NEW YORK METS EXTEND FRANCISCO LINDOR 10 YEARS $341M! | METS FAN REACTION

Yo, what is good Mets nation welcome back to Mets media We just got breaking news the New York Mets have signed Francisco Lindor to a 10-year 341 million dollar contract Wow, I am so hyped up right now. I want to give you guys my initial reaction I literally just looked at my phone and saw it turn on my camera. This is my raw reaction Happy birthday to me because I'm turning 23 at midnight and I thought this is gonna be a terrible birthday because I'm like Francisco Lindor is not gonna get Extended but here we are Wow, what a rollercoaster of a week leading up to this Francisco Lindor contract extension Everything coming out from the Steve Cohen dinner with Francisco Lindor on Saturday I thought it was gonna get done and then we we find out what he's offering 10 years 30 325 million dollars and we all think at that moment like okay No way Lindor is turning that down, right? And then we find out literally a half hour after that report that Francisco Lindor wants more 12 years 385 million and ever since that report it's been two days of just stale. No one knows what's going to happen No one thinks that anything is going to happen between Lindor and the Mets Every report saying that no one's calling each other and I honestly was losing hope. I'm like, nope I guess Lindor is not gonna be a Met. This is gonna be a disaster People are gonna boom in Citi Field, which would have been crazy if people done that did that I would never do that. I just want to say that but Who cares because Francisco Lindor comes to an agreement with the New York Mets? and this is so big for the Mets because if they let Francisco Lindor walk out of this Mets team next year free agency after trading all of our shortstop prospects in Jimenez and Rosario and all that good stuff that we gave up Letting him leave would have been so bad for the Mets and this is so big because I Honestly was getting really scared and I did not want to watch this Met season looking at Francisco Lindor not thinking that he's our franchise Guy not thinking that that is our new face of the franchise and he's going to be a Met for life but now all of my fears went out the window because Francisco Lindor is a New York Met for the rest of his career for the next 10 years for three hundred and forty one million Dollars, I'm so happy that they came to this agreement because I was getting really worried and I honestly would have felt not that good Tomorrow watching this Mets game opening day against the Washington Nationals every time Francisco Lindor would have came up at bat I would have felt a little deep sadness. I'm like, ah, I can't believe it. He's going to free agency He's gone, but man, I'm so excited. Wow. I did not expect this. I really did not expect this I just coming off a really heartbreaking loss for my New York Knicks and I get this breaking news and it's about to be my birthday So I'm jumping for joy. Thank you guys so much for tuning into this video This is my raw reaction comment down below your reaction to this because I am Jubilant right now. I don't even know what else to say Francisco Lindor is a New York Met for the rest of his life the new face of the franchise. Mr. Smile. Let's go Let's go Mets the opening days tomorrow. Oh my god.
