Last Minute Valentine's Day Gift Ideas | Michele Baratta

Hi everyone, it's Michelle Baratta and welcome to Bella Branch TV. It is Valentine's Day. Literally, today is Valentine's Day. And what I did for you guys, I'm going to help you out because I know some of you are literally freaking out because you do not know what to get for your sweetie or your BFF. So I put together a ton of DIYs for you to choose from and everything from inexpensive to ones that will be really quick. You can run to the dollar store and get the parts to make it or ones that are take a little longer and have a little more love and meaning to them maybe because you're going to spend more time on them. And really, there's something for everybody. So whether you have to get a present for your BFF, your sweetie that you love so much, your mom, your dad, your brother, your sister, your neighbor, your friend, whoever it is, even your puppy, I've got something for you. So you guys ready to get started? Well, come on. My first DIY is a carved candle. Everything for this project you can get at the dollar store. It's my twist on when you carve your initials in a tree. It's super easy, super simple, and whoever you give this to for Valentine's will absolutely love it. This next DIY is for Valentine decorating. It's a really easy project. You're only using burlap, twine, and red paint. That is literally it. This next DIY are Valentine's cards for anybody, your BFF, your sister, your sweet pea, whoever it is. And what the main part is that I used on this were paint swatches from Home Depot. It's an easy project and I know you guys will love it. For my next DIY, I want you guys to combine two DIYs. This one that has candies inside the jar and this one, which is my popular Mother's Day DIY, where you take swatches of paper and then you're going to write why I love you and all the special things about the person in your life that you love so much. So I want you to take both DIYs and combine them. Or you could just do one of the DIYs, but the best part about it is to add these notes. It will be the best present your Valentine will ever get. I love this next DIY. You know the saying, big things come in little packages. Well this has a big punch. You're going to put a love note inside a tiny bottle and it will be an awesome, awesome present for your Valentine. This is an adorable necklace you can make. It's a love necklace. You can make your necklace with the word love on it or you can put the name of the person that you love on it. Either way, it's a very easy DIY and you can make it in a very short amount of time. And all the things you need to make this project you can get from a local craft store. I got all my parts from Michael's. Here's probably the fastest DIY that you can do. It's a sharpie mug. What I mean is you're going to take sharpie markers or sharpie paint pens and you're going to put a monogram letter of the person that you love on it. Or if you don't want to do the monogram, you can do whatever you want on it. You can draw a picture, a heart, a saying that you and your BFF always say. Draw a picture. Really anything you want to do. There are two videos to look at on what I do with sharpie markers and they're super, super easy. Here's one of my most popular DIYs. It's literally no sewing involved and it's a pencil case or a makeup bag. Really whatever you want to use it for. And my last DIY idea is a shadow box with a 3D heart inside and what I used were paint swatches from my local paint store.
