50g (4 tbsp) Milk
50g (6 tbsp) Cake flour
8g (1 tbsp) Cocoa powder
3 Eggs
Lemon juice
Food coloring red
50g (4 tbsp) Sugar
Strawberry
480ml Heavy whipping cream
50g (4 tbsp) Sugar

150°C (300°F) bake for 50 minutes
