The Box Hop Airbnb Tour Shipping Container Home

What is up, guys? Today we're at the Box Hop. It's an Airbnb located in Hocking Hills, really close to Old Man's Cave. It's about an hour-ish from Chillicothe. Guys, this place is beautiful. This place is packed out for the rest of the year. There's only a couple nights available. It's a three shipping container unit home, and it's very, very beautiful, very well done, and we're going to give you a tour of that today. Guys, this place is huge. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted to the dining area and the living area. The kitchen is way in the back, but in the dining and living room area, the natural light is amazing. The natural lighting mainly comes from these sliding doors that take up mainly the entire wall, and it lights up the living and dining room area. In the dining room area, you have this handcrafted, one-of-a-kind unique dining table that can seat like eight people with some lights above it, and then you move on to the living room. It has enough room for a full-size couch, a gas fireplace on the wall, along with a flat-screen TV, along with a seating area for reading or for whatever you want to do if you want to drink your coffee in the morning, whatever you want. And on the other side is a spiral staircase that has plenty of room for me to walk up with comfort, with ease, and that leads you to the second floor, which is the third container. But before you get there, you can see the beautiful accents in the living room and dining room area, the nice rustic steel behind the fireplace and the TV. Also, you got the nice rustic beam that is on the ceiling up here. Beautiful little accents, if you ask me. Also, the tones and everything match perfectly in this place. Let's go back into the kitchen, and I'll show you there. As you can see in the kitchen, I'm standing right here. There's plenty of space. You want to have like three or four people if you're just all trying to do something, get your drinks, get your food, do whatever. There's plenty of space, plenty of countertop space, as well. It has a full-size sink. It has a stove top with an oven, and it also has a full size microwave. The amenities does not stop there, though, in this kitchen. It also has shelves of dishes, of decor. Makes this place look beautiful. You even got a magnetic knife strip up here. Roast provides their coffee at the box shop, which is delicious. It is top notch. The kitchen also has a lot of natural lighting from this window and from this door. Also, this kitchen has a pretty awesome vibe to it. You can see with the refrigerator. This is a pretty awesome looking refrigerator. It has a lot of accent colors to it, and it just really fits along with everything else in this kitchen. It has a really nice feel to it. This kitchen also has a hidden dishwasher. You open this up, boom! You got all your dishes right there. Also, on the first floor, right next to the front door, you're greeted with the first bedroom. This bedroom is very aesthetically pleasing. It has great natural light. It has three windows, two up top, and one on the side. Everything has a really nice neutral color palette to it. The bed is definitely big enough for two people or whatever you need. It's not like a twin-size bed or anything, which is what you might think, but no. Each bedroom has a nice full-size bed to it, and the accents in this room are just fantastic. Now, this room leads to the bathroom. There's a door in here, but I'm going to open up this door to the bathroom. This is the first bathroom. This is the full bath, and this bathroom is 100% up-to-date and very aesthetically pleasing. As you can just see for yourself, it has a full bathtub with a shower with nice tiling located all around it. It even has a window in here that lets in some additional lighting, but everything in this bathroom is just perfect. Now that we're on the second level, the other two bedrooms and other bathroom are up here. The two bedrooms are on each side of the container. As soon as you walk into either one, you can see that there's a huge window that takes up that whole wall over there. That, I think, is the best feature about these bedrooms. It lets in so much light. You can see the beautiful nature and scenery all around you, and there's nothing even around you. All you see is trees and everything, and it's beautiful. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated. The one bedroom has this neon light on the wall. This is super sick and super modern-looking. I love it so much. Great for photos or whatever you want to do. The bathroom up here is very similar to one on bottom. It just doesn't have a bathtub, but the feel and the aesthetics are very similar, that black and white with the tile feel. Now, when you first walk up the stairs, you're greeted to this seating area with this huge window, but on the other side of the wall is this huge garage door that opens right into the rooftop patio. It can't get any better than this. The rooftop patio has seats. You can do whatever you want up here. It's great for the summertime when you want to just open this up and let the air flow in, and it just lets in a lot of light, and it just feels very open and very spacious up here, and really anywhere you want to be. So, I walked out to this rooftop area. As you can see, the garage door is open back there. Plenty of space, but there's also a spiral staircase right in front of me that leads you up to here from the front porch. Now, let's talk about the front porch and that area a little bit. The front porch is elongated across the entire side of this place, and it has a nice, beautiful seating area when you first walk up to it, and as you walk back, you might see a little something extending out. Well, that is an outdoor hot tub greeted with this little walkway with these beautiful lights around it for a great experience either in the winter or the summer with this hot tub out here. Enjoy it in the night, enjoy it in the day, and you get the total feel of being surrounded by the nature and the beautiful trees whenever you're in this. Now, whenever you walk back, of course, you'll see the spiral staircase that leads up to this rooftop area. Oh, and there's also a grill for any grilling out or whatever you want to do.
