Good morning! Today I am going dress shopping. This will be my second time going. So I went a couple of weeks ago with my bridesmaids. It was such a good day like I don't know I just felt I was really nervous and anxious about the dresses even fitting me and my boob situation. I was just like I don't know I felt like it was gonna be more stressful than fun and it was the complete opposite. Thank God! The first shopping trip I definitely found the style of dress that I'm after which is so good like one trip got it down. So this time around I'm hoping to find a dress that's a bit closer to what I want. Alright well I am super excited for today so let's go try on some dresses! I still feel love for you. Cause I do. How could we forget that? Remember all the times when we went a bit dissatisfied? Frustrated, disappointed, blame each other for our pride. Remember how we been married three times? Yosemite the treelines, New York the skylines. Portland the El High. Remember that we not tripping? Emotions flipping, some are more consistent. But most are like the surface of the creek that I mentioned. You deserve happiness, affection and attention. And I will give you all of mine anytime. And never forget, you're one of the best. People that I've ever met or ever known. Just so you know, and I confess. That your caress, watching you smile. Is one of the purest joys that I've ever known. Flown with you, drove with you, camped in made homes. Felt like I'd leave you for leaving me low. Broke but still working, heart aching so slow. Know that I love you. So I think I found the dress. I absolutely loved it. It's just, it's hard to make the decision. Like, I love everything about it, but actually saying yes, it's like okay if I say yes, like this is it, this, this is the one. Like there's no going back. Or I don't know. We had such a good day though. So two of the stores we went to, we weren't allowed to take photos or video. But the third store we went to, we were allowed. And the dress that I loved was actually at the second and the third store. So I got to try it on twice, which was good. The difference though is that at one of the stores, if I buy the sample dress, I get it for $1000 cheaper. It's not within my budget, so getting it $1000 cheaper puts it within my budget. And the sample size actually fit me like really, really well. So I think I might buy it from there. I'm going back there on Monday to try it on again. So hopefully I can make a decision. I'm going to go home now, look through all the photos and videos that we took, and yeah, have a long hard think about it because I think I've made the decision. It's just hard actually saying yes. All my family really loved that dress as well. So that's good. And it had like every single detail on it that I absolutely loved and like even more. So this is so exciting. Oh my god, it's just crazy. I'm actually wedding dress shopping. I just bought my wedding dress. So Amber come with me, and little Aria. So I end up getting this sample dress. I brought it straight off the rack because I got it $1000 cheaper. That's a bargain if I say so myself. Alright, I am home from my trial. This is my makeup. I am pretty happy with it. A few minor adjustments, but overall I think it looks really nice. Alright, so we are bridesmaid dress shopping again. This is the colour that I'm going for. And this dress does come in that colour. It's like a wrap dress. And so this is a long sleeve option. And I wouldn't even mind if we did different tones because they look really good together. So is there anything else you want to wear for the wedding? Kia's still not sure if she wants to be on my side or Clinton's side. And now that she's found the perfect outfit I've chosen. I think she's going to ditch me. I just got a delivery. These here are my bridesmaids dresses. Now I have three bridesmaids, but in this bag I only have two dresses. Oh my God. So there was a bit of a dilemma. Okay, story time. So my bridesmaids and I, we all went and tried on the dresses. Yep, all good. We were going to buy them, but then one of my bridesmaids is pregnant. So we were like, okay we'll hold off buying them just to see how big you get with the baby and then we can decide what size you need. So that was the plan. And then I go onto the website and I see that size 14 is out of stock. I was planning on getting two size 14s. So it was out of stock and the price of the dress had reduced. So I was like this looks like they're discontinuing it. So I emailed them saying hello, this is my situation. Do you have any? She's like, oh no, sorry we don't have any. And it doesn't look like the dress is coming back. So that was like instant panic mode for me. I contacted all the other retailers that supposedly sold this dress. None of them had it in a size 14. And then the next day I went back onto the show and enjoy website and it said size 14 was low stock instead of out of stock. So I found a number for them and I called them and I was like, look this is my situation. What do you have? And she's like, I have one size 14 here. So there's another dress in this shade that we did try on. So I brought one size 14 and one size 12 and then my sister is going to try on both sizes and depending on what size she is will determine what we do. So if she fits the size 12 I can order her another size 12 but if she needs the 14 we obviously can't get it anymore. So she's going to have to get the other dress but in the same color. So anyway here are the dresses but I freaking love this color which is why I'm so upset that the 14 was out of stock because it's like a really beautiful like rusty orangey brown I don't know how to describe it but look at that color like I love it and it is so hard to find a dress in like a nice rust color anyway so when I saw this I was just like oh my god. I'll just throw this on over the top of my clothes so you can see. Obviously it needs a little steam but this is the dress oh my god I love it I'm at the venue with mum Marley and Clinton they're having an opening day so we're just looking around it's actually really dry at the moment as you can see the lake is getting a little bit muddy alright so we're going to go take a look at the ceremony location what do you think of the venue? absolutely wonderful I'm just going to pick a man bed sorry these are the tents that's the chair you wanted I feel the bed is it comfy? it's hot so these are the little tents people can hire to stay on the property super super cute and then this is included in the property price and it sleeps about 17 people so they're just little rooms, it's literally just got a bed and then there's public bathrooms over there and then this is the property so we can get some photos taken out there over near the windmill over there they're not actually that hot walking down nice casual pace I'll be crying and then how close do we get? you look beautiful Michelle stop you've come too close I think Ashley would go right up and I give you to Mouse so then I kiss you good luck should I get a dryer soon? are we in the centre? how are we going to hold him? don't hold me like that like a hug kiss you know what Mouse the best present you can give to Mika is when she goes to kiss you that's what I do to people that's what she does to everyone so when she leans in for a kiss I don't think she'll find it funny but on the wedding day when she goes to kiss you do you think anyone will find it funny? should we do a practice at the bar? I think we should can I get a sneaky one when mum's not looking? are you 18? oh yeah here you go here's some wine this is the view from the cabin just chilling guys should we go over to the other cabin? alright we'll see you in 5 months so it's the next day and we are heading down the shops to go suit shopping for Clinton and his groomsmen we're hoping we can find an outfit and then just let the boys know when they can all go in their own time so we're thinking of the boys not having jackets and doing bow ties and then Clinton having a jacket and then everyone have a corsage or a bonbon bonbon I don't know what it's called everyone have flowers maybe just me oh yeah because the flowers go on the jacket so if they don't have a jacket and you know what? that would save costs yeah so we're thinking like beige chinos and maybe like a light blue jacket yeah so it's more of a casual kind of relaxed vibe so we're not going full suit and tie alright so this is the jacket and then we also got some shoes, these were on sale for $40 which is an absolute bargain I feel like it's been a while since I've done a little wedding catch up but today is mid February, I don't know the date but I've gone and purchased my wedding ring oh my god it matches perfectly with my engagement ring so exciting I also went and run a few errands I got a few bits and bobs for the wedding so I'll show you that as well my hens is on the weekend too so it's only a few days away oh my god I'll be doing a lot of preparations tomorrow I'm getting my brows done I'm going to try on all my outfits get my bags kind of packed so that I am ready to go here is what my ring looks like so it matches up with my engagement ring it even has the little divots in the side there here from Kmart I've been having a look at nice acrylic or glass boxes for cards like a wishing well but they are hundreds of dollars it's insane so I thought this would be perfect, it was like $10 or $12 and it's pretty cute so I will either have a sign next to it that says cards or I will order like a little sticker to put on it that says cards and then in here I can't tell you how hard it was to find three damn white boxes, two of them are the same size one's a bit bigger, you'd think it would be easy but it's really not so I've got some ribbon and tags in here and I'm just going to make up little prezzies for my bridesmaids so I got them a pair of slippers to wear on the day and I ordered them these pyjamas, they are from the brand La Rose and this is how they come packaged, super cute so these are the pyjamas how freaking cute are they I wish I got myself a pair, they're adorable and then the top is a button up and I got their names printed on the front and so I'm going to wrap them up in the boxes and that'll be super cute what else can I share I feel like I've been getting quite a bit done I brought my spanx and these are my wedding shoes they will match the bridesmaid dress colour, that's why I got them and I'm obsessed with this colour, I also wanted something with a block heel that is going to be comfortable and I won't sink into the grass when we're getting photos, okay it's hen's weekend there's been a little bit of a bump in the road morning off so it's been a while since I've updated anything on this vlog
