Morning Sail in to Skagway, Alaska-Ovation of the Seas

Good morning, Mark. Did you sing last night? I did. You did? I was too tired, I went to bed. Oh, absolutely. It's perfect sound. As beautiful as that is, I love the view from back there when you look that way with the mountains in the background. It's so beautiful. Beautiful. Good morning. Good morning, Mr. Pool. So I'm going to show you guys this. This is Scantway, but look at that view. I finally got away from the Flowrider, which allowed me to get away. She spent three and a half hours on that thing. Not yet, Jason. But we're actually considering doing a whale tour in the San Juan Islands when we get back to Seattle. Oh, Jason, it's so pretty. I had a great time lapse coming down here. Wendy, thank you so much for the award. Michael, not a bad idea. We do have an excursion today. We are doing the train, which I remember doing with my parents 16 years ago when I was a little princess. And I remember it being so beautiful and having this cheap digital camera where I got great photos, but I felt like it didn't do it justice. So I vowed to my parents that whenever I came back, I would come back when I had a nicer camera. So, alas, here I am getting better pictures for my parents. My dad wants them to hang up on his walls, though. For kids, Jason. Is that for real? Miss Q, good morning. Oh, yes, Michael, I have a lot of things I'm covering. And actually, Michael, one of the things you might appreciate is in my Juneau post, while I went to the glacier to take some photos in and around town, I sent Jeff to some breweries, some local craft breweries to check out. And they definitely have his seal of approval, Michael, so you'll be able to treat yourself. Okay, Jason, so that means probably Booster is coming then. But I mean, guys, look how beautiful Salem is. So our room is just down there, right on the hump right there. I want to see if I can show you guys this one picture that I got this morning. Let's see if I can show you. I don't know if you guys can see that, but that's the shot I took this morning, one of them. So Jason, I heard it was due to staffing, but the staff here explained that they haven't figured out how they can sanitize it in between people. But I've heard of both things. So, the North Star is not going to be running until September, they're waiting on a part for it. And Ripcord, I've heard it's either due to staffing or because they don't know how to sanitize it in between people. It is quite chilly right now because the sun has not come up over the mountains. When I'm shooting time lapse videos, I kept going inside the solarium right here to warm up a bit. I'm shaking. The water is just so peaceful. I don't know if you guys, it is hot chocolate time. You can appreciate the color of this water. This is something I've always talked about, is the color of the water. I mean, is that not the most wild color you've ever seen? Bath Ripcord is the skydiving simulator. That is the big tube that's behind the Flowrider. But look at the color of that water. It's so beautiful. Alright guys, I'm going to end up leaving you with a view of Skagway. So I will try to do some haps on the train ride today. So make sure you are following.
