1 night debris village building

What's this? What's this? What's this? You! Say hello to everyone. Come on. Well, I'm going to do a solo little camp at the village. And maybe do some work. It's actually started raining. It's not had rain for about five weeks. So, yeah. Happy to be back. I'm going to do some building. Turn this sucker into a decent village again. So, I've got my pathfinder pot. Some nice water. Need some coffee on the go. The fire's been ablaze for a good hour and a half, like. Got some bigger logs on there soon. Like I've literally been putting pegs in for hours. Yeah. Long way to go, but I've got there still a hell of a lot of cleaning up to do, eh? Although all the stuff I piled willow. I've got a whole flat pack of shelters around the corner over there. So, there's loads of stuff to put up yet. So, yeah. I'm looking forward to spreading out for the summer. It's going to be epic. Getting there. Slowly. Tyson's been doing laps. No, that's my stick. So, I've been really busy. I'm starting to put our storage shed back up. The other wall for internet there. So, yeah. I've got a willow wall going all the way around the camp. The old table's back up. My little tool table. All the way around here. Got a hammock spot. I need to take off the winter tarp. Yeah. Lots to do, but I am getting there very fast. It's like putting a jigsaw back together. Just have to... Still got this to take out and put down there. Although, I have had a crazy idea. I normally have a flat roof on this. But, I don't know. I'm playing with the idea of an airframe roof this year. I don't know. I'll look into it. We'll see. Get the walls up first. Tyson's about here. He's on the bed. Oh, yeah. There he is. Yeah. I'm still working away. Almost time to eat, I think. The sun's gone down. Can't really see much. I'll get my head torch in. Show you all the bits I've done. I've got some wood still. I'm cooking a round of haggis and some bacon. Get that in a roll. Get back to work. I'm fairly hungry, like. Start on the cabin. I've tidied up all the edges on the roof. All the sides. Took off this side. Filled in the gaps with all the moss. That looks awesome. Same with this side. I've tidied off this side. I have the woodshed store up. No wood for it yet. I'll have to start collecting materials to do that. I also built this quite little cool willow shelter. Going to put a little raised bed in there. It'll be a nice little summer sit-down place in the shade. Also, this is my favourite. Look at this. I've got two bits of wood that I spliced with a chainsaw a while ago. I've been saving them. Used them for things for this. I'm going to willow up the sides of it. I think that'll look quite cool. Tons of willow. I've got permission to thin the willow back, as I do every year. My decking's all raised up. My little hammock spot. With the little raised deck in it. Tidied up all the side too. Walk up onto the camp. Tyson running around like a lunatic. There we go. Got a nice tidy willow wall all the way around it. Lots of nice space now. Let the ground dry out more. It's all starting to grass now. That's the door shut. Unlocked up. Apart from this big hole in the side.
