My favorite bingsu places in South Korea.
This is the melon bingsu.
Gaze upon its beauty forever.
Tira Bento. This is a really unique bingsu place.
All right, so if you want their bingsu, there is a bingsu ordering method on the big page. Okay, let's see.
How to enjoy the world's first Shiltare bingsu.
Bingsu is one serving.
Please order bingsu or some drink, one each.
Please choose your favorite bingsu. Flavor first, milk, green tea, hoji tea, and choose your favorite ice cream.
Use knife to chop Shiltare bingsu. The bingsu which looks just like soba noodles,
but it's actually light as air, and then take time to enjoy. Oh, and you get refills on red beans and rice cake.
I am so so excited about this.
Banana bingsu.
They say to eat it with some ice cream and red beans.
Very unique bingsu. Great flavor.
This is definitely one of those places where it's really interesting, but it's also a bit overhyped.
What I do really like though, is that they give you refills on red beans and rice cake. Heading back to Japan today.
I'm flying a Yeastar jet to Japan, and when I looked at prices, if you fly Korean Airlines or Asiana,
it was about
400 for a one-way trip to Japan, but Yeastar was only about 90 bucks.
Now, I'm kind of worried about the whole battery thing being an issue, so
let's see what happens.
Yay, no problems with the batteries. Man, that was like,
that ticket is so much cheaper than anything else I found. If it wasn't because my luggage was overweight,
that was an $80 plane ticket to Japan. So much cheaper than all the other airlines.
This airport is so awesome, by the way. Look at this, live concert in the middle of the airport.
I know I'm about to go to the land of ramen, but I'm starving.
Vending machines I've missed you. Is there a peach coke?
Just got in, put all my stuff away.
First order of business.
I gotta hit up a 7-eleven. Oh my gosh, you know why?
You know why I think it is, is that I want so many things right now. So many things are racing through my head, and
7-eleven has a lot of them.
While I was just walking through this neighborhood, I just smelled random curry.
It smells so good. Oh.
Also, I've missed the random vending machines. Just anywhere you go, there's a vending machine.
7-eleven holdings.
Basically, I know what I want already. So this is gonna be what you should really be eating at a 7-eleven.
Linstar instant noodles.
Yes, Michelin Star instant noodles part two.
And definitely some of this.
Let's also get some stuff from Lawson.
Actually, I had to go to another 7-eleven because I couldn't find a place that would let me sit down because it's a little late now.
Still can't, so I'm gonna take all this stuff and go home. But before I do, I'm so hungry right now.
I'm gonna just get a ramen real quick, and then I'm gonna take all this stuff back.
I feel so good right now. It's raining. It's kind of getting cold.
All right, back home here at B&B. Oh my gosh.
I might have overdone it a little bit. I just got way too excited. I saw so many things I want to eat.
I just got way too excited. Oh, well, whenever I feel overwhelmed when it comes to food,
I just start it the way I start a good story, from the beginning.
And to pair this up, egg sandwich. Oh, this egg sandwich. I've been waiting for it for so long.
When I was in Korea, I bought egg sandwiches at a cafe, hoping it would taste like this, but it never does.
You know what I'm saying? It's just magical.
It's so creamy.
Everything about this. The gentlest, most loving of food. It tastes like a lullaby. With the ramen.
Oh my god. Over most ramen shops in the world, I would choose
7-Eleven instant noodles with an egg sandwich. A little spicy.
Definitely a lot of fat in here.
Sound like a fish from 7-Eleven.
This is surprisingly delicious. I mean, this is really delicious.
Oh, it tastes so good. And the more you chew, the more the awesome, frequent, macro flavor comes out.
Wow.
Get that. Trust me, it might seem really weird,
but you should try that fish. When I see like a 7-Eleven brand of food item, at least in this country,
I want to eat it. And when I see 7-Eleven Gold Premium, I gots to have it.
Each piece of beef is so
tender. Come with the beef.
Love this. Oh, I totally forgot, I forgot a pork bun here.
Love the pork buns at 7-Eleven.
Oh, that killed them. My gosh, you guys gotta try that if you ever go to 7-Eleven.
What is this?
Pork and peppers and onions again.
Promise I don't work for 7-Eleven. They're not paying for this video.
But oh my goodness. Oh, this is so amazing.
Better than a lot of dishes I've had at restaurants.
Fraction of the price.
My gosh, this flavor.
I am so, like I feel like I'm more impressed with 7-Eleven this time than even last time. Because last time,
I didn't discover all these amazing rice dishes. I think the rule of thumb is, if you see a rice box
with tons of meat on top, just get it.
These
still retain a lot of that nice texture. Nice fragrant wheat flavor. This is pretty good.
One last thing, I gotta, oh man. Remember this from last time? This big tofu pouch with things inside?
What a satisfying first meal back in Japan. And just getting on the plane today,
I never thought like my first meal will be at a 7-Eleven. And 7-Eleven was perfect.
Sorry, all my cameras are dying right now. I got like one last camera left. Definitely everything I recommend today, get that.
It's gonna be amazing. Alright, I gotta go get some sleep. Huge food day tomorrow and for the foreseeable future.
Hey, good morning. First full day in Japan and I'm about to eat something
I've been thinking about ever since I left last time. And I know I've been thinking about a lot of things.
But this one in particular, I missed out last time. It was supposed to be part of one of my videos.
I didn't get to go. So today, finally, I'm heading over there.
But before I do, I gotta prepare. Because this meal, this is a once-in-a-lifetime kind of thing.
So I can't just be hungry. I gotta be starving. So I'm gonna go work out a huge appetite.
Hi, first full day here in Japan. Just finished filming the steak video. All you can eat is Wagyu.
I have so much beef in my stomach right now.
Gonna look for a tea place. But this is why I love this country. Check this out. Just walking around.
You know, just like see random shops like this.
Like a bowl of ramen filled to the rim with chashu.
Just having random spots like that anywhere you go.
I need to live here. Oh, by the way, check this out.
This is like the prettiest alley ever. Look at this. It's like autumn inside this alley. Let's take a walk.
Interesting.
Tuna and egg.
This is the greatest drink here.
There you go. Sparkling grape ice.
That tuna salad, egg salad combo sandwich.
Oh my word.
That's mine. That's my go-to sandwich from now on. I love tuna salad. I love egg salad. Oh, I can't believe they put them together.
The greatest thing. Eat them together.
