So we're here at the Hilton Head National RV Resort and you've got to check this out.
I wanted to show you around because this place is awesome. I'm going to let you know the ins and
outs and stay to the end of the video because I'm going to give you some things to do around the
area. The property is located just five minutes from Hilton Head Island. Situated on 97 acres
with so many things to love about this property, the friendly staff just adds to the experience.
All the sites have 30 and 60 amp water and sewer. There are large concrete sites with fire pits and
either a picnic table or a bar-like table at the Water's Edge site. Water Edge is an adult-only
area that has its own pool. Now we're here at the Water's Edge and we are in site 230
and we are people that like to have a view. Now while we are on the end here, we do have a view
of this little lake that's right here that does have alligators in it because I saw one this
morning. Our section here in Water's Edge, there is a main gate that you have to get a key card to
go through it but Water's Edge also has another gate to get into it. So you're not going to have
anybody riding around that's not supposed to be over here. So these are probably some of the nicest
bathrooms I think I have ever seen. Look at these great places to do your makeup and your hair and
they have blow dryers for you. Wow, super nice. There are two pools. The main pool has a large
lazy river, beach entry area, and also a main pool for swim and laps. The second pool is for
the Water's Edge guests only. Hey, why are you turning me around? Out here by the pool, they have these nice
cabanas that you can rent for $95 a day. They have a fan and they have a tv in them. Out by the pool,
they have a restaurant that you can order food from. We even ordered a pizza one night and took
it back to the camper and there's also a pool bar. The Hilton Head National Golf Course is adjacent
to the resort and can be accessed by the property. While it was closed for the aeration while we were
there, several of the people staying had played a few days prior and said it was super nice.
For pet lovers, there is a two acre securely enclosed dog park. This dog park is one of a kind.
The park provides separate play area for large and small dogs plus complimentary professional
wash stations. This property is set up for your furry friends. They even gave out treats when we
arrived. There is a great play area for kids with turf and tons of things for the kids to play on
and even a sunshade area. There is a state-of-the-art game room where you can load a card for the kids
to play all the games they want. There is a pickleball and a basketball court. Just go to the
They do have a gym and it does have treadmills and some weight machines.
There are two laundry areas, one in the main area and one at the private area of Water's Edge.
No change needed here. With these state-of-the-art washer and dryers, they take credit cards.
Also, if you're staying in the Water's Edge, they give you a card and it's free. So one great thing
about staying here at the Water's Edge, you get free laundry. They give you a card when you check in
and as long as you turn the card back in, it's free. If you forget to turn the card back in,
it's $25. But I'm washing clothes today. If you love to get out and walk in the mornings, they
have a two-mile walking trail around the park. Now, while you're here to get around, you can rent your
own golf cart. The dogs love riding around in this and I'm sure if you had kids, they would love it
too. There's plenty parking at all the pools for golf cart only. Now, one thing that I really like
about this place is the fact that you don't need any money. Anytime you're on the premises,
you can just use your cards they give you and everything goes on that card.
Golf has been part of the life of Hilton Head Island since 1962. Today, Hilton Head Island is
the home to more than 23 championship golf courses, both public and private. Designed
by renowned golf architects like Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicholson. So it's not hard
to find the perfect place to play. Play in the sand, frolic in the surf, walk along the sandy
shores of the Atlantic Ocean, and bask on more than 12 miles of scenic beach. Dogs during the summer
are allowed up to 10 a.m. and after 5 p.m. One of the most fun things that we have ever done was at
Hilton Head Speedboat Tours. You will get to speed along in the intercoastal waterways and even slow
down to see the many dolphins that hang out there. Tanger Outlets are located just across the street
from the RV Resort. With 85 outlet stores, it's a great place to stop if shopping is something you
love to do. Just less than an hour drive away, you can explore Savannah, this charming seaside town.
It's known for its manicured parks, four strong carriages, and antebellum architecture. Its
historical district is filled with cobblestone square and parks, such as Four Sith Park, shaded
by oak trees covered with Spanish moss. Now it does cost five dollars to get through the main gate,
but well worth the price. Surrounded, the Sea Pines Resort picturesque Yacht Basin.
Harbortown features an extraordinary selection of fine apparel and home decor boutiques. You'll also
find a variety of top-rated restaurants and casual outdoor cafes serving fresh seafood.
Perfectly paired steaks, grilled sandwiches, salads, classic children's flair, handcrafted
specialty cocktails, and more. Looking for a great place for people watch? Then Cocoa on the Beach
is the place for you. It is a great place on the beach, a little tricky to get there, but it's well
worth the walk. Hudson Seafood House uses one of the only two remaining local fishing fleets of
Hilton Head Island to bring in fresh caught seafood straight to their docks and to your table.
You can also catch an amazing sunset while you're there. Skull Creek Dockside located on the banks
of Skull Creek. The boat house offers breathtaking views and fabulous food and drinks. Featuring
market fresh fish, exceptional seafood, and offerings from their in-house sushi bar.
Guests can enjoy the views from inside the glass wall dining room or from the stunning patio.
Looking for something just a little more laid back? Then Bluffton Oyster Company is the place
for you. This is located in the town of Bluffton. It's located in a strip mall, but has good food
and less crowded. We loved this resort so much and so many fun things to do really close. We would
definitely recommend it and we will be going back one day soon. Till next time, like and subscribe.
