Can We REUSE Our Sifted Rock Pieces? (Chicken Garden Day 140)

Well here we are. Back at it again. It's day 140. Wow. Whoa. I didn't think it would take this long. No. We're at 140 days and. Almost almost done covering the backs. It's gonna be a little bit longer So today we have the outer side of the outer circle on the east side that is in shade and we got to fill in all those holes around the header lintel area and around the actual screen openings. That's it. That's what we're working on. The outside of the east facing east side outer circle wall. I know exactly what you're saying. Yep. Yep. Also another thing that we need to do is go ahead and cut those boards down at the entrance to the same level as the buttress so that we can plaster straight across because we don't need them sticking up above the buttress. Like I'm going to get everybody trowels so that we can all practice because we all, no, not your specialized trowel, just a trowel. You can burn your initials on it yourself. I'm going to get everybody a trowel so that you guys can all have lots of practice on this because I'm not doing it all by myself. I can catch my breath from chasing you. We just have five on the inside. So five lentil headers left and then the one on the inner circle. We're so close and we still have to cover up the bags on the top of the chicken run. And as you can see, we've already put these rocks on so that we can dome up over them. Is that going to be like the next phase or you wanted to get the lentil? I want to get all the bags covered and then we'll go to covering up and doming things. I think, I think it's going to go pretty quick. I love that you keep saying that. I know three weeks, three weeks later, that's going to go pretty quick. We're like, Oh, this is not a problem. This is going to go great. No, but we're, I mean, we're so close to having every single surface covered, which is crazy. It was neat to like stand back here as the sun is dipping down and the sky is turning purple and we're looking at the color of it. It's exactly what we want. Yeah. Everybody keeps asking, are we going to paint it? Are we going to tent the, the mix? And no, this is exactly what we want. We want it to blend into the environment and look like it's just risen out of the ground. Subtle. We're going for subtle. Yeah. Even though it's massive and a little ridiculous. It's hard to see it though. Like if, if you're just looking on the property, you'd have to like really look for this. Right. Which is exactly what we want. Camouflage. Yeah. Desert camo as we like to call it. What if we tinted it camo colors? That's okay. No, guys, we're keeping it simple. So tomorrow, no, Monday, tomorrow we got a lot of stuff, but Monday we'll be back working on finishing up the inside of those frames and covering up the rest of the backs. I think we can get that done probably Monday, which means if we do, Tuesday's adding the rocks to the top of the chicken run. Right. Doming up. And then we're just done. Once we dome it, we can start the exterior plaster. So hopefully by next week we will have at least put some final plaster. I just can't even believe that. That's crazy. We got to decide where we're going to start. We're going to start in the chicken coop or we're going to start in the run. Geez. Because I have a few things that I want to test out. So I'm kind of leaning towards starting in the coop so I can test in there because that's less critical. Yes. That makes sense. And then maybe moving to the outside, depending on how our test goes. Sure. Who knows? It's all up in the air. It's a long way away. One step at a time. Not that far away. It's a few days away. Be here before we know it. Okay. It's been a long week. Yeah.
