What is up, Flipsters?
Welcome back to the channel.
You are not gonna believe the video
we have for you guys today.
We are touring the largest home currently for sale
in the state of Texas.
This place is epic, both inside and out.
Stick around to the end of the video
because you are not gonna believe
what this place looks like on the inside.
As for the outside, this place is so huge,
we had to bust out our drone.
Check this out.
Hey, Flipsters, welcome to Chateau Coco Mar.
We are in North Houston on seven and a half acres.
This place is enormous.
This is a seven bedroom, 13 and a half bathroom,
just over 37,000 square feet, built in 2005.
List price is 11 million.
Huge thank you to Amanda and Rich Anhorn
with Greenwood King Properties
for letting us show this listing.
We've linked the information below
to the listing for this property,
as well as their brokerage,
and if you guys wanna take a full 3D
walkthrough tour on your own,
we got a link in the description as well.

And speaking of, we could be in France right now.
I mean, this place was inspired by Normandy.
It's actually mostly from Normandy.
Literally most of the artwork and the materials
were imported from Europe to produce this thing.
I mean, this is pretty insane.
For example, this water feature is from Italy.
This thing alone is crazy.
You've got a lot of different
mythical creatures going on here.
Yeah, you got horses, you got cherubs,
you got Greek gods.
I mean, the grounds are spectacular.
You've got this beautiful little gazebo,
you know, if you wanted to have a little picnic,
a little ceremony out there.
Oh, it's totally private.
You would never know that you are
in the middle of one of the biggest cities in the world.
And let's talk about the attention to detail
on the exterior of this place,
because, look, you've got even, like,
little stonework, gargoyles along the roof line.
It really feels like a French chateau, yeah?
This is an epic Disney princess moment.
Yeah, you've got this, like,
little courtyard off to the side.
And we're on seven acres here,
so you got room to roam about.
The exterior is exquisite.
I cannot wait to get inside this place.
Okay, but before we go inside,
let's talk about protecting your castle.
That's why this video is brought to you by SimpliSafe.
That was a hell of a transition, Lincoln.
I feel like I nailed it.
So subscribers of our channel will know
that SimpliSafe has been a longtime sponsor of our videos,
and we love working with SimpliSafe.
If you don't know,
they're an award-winning home security system.
You can order it online,
and it gets shipped straight to your door,
and it installs in under an hour,
and then your home is monitored 24-7.
If anything happens at your property,
the police will get notified.
Security is a huge deal to us,
because we have multiple projects going at the same time,
and we love to know that our properties are secure
when we're not on site.
They've got a whole host of sensors and cameras,
smoke detectors,
they even have a water sensor
in case there's a leak under the sink.
The great thing about SimpliSafe
is it's super simple to set up.
You can do it yourself in less than an hour.
One thing that I really love
is their remote camera monitoring feature.
I can monitor the property 24 hours a day from my phone,
and I can see who's coming and who's going.
It's all controlled through the home base station.
You just plug it in,
and all the sensors and components
sync up with this bad boy right here.
We've had break-ins in the past,
people shattering our windows,
and it's just hard to keep tabs on a property
when you're not there.
That's why we use SimpliSafe on all our projects,
to monitor them safely and securely.
It's really easy to use,
and there's no contracts.
They monitor your property for less than 50 cents a day.
They've even won US News and World Report's
Best Overall Home Security of 2020.

All right, guys, back to the tour.
Let's get inside this thing.
Wow, this place is pretty epic.
Right when you walk in,
it opens up into this amazing foyer.
With hand-painted ceiling.
And look at that chandelier.
It's amazing, from Europe.
So crazy.
You've got a formal dining off to your right,
tapestries on the wall, beautiful.
I mean, you really do feel like you're in Europe.
All right, so right off of this massive foyer,
you come to the grand hallway on the first floor.
Everybody needs a ballroom in their house.
Come on!
Wow, stick around.
This place has not one, but two.
This one is definitely the most grand.
Can fit up to 999 of your closest friends over for dinner.
You've got this gold molding.
Yeah, and beautiful views out to the back garden.
And I mean, check out this stone and plaster work
down this main corridor.
This thing is spectacular.
So the details on this place are incredible.
Look at this, you've got your Renaissance stained glass art.
Yeah, this is really beautiful, actually.
This is perfect for somebody
who literally wants to live in a fairy tale.
This is amazing.
So off the main corridor,
you've got hallways leading to the office
and then down to the little courtyard.
Let's go check out that office quickly.
All right, so right off that first hallway,
you've got all these little inlets
where you've got statues all coming from Europe.
You've got this beautiful woodwork
on the entrance to this library
that was hand done in France.
Yeah, and check out the wood paneling in this place.
This is beautiful.
I love the ceilings.
You've got another great chandelier
and the wood paneling is just beautiful.
Just off your office, take a look up at this staircase.
Look at this thing, three stories tall,
spiraling with ironwork all the way up.
This thing is amazing.
So ornate.
Okay, so down the opposite corridor,
you've got a nice little mirrored room
that could be more like a formal sitting or-
A parlor.
A parlor, yes.
And look at the detailing and the artwork.
This is crazy.
I mean, the marble alone in here is amazing.
This is beautiful.
Look at those mirrors.
As we mentioned, we're not gonna be able to show you
every nook and cranny in this place,
but you've just got staircases
shooting off down to the basement, right and left.
This place is sort of elaborate.
In a good way.
In a good, in the best kind of way.
So off of that parlor,
you've got kind of another little private,
it almost feels like a chapel or something here, right?
I'm having a religious experience.
I mean, it does honestly feel like you're in a cathedral
or something like that
with the way that this little courtyard is set up,
kind of curves around and you've got these Gothic archways.
It's bananas.
This is so cool.
So you have a room just on the other side of your courtyard,
which is exactly like this.
It's a sister room and they mirror each other.
So off of this little courtyard is the kitchen
and this thing is pretty epic.
Let's see it.
Now this is a kitchen.
This place is crazy.
My goodness.
Look at this backsplash.
This is gorgeous.
You've got the stone running all the way to the ceiling.
You've got like six just giant slabs of marble
just for your backsplash in here.
Incredible.
And check out, I don't know how many slabs on the island.
And look, you've even got stained glass in here.
And you know,
unlike kind of an open concept
that we're used to seeing in the houses,
this is a very private, intimate kitchen.
We could still hang out in here.
Yeah, I don't think if you're buying this place
that you're doing your own cooking anyway.
Let's be real.
Okay, so that wraps things for the first floor.
Now there's a lot that we didn't show you.
So if you want to see all the details,
be sure you check out the link in our description.
Let's move on to the second floor.
Look at this marble.
We've got a landing here along the way
if you need to take a break.
Okay, so up the stairs, up up here,
you've got this great outdoor terrace
and that leads you to this,
what was my favorite room in the house.
I think this is a beautiful bedroom.
Something straight out of Paris.
Yeah, it feels like you're straight transported
to the Palace of Versailles or something.
I mean, look at this beautiful woodwork.
You've got these windows overlooking your fountain
and your grounds.
Check out this bed frame alone.
It's amazing.
It's so beautiful.
You feel like Marie Antoinette in here?
I mean, let them eat cake.
All right, so you got an extra bathroom.
And that serves this massive boardroom almost.
Look at this meeting room.
I mean, this is the ultimate work from home.
You're gonna need some colleagues.
And of course you've got this veranda
that we introed the video off of.
What a view from here.
Oh my gosh.
And then across the hall from the boardroom is the ballroom.
So you may be asking yourself,
do you really need two ballrooms in the house?
And the answer is, you're not dreaming big enough.
Check this out.
This is your upstairs ballroom.
Now, this property was built as a primary residence
but it is currently being used as an event center.
So if you are wanting to have your dream princess wedding
here in Houston, this would be the place I would come.
Or if you're looking to purchase this place,
you could make your primary residence
if you got a big family,
but it would also work great as a wedding venue.
Right, and this is just a gorgeous space.
Again, the detailing on this place,
it looks like a wedding cake.
I mean, look at the crown molding.
Exactly, it does look like a wedding cake.
I mean, you've got beautiful chandeliers.
I mean, every little detail.
Check out these floors right here.
Everything is just beautiful.
So the second floor is a mirror image of the ballroom
where you've got the gentleman's wing to the left
and the women's to the right.
So over here, you've got another little lounge area.
We really can't do it justice.
Oh, this is my favorite fireplace.
Look at that.
That is beautiful.
Including industrial scale bathrooms.
Normally, we wouldn't show you a bathroom,
but just to service the amount of guests
that you're gonna have over,
you need something like four sinks.
Excuse me, this is the men's room, Lauren.
Oh.
Four sinks and a giant rotunda
just for hand washing in your bathroom.
But now we are, excuse me,
we're in the girls' restroom now.
Joey, get out of there.
Close your eyes.
This is just too pretty not to share.
This is a pretty potty.
Check this out.
Beautiful.
And over here, we've got another epic bedroom.
This one facing the grounds to the front.
Wow. Beautiful.
This is crazy in here.
You've got 16-foot ceilings
both on the first floor and the second floor.
Think about how big this bed frame
would look in any other room.
I mean.
It wouldn't even fit in my house.
And it feels almost undersized in here
with 16-foot ceilings.
So that wraps up for the second floor.
Let's move on up
because there's even more house on the third floor.
It's basically another hotel suite up there.
You've got your billiards room up here.
So down this corridor
is where you've got all of your guest rooms.
Your guests have their choice
of what their favorite color is
because we've got a green room.
We've got a blue room.
We've got red and my favorite, yellow.
I like that yellow room.
Ah, Lauren, but you forgot the tan room, of course.
My favorite.
Okay. So I would say this is
probably one of the most epic properties
I've ever been to.
Yeah. This is pretty amazing.
Just the sheer scope and grandeur of this thing
is unbelievable.
Oh my gosh.
And I mean, this would make a fabulous home for a family
or it's a great event venue as well.
Honestly, I think that's probably
where the biggest upside of the property is.
It's being run as an event venue.
You've got parking for your guests
as well as room accommodations for the wedding party.
So it's pretty ideal for that scenario.
Not to even mention these grounds.
Which are fabulous.
You're located in a nice part of North Houston.
So there'll be a lot of wedding demand for you to fulfill.
We hope you enjoyed this luxury property tour.
