up a little bit, right?
One more.
Single knee on the corner.
Knees corner, corner.
Yes.
How's it going?
You're working hard.
You're working strong.
You're doing this for you.
Yes.
Back to your V steps.
You deserve this.
You deserve this time to make yourself feel good,
to make yourself feel strong.
You're worth it.
I hope you know that.
Seven more.
Seven, six.
If you don't like the V steps, you
can always keep them at a basic, just for your information.
One more V. Single knee, single knee, corner, corner.
Woo, you may find I changed my arm patterns a little bit.
It's OK.
Just do what feels good, what you like to do.
OK, to the top.
V steps, seven, seven.
Are you sweating?
I am.
I'll be honest.
Two hams on the corner.
Ham, corner, corner.
Ah, feeling good.
Nice job.
Here we go.
All right.
Keep it up, keep it up.
You got this.
Back to your V steps.
Nice job.
And the beauty is, you can always come back another day.
Get as far as you can, and then come back and try again.
Ham curl, ham, corner, corner.
Make it work for you.
Pause me when you need to.
Grab a drink when you need to.
That's OK.
If you're making it your workout, you've got this.
Come on, everybody.
V step, V step.
Woo.
Give me three more.
How you feeling?
Two, one more.
Kick on the corner.
Kick, corner, corner.
Now, by now, I'd like to make those kicks pretty strong,
if that feels good for you.
I'm even punching it out a little bit.
Yes.
Feels good.
Back to your V steps.
Seven, six.
Soft knees.
Watching that bench, especially when you get tired.
Keep an eye on that bench.
Good.
Single kick.
Kick, corner, corner.
Are you punching it out?
Boom.
Yes.
Nice job, everybody.
Two more.
Now, back to your V steps.
V steps.
Yes.
Now, this time, changing the move.
One more.
Leg back.
Leg back, corner, corner.
Woo.
Nice job.
How's it feeling?
I'm sure you're great.
I'm so proud of you for being here today.
And thanks for being with me.
OK.
V step, V step.
Three more, three more.
Looking good.
One more.
Leg back.
Leg back, corner, corner.
Are you hanging in there?
Good.
We've been going for a little while.
We've got a little more to go.
So make it strong.
Make it count because it's a quick workout, right?
Back to your V step.
Good.
Three more.
Three, two, side leg on the corner.
Side leg, corner, corner.
Big, big arms.
Good.
Nice work.
Woo.
Two more.
You got this.
Back to your V step.
Woo.
Nice job, everybody.
Three, two, side legs.
Side leg, corner, corner.
You got this.
I'm breathing.
We're working hard today, yes?
Now, two more.
You're going to go back.
Last set of V steps.
Remember the insole?
That's coming up.
And three more V steps.
Three, two, insole, insole, corner, corner.
I like the big arms here.
If you have a low ceiling, do what feels good for you.
So you don't scrape your hands.
Two more.
Last set.
V step, V step.
Six, five.
You're awesome.
Three more.
Three, two, insole, insole, corner, corner.
Woo.
How you doing?
This is it for this section, for this segment.
Good.
Two more.
Now, everybody, give me knees, corner, corner.
Good.
Now, to finish out, we're going to do a move.
You can take it low impact or high.
We'll start with the low, tap, corner, corner.
Tap.
So step up, tap, down, down.
This is your first option.
If you want to stay here, no problem.
If you want, I'm going to jump up.
Call it a jump shot.
Both feet get up on the bench, only if you like.
Is it too much?
Keep it at the tap.
You choose.
OK, everybody, back to the taps.
How'd that feel?
How about two more sets?
We'll see how we do.
Are you ready?
Keep it at the tap.
Or if you want to come, jump shot, corner, corner.
Jump shot.
Do what feels good for you.
Keep an eye on that bench.
Yes.
Two more.
OK, we've got one more set.
Tap, corner, corner.
Work up to it.
Do it with me if you can.
That's OK.
It's your workout.
Build up.
You are strong.
Last set, here we go.
Tap or jump shot.
Come on.
Finish it up.
Seven.
If you have a low ceiling, you can give it a bicep curl,
four, three, two, tap, corner, corner.
Yes.
Oh, you should feel good.
Bring that heart rate down a little bit.
You'll feel even better.
Two more.
All right, everybody, march on the floor.
March.
Yes.
Step touch right, left.
Oh, you are awesome.
Nice job today, everybody.
Are you sweating?
Hold the marches wide.
I am.
Hopefully, you are too.
Four, three, quiet the feet.
Roll it down, head above the heart.
Roll it up, really round the back to the ceiling.
Shoulder rolls.
Oh, feels good.
Roll it down and up.
Woo, shoulder rolls.
Yes.
Now quickly, heel up on the bench.
Nice big inhale.
Sit back.
Going into a ham stretch.
Good.
And roll it up.
Flatten that toe.
Back heel to the floor.
Right here.
If you like, chest stretch.
Release the hands.
Step in.
Step off.
Heel up.
Nice big inhale.
Sit back.
Oh, feels good.
Lengthen out.
Roll it up.
Flatten that toe.
Back heel to the floor.
Stay.
Hands on hips.
Or if you like, fold forward.
Always feels so good to separate those shoulder blades.
Release the hands.
Step in.
Step off.
Nice big inhale.
Exhale.
Oh, you're awesome.
See you soon.
