Be prepared to be amazed once you see the many homes of Nicole Kidman and her husband Keith Urban. The famous couple owns multiple residences across the globe, from a stunning farm in Australia to an LA mansion and a penthouse in Manhattan. However, Nicole and Keith spend most of their days at their main family estate located in Nashville, Tennessee which boasts features like a swimming pool, recording studio and more, along with over 10,000 square feet of space. Nicole Kidman is an American and Australian award-winning actress and producer known for her work across many film and TV productions varying in genre. Not to mention she's remained one of the world's highest paid actresses and boasts an estimated net worth of about $250 million dollars. Her husband of over 15 years, country star Keith Urban also has his own fortune, a net worth estimated to be at $75 million. The New Zealand-born Australian-American singer and songwriter is best known for his work in country music, reigning as one of the top artists in the genre. Keith has also collected 4 Grammys to prove it. Over the course of their marriage, Nicole and Keith have acquired a luxury real estate portfolio that stretches from Australia to Beverly Hills and many places in between. While we'd love to look at all of their mansions, that would take a while, so today we're gonna check out 3 homes that they spend much of their time in. Nicole and Keith spend the majority of their time at their family mansion located in Nashville, Tennessee, which they purchased for $3.47 million dollars in 2008. The 10,925 square foot abode offers 7 bedrooms and 8 baths, so there's more than enough room for Nicole, Keith and their daughters, Faith and Sunday. Their stately and regal home is in an upscale gated community called Northumberland just outside of Nashville, offering the famed couple top notch privacy and security. In total, there are a whopping 20 rooms spread across 3 luxurious floors. According to old listing photos from the time of purchase, Nicole's estate was decked out in a classic style, with plenty of common spaces boasting high ceilings, as well as elegant details from the curtains, to the archways and the marble floors. The couple's living room clocks in at a massive 32 by 21 feet, while the formal dining room is 23 feet long. The main floor is full of French doors and large pane windows, flooding the mansion with natural light. Nearby, there's the kitchen, which is decked out in hardwood floors and expensive appliances, and at the top of the main staircase, there's a loft-like lounge space as well. Other rooms in the couple's mansion include a rec room with full bar and pool table area, a hobby room and a home movie theatre. While we haven't been able to see photos of each of the bedrooms, we do know that Nicole and Keith's sumptuous master suite has a fireplace and a sprawling spa-style bathroom. Many of the photos of the mansion are well in need of an update, and we can see even from the aerial and exterior views that the couple has renovated their Nashville palace to fit their tastes. Nicole and Keith have shared some personal glimpses into their lovely home though, including the time the award-winning actress revealed she was learning Italian during the lockdown. She posted a photo on Instagram showing herself studying on a pale blue and cream-striped armchair, positioned next to a set of double doors with glass panels looking out on a balcony. Keith can also write and record new music from his home since he has a studio here, equipped with all the speakers, mixing decks and equipment that you'd see in a professional space. Outside, beautiful landscaping, a large pool, spa and full-size tennis court round out Nicole and Keith's stately property. There even appears to be a play area for the kids and a private creek. Most recently, Nicole and Keith also snagged themselves a stunning penthouse in the Ritzy Tribeca area of New York City in 2020. The couple spent 3.5 million dollars on a condo that spans about 1,600 square feet of space with 2 beds and 2.5 baths, so they have a lavish space to stay at when they find themselves on the East Coast. Their penthouse is located inside of the famous Clock Tower building in Manhattan, which previously housed the New York Life Insurance Company. The developers converted the 400,000 square foot building into luxury condos back in 2018. Photos from the building's website show a ton of amenities that residents have access to including rooftop gardens, an indoor pool, dining areas, a fully-stacked gym and much more. According to reports, one of the features which attracted Nicole and Keith to the building was what's called the Sky Garage, which allows residents' cars to be lifted to their units via hydraulic. This helps the high-profile couple avoid the eyes of the paparazzi. When Nicole and Keith are in Los Angeles, they have a crib to stay at there too. They purchased this contemporary mansion in the hills back in 2008 for 4.7 million dollars. According to records, the couple's home is located in the Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood, which is in the north area of the 90210 district, and as you might expect, very exclusive. Nicole and Keith's home is modern and streamlined in style, with lots of exposed concrete. Some sources claim the house is around 3,000 square feet, while others describe it as 6,932 square feet. Looking at photos, I'm more convinced of the latter. Inside there are 5 beds, 5 baths, and a lot of natural light. A central glass staircase connects the levels of the home, also flooded with sunlight thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. The common spaces have an open and airy vibe, and the home was recently renovated and upgraded just before Nicole and Keith picked it up. Listing materials state the house offers a full-floor upstairs master suite with dual walk-in closets, a chic bathroom, and a spacious sitting room and office area. The office is situated in a corner lined with walls of windows that open to the views outside. More French doors and glass sliders can be found throughout the entire home, giving the place an indoor-outdoor feel. While photos of the kitchen and living areas are slim, from what we can see, the whole house is stylish. There's even a recording studio here for Keith. Outside, the couple can enjoy tree and mountaintop views, as well as a private serene pool area. There's also space for outdoor dining, a grassy side yard, or a play area for the kids, and if they choose to expand just across the street, there's an undeveloped piece of land.
