Oh, look at that.
All you can eat lobsters here at The Perfect Storm.
I've only had one bite of it, and I can already tell.
This is all you can eat lobster like no other.
Hey guys, welcome back to my channel.
This is Steve from Rockstar Eater
coming to you with another rocking episode.
And I am out here in Redondo Beach,
a gorgeous day out by the ocean,
and I am going to be checking out another hotspot today.
This, my friends, is a hidden gem in Los Angeles,
but it won't stay secret for too much longer,
and you'll see why.
This is a seafood restaurant that I am at tonight
called The Perfect Storm.
Now, this isn't any ordinary seafood restaurant.
This restaurant specializes in all you can eat lobsters.
Oh yeah, you heard that right.
It's really high quality, all you can eat lobsters
that run from Wednesday to Saturday, I believe.
And yes, it is kind of expensive
because it's $100 plus per person,
but you're gonna be getting some really delicious,
fresh made lobsters that you can eat.
So if you guys wanna see one of the best
seafood experiences you can have in LA,
possibly the best all you can eat lobsters,
you've come to the right episode.
So stick all the way to the end
so I can show you this amazing lobster feast
that I'm about to have here
at this special restaurant in Redondo Beach.
And also, if you're new to this channel,
take a moment right now to hit that subscribe button,
as well as the notification bell
because I post these food and travel videos weekly
you don't wanna miss out on.
So go ahead, do that right now,
and it's time to go in and eat some of those lobsters.
Here we go.
I am here in the kitchen right now,
and this is Mike right here
grilling away the lobsters.
And this is insane because on an average night,
they can do about, from what I heard,
350 or 360 lobsters.
Yikes.
Yeah, people are going crazy when they come here
because this is really one of the hottest lobster experiences
that you can have here in Southern California.
Like I said, a hotspot, hidden gem.
The word is gonna get out,
and I'm glad that I'm here before it does
to really enjoy this.
So this is our charred butter on there.
Yeah.
So it's a mixture of black garlic,
red pepper, green pepper, brown onion.
Yeah.
Green scallions, we char it all.
Yeah.
And then what we do is we whip into the butter
a little lemon, a little salt and pepper.
Yeah, after about four or five minutes,
you see how beautifully cooked it is,
nicely grilled and charred with very simple seasonings,
and you're good to go.
Famous shrimp cocktail, man.
Shrimp cocktail, got it.
Oh, let's see that.
That's big, man.
And by the way, this is Todd right here,
the other owner here at Perfect Storm.
Welcome.
This is indeed going to be the perfect storm lobster meal.
These lobsters are flown in daily from Maine,
and it comes live too.
Have you ever heard of that in an all-you-can-eat buffet
or restaurant that has lobsters?
I mean, this is really unheard of,
but I got to warn you guys,
this meal is not cheap because today on Thursday,
it's about $125 a person if you go with this.
The price is different every day,
so you might want to check on the website
depending on what day you come.
But if you come on a Thursday, $125,
you can get these fresh lobsters that are flown in,
they're alive, and it's going to taste awesome basically.
So let me show you what you get as part of the meal,
starting with this.
Actually, let's start here.
This is the Old Bay French fries.
I always love some good solid fries.
And on this tray,
I'm going to show you some very unique stuff
like this one, Squid Ink New England Rolls.
Have you ever seen a roll that was made with squid ink?
Oh no, you haven't, right?
You're supposed to take this and dip it into this crab dip,
which has a buttery taste from what I heard.
And then there's also the blistered green beans,
which I don't think I've had it made this way before.
Shrimp cocktail, yes, along with the cocktail sauce,
which I heard is a little bit sweet.
Some ranch sauce, awesome, awesome.
And then going to the right side,
this is the main attraction.
Look at all this lobster in this tub right here
with the butter and with the lemon right here
that's been grilled, which always makes it so delicious.
That's definitely fresh.
Oh, of course it is, because they just made it.
And they seasoned it so perfectly
with this base spice, I think.
Yeah, kind of salty, but it's good though.
Really good solid fries.
You also have to have your healthy stuff too.
They have the blistered beans right here.
First time eating it cooked like this.
Mm, good.
I like it because it's crunchy
and it's a little smoky.
All around, very pleasant taste.
The vegetables definitely add a good balance
to this whole thing.
So don't skip out on the green beans.
You could eat this by itself,
but they said to me, dip it in the crab dip,
this special crab dip here.
Okay, so I mean, by itself,
it still tastes pretty good, I think.
But I'm going to dip it in plenty of this crab dip.
Mm, that is rich.
I don't think I've had a crab dip like this before.
This is pretty awesome.
If I weren't eating the lobsters,
I could sit here and eat this crab dip
with some of this squid ink bread all day long.
Yes, this is always a nice thing to have
as part of the meal.
Mm, wow, that's tasty.
This is house-made sauce, it tastes so good.
Something about it tastes really fresh.
It's a good recipe.
It has the right amount of sweetness
and saltiness inside and creaminess.
Man, that is good.
I think this is probably the freshest,
all-you-can-eat lobster you're gonna have,
not just in LA, but in a lot of places.
Ooh, it's smoking hot.
Yeah, it's still very hot.
See, it even comes with a huge claw, too.
That's why they give you the crackers,
so you can crack this thing.
Just be careful, because this is so hot.
Definitely going to put that grilled lemon on it,
along with some butter.
So yes, this is very all-American.
Mm, I can taste that freshness.
It tastes just like the sea.
I can already tell, this is probably,
really, one of the best, if not the best,
lobsters that I had in an all-you-can-eat experience.
Wow, it just tastes so fresh.
So fresh, the chew to it is really good.
I like the charred smokiness to it.
Ooh, yeah, put some strength into it,
then you'll break it.
And be sure to clear the splash zone,
because it does have juice that squirts.
And it's a good thing they give you
these little utensil forks to pull it out.
Yep, more butter.
Be very generous with that butter.
Oh, that is so good.
Oh, man.
Yeah, you want to eat all-you-can-eat of this.
This is amazing.
It really does taste like food that you would eat
at one of those fairly nice sit-down restaurants.
I don't eat all-you-can-eat lobsters that taste like this.
Really, this is no joke.
This is like taking all-you-can-eat lobsters
to a brand new level.
So that's why this place is truly
one-of-a-kind in Los Angeles.
Some of these claws are really hard to break,
so definitely put effort into it,
because you do want to eat the meat
that's inside the claws.
You don't want this to go to waste,
because this is perfectly good, juicy meat right there.
Yeah, no wasting this, guys.
And once again, plenty of this grilled lemon and butter.
And there you have your blissful lobster experience.
Oh, so good.
How many of these lobsters can you eat?
I'd love to hear your story.
Drop a comment below.
When you eat this, you really feel like
you're out somewhere nice,
like having a backyard barbecue
or on some vacation by the beach or something.
It's fabulous.
Were you ready for another round of lobsters?
Oh yeah, let's do it.
We're gonna get more.
Oh yeah.
I'm just gonna finish this off and enjoy it.
But I want to say, guys,
this has been truly an amazing experience.
So yeah, when you're here in the Redondo Beach area,
definitely come to this restaurant.
Make reservations because this is gonna be
like the greatest all-you-can-eat lobster experience
you're gonna have, especially here in Los Angeles.
Once again, the prices are different every day,
so look on the website.
Thursdays, I know, is about $125.
But man, if you can eat a lot of these,
I think this is gonna be your spot right here.
So remember that.
Here at Perfect Store, the best all-you-can-eat lobsters
you can find in town.
Come here before this restaurant explodes in popularity.
All right, guys, so before I close out this episode,
I want to mention Todd here.
Once again, the awesome owner here at Perfect Storm.

which you are, by the way,

and he's gonna take really good care of you.
