Hello, I'm Jennifer and in this video I have got
three super easy and super inexpensive Christmas decor ideas, so stay tuned.
So, a lot of you have been asking me if I could
share some inexpensive and easy Christmas craft ideas,
so I thought I would absolutely love to do that. So, I
headed off to the Dollar Tree store and perused the aisles until I could come
up with some super fun crafts. This is all the ornaments. I'm going to
add just the four rows. So, what are we going
to do with the gaps? Let me show you. I got a few rolls
of this very beautiful glitter white ribbon and we're going to use that
to make little bows to set in the gaps. Okay, take your ribbon and cut three
strips, about three inches, like so.
Okay, and turn them over, glitter side down,
and what you're going to do is put a drop of glue
on one end. You don't need a lot, but be super careful because you're going to,
you can easily burn your fingers, and just kind of
pop it over, like so. Then, what you're going to do is you're
going to glue them together. So, put another drop of glue right here
on the end, add that one, another drop of glue,
and add your third loop, and then let that dry.
All right, once you've got your loops together, you're going to kind of push
them together a little bit like that, and we're going to add glue on the sides
and then tuck it in between the ornaments, and that fills in the gap.
Now, you might have some spots that aren't that big,
so you could just do the two loops and just add a little glue, again, just
like you're doing with the others, and tuck it in there,
and there you go. The beauty of hammered spray paint, when you use it, it
doesn't create a matte finish. It kind of separates,
and it will make these bells look like old brass. I had an absolute blast
spending the afternoon crafting, so go hop in the car, get yourself some
supplies, sit at a table with a cup of coffee,
and relax. Goodness knows we need that this year.
