Tio’s Tacos in Riverside . Folk Art from Trash in Roverside . Martin Sanchez is an amazing folk artist who owns and runs Tio's Tacos. We have a quick visit with Martin and his daughter Kimberly and see and overview of his work there and at the Mariposa Alley Public Art installation. Martin talks about his restaurant staying viable during the Pandemic and how grateful he is to his loyal customers.

Martin's art is inspired and informed by his immigrant experience coming from poverty in Mexico and wanting to recycle much of the trash he has seen American culture create.
