IT'S BITTERSWEET ｜｜ A BIG UPDATE ｜｜ LARGE FAMILY VLOG

Good morning everybody. It is Sunday morning. It's June 26 and that means we are getting ready to go pick our two oldest girls up at church camp today. They come home at 1. So we're all getting ready. I'm doing breakfast for me and Josh here. We usually like our eggs in the morning. So I'm going to do our breakfast and we're getting all the kids chicken minis on the way there. So they're excited. That was like a motivator for them to get up and get ready. So most kids are ready. I need to dress Everly and Millie, finish up breakfast, do a little cleanup, and then we are out the door. Ready for lunch? Alright, so we had a little bit of change of plans y'all. I completely forgot that today is Sunday, which means Chick-fil-a is closing Sundays, which meant no chicken minis for the kids. So what we done is we just ran the food line and got some cereal bars, some water, bananas, things like that. So they kind of snacked on the way here but now we're here and we have stopped for lunch at Zach's. Everybody's starving and ready to get out of the car and stretch their legs, right? So anyway, we're going to have lunch here and then we're going to go pick the girls up. Y'all ready to pick sissies up? Yeah, I miss them. Amy! Amy, pick that blanket up! You're welcome. What do you think? Daddy, look at the side of your car. You're welcome. And you got an e-mirror right here. Look in your closet. Alright, so it's a little while later now. We've been home for probably about two hours now. We showed the girls their room. They were so excited to have their own room. So excited. So anyway, it is almost six and we have a Vacation Bible School meeting at six at church. So we are leaving again real quick to go do that and then I don't know how long that will take. Hopefully no more than like an hour, hour and a half. And then we'll come back home for the evening. Alright, you ready Holly? Let's go. We went to our Vacation Bible School meeting. That's over. We just had dinner. I'm actually in the basement with all the little kids. They're playing and let Millie play for a few minutes before I get her ready for bed. And I meant to say that my two oldest girls had so much fun at camp. They really, really enjoyed it and are looking forward to going back again. There's no way to sit down here. I've got all my little ones down on their gymnastics mat. They've got their little frozen karaoke machine out. So they're down here having fun. But I think since this vlog is not very long. I didn't get to vlog a whole lot today because she's been so busy. I'm going to turn this vlog from night into morning. So I will see y'all in the morning. Alright y'all. So it is not the next day. It is actually the day after that. It's now Tuesday. It's June the 28th. Oh and also Millie is 11 months old today. She'll be one next month. That is so hard to believe and if y'all are wondering why I look like a cow with my cow print shirt and my cow print earrings. We are having Vacation Bible School this week. Tonight is the first night and it is a farm theme. So I'm trying to kind of play along with the park. So I've got on my cow shirt, my cow earrings. Anyway, we're excited about that. It's gonna be lots of fun. But anyway, I am about to get lunch started. All the kids are outside. They are trying to round up the chickens. They are getting out of like the fence now and they're just kind of like roaming the yard. Which is fine because our dog doesn't bother, bother the chickens. Thankfully Willie doesn't bother them. But we don't want them going to the neighbor's yard and stuff. So the girls are out there trying to get them back into the fence and Josh left to go set some stuff up for Vacation Bible School. So while I have a quiet few minutes, I wanted to update you real quick on YouTube and what you can expect from my YouTube channel. So anyway, y'all know that I post five days a week, Monday through Friday, 7 p.m. Eastern time. Which has been great and I love doing that. I have been enjoying posting five days a week. I love doing it. But it is a lot of work and with me having so many little ones. Millie is getting mobile now. She's crawling into everything. She'll be walking for a long. We have a busy summer with church activities and different things. And in August, we're going to start back to homeschool and I'll be homeschooling all of my children this year. It's just a lot on my plate. And with all of that being said, I have been praying a lot about this before I said anything so that I can make the right decision. I've just been kind of talking to the Lord. Like how much should I post? When should I post? Things like that. Because I want to, I want to continue YouTube but I don't want to, I don't want to quit it completely. But I know that I can't be scattered thin in all areas of my life. I need to give my all and be in present for my family and homeschooling. And YouTube doesn't take a lot from that. But when you're posting five days a week, it does take time to sit down and edit the video every single day. And I'm the kind of person, if I get behind and miss a day, I kind of get stressed out. Because when I tell you that I'm going to do something, I want to be able to do it. So anyway, with all of this being said, I am going to cut down my videos to one day a week. I'm going to start posting every Monday at 7 p.m eastern time. So the time's not changing but the day of the week is. I'm just going to post one day a week. And you can expect longer videos when I do post. I'll probably do like week in the life. I'll still be sharing my homeschool curriculum. I'll still be sharing family updates, family vlogs. All the things that I share now on this channel, I'll still be sharing in longer videos on every Monday at 7 p.m. So I hope all of you understand. And I know that most of you will because you're all so supportive and encouraging. And I just I've made lots of friendships through YouTube and through comments and things like that. But as of right now in this season of life, you can expect a video every single Monday 7 p.m. So anyway, I wanted to give an update on that real quick. I hope that all of you will still continue to support me and my channel and stay subscribed. And if you're brand new here and you're just now watching for the first time, I would love if you would subscribe and become part of our YouTube family. You just heard that I'll be posting one day a week every Monday at 7 p.m. So I hope that y'all would still continue to join me. Y'all give me video ideas as well. What do you love to see? She's got on her overalls back there and her little braids looking so cute for vacation. But anyway, I think that's going to be it for this vlog. I wanted to get y'all that update out there. With that being said, with it being Tuesday night, this will be my last vlog for the week and I'm only posting this one so that I can get the word out there so you're not like, where's she at all week?
