Are you looking for homes for sale in Charlotte, North Carolina?
Do you feel like you're in the dark, having difficulty finding the right real estate agent
in Charlotte? The market in Charlotte is booming, so this is the right time to buy.
Hi there, my name is Len Alvarez, a realtor with the Ally Group of BXV Realty in Charlotte,
North Carolina. This video is for those of you thinking about purchasing a home in Charlotte,
North Carolina. I will be sharing with you information about Charlotte real estate and
all the different areas in Charlotte. How many ads do you have to click on Google or Bing before you
land on a website that will be truly useful in your search for a home in Charlotte NC?
When you type homes for sale in Charlotte NC on Google, you'll notice that as soon as you type
the word Charlotte, zip codes show up on Google. This is because Charlotte has 73 zip codes.
If you're not from the area, it will be very hard for you to find a perfect home in Charlotte
unless you speak with a realtor who specializes in Charlotte real estate, one who can show you
the different areas that will fit your criteria. It's not surprising that the big real estate
portals such as Zillow, Trulia, realtor.com, homes.com, and others will show up first on the
search organically, followed by tons of Google ads paid by real estate companies and real estate
agents in Charlotte. So, for example, you click on Zillow to get more information on a house.
Then, Zillow requires you to fill out a registration form with your name, phone number, and email
address. The problem with this is that you don't know who you will be talking to when someone
reaches back out to you. It's the same when you click on an ad by real estate companies and real
estate agents. Some will respond with bots to ask you basic questions. They are not human, so your
interaction with these bots is meaningless because they have no perception of what you need.
Sometimes, after clicking so many websites, you will get a broken link that the website is no
longer working. My point is, you need an agent that you know, like, and trust because you will
be entrusting that person to guide you with the biggest investment of your life. You need to see
them in person or even on video to get to know them first to determine whether this is the right
agent that you want to work with. My husband, Albert Alvarez, and I work as a team to help our
clients find a home that they are seeking in Charlotte, Lake Norman, and the surrounding areas.
We work with first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, people relocating from different states,
as well as local home buyers. So actually, when you work with us, you get two realtors working
for you. Buying a home in today's seller's market does not have to feel like an appell battle.
We work hard to actively negotiate the best price and terms for you. We use our area knowledge,
expertise, and experience to help you navigate the local market conditions.
As your real estate agent, our fiduciary duty is to protect your best interest and find the
best home for your needs. In other words, we act as an advocate for you during the entire home
buying process, and that is from showing homes to the closing table and beyond. We do all the work
for you, from sending you listings based on your criteria and price, reviewing homes that you might
be interested in, doing a virtual showing for you through FaceTime, or sending you walkthrough
videos of homes that you like. We will tell you the pros and cons of living in a particular area,
and send you market updates periodically. There is no need for you to go to big real estate portals
like Zillow, Trulia, or Realtor.com, because there is only one place for you to go for all
your real estate needs, and that is us. We are very responsive to your call, email, or text about the
area you have questions about. If you are really serious about finding a home in Charlotte and the
surrounding areas, there is only one website that you might want to check out, and that is
livingingreatercharlotte.com. It's very easy to find a home here, and you know firsthand
who you will be talking to. Find all the homes for sale in Greater Charlotte here.
