How to Burn Calories At Work?

So, for the past few weeks, I've been posting a lot of videos on helpful tips about the nutrition, sleep, and exercising that can help you burn more calories and getting a body that you can feel confident in.
This month I wanted to share strategies that you can use to be healthier and look better during your actual work day.
First strategy: STAND MORE!
1. Try standing every 30 to 40 minutes. You can use his time to give yourself a break or stretch (your Apple Watch/Fitbit usually reminds you to do this)
2. Stand more during meetings. Most meetings can run anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour or two and during that time we’re mostly sitting down. Don’t be afraid to stand up during a meeting, your body will thank you afterwards
3. See if your company can sponsor you getting a standing desk. These desks are great because you can adjust them to a sitting or standing position throughout the day.
Each time you stand, it gives you an opportunity to move, which equals more calories burned. Trust me, as you stand more those calories burned start to add up!
Second strategy: MOVE MORE
