Bulls Fan Reacts to Lonzo Ball Injury Update

Eight months after Lonzo Ball underwent surgery on a torn left meniscus, Zoe will undergo arthroscopic debridement on that same knee. This news broke yesterday and the team announced he will be reevaluated in four to six weeks. And I think obviously all you guys know I'm a Bowles fan and this is something that just really really sucks. That meniscus injury, that was supposed to keep him out for a couple months last season, then he ended up suffering multiple setbacks and was finally shut down back in April. Let me just say this loud and clear, the Bulls are going nowhere until they can get their 24 year old point guard healthy. As a team they were 24 and 23 without Lonzo last season and that's with DeMar having a career year. Now here's my thing, I'm actually somewhat optimistic about this news on Lonzo. At least there is a timeline and what we all hope to be a solution. Of course I wish it didn't have to come to this, but at least we don't have the same BS updates over and over again. Lonzo Ball's recovery, not at the speed the Bulls like. This whole situation just sucks. And the city of Chicago and point guards and knee injuries, it just seems like it never ever ends. I'm wishing Lonzo nothing but a speedy recovery. Hopefully we can see Zo back on the court soon. The only good news is the Bulls have a lot of talent at the guard position, but multiple players are going to need to step up.
