EXTREMELY SPICY Nashville Hot Chicken Challenge!

Oh my God, this is just covered in spice. And the bread, it doesn't look like it helps because that's covered in spice. The only relief I have here is the pickles. Oh my God! Oh my God, the burn! It burns! Hey guys, what's up? This is my last stop in Nashville, Tennessee because I came here for barbecue. But I heard from the locals that something else really stands out about Nashville. And that is the hot chicken. If you don't know what a hot chicken is, it's basically just a really spicy chicken. And this is one of the original places that sells hot chicken. Bolton's Spicy Chicken and Fish. So we're gonna go in there and get some hot chicken. And I think that's gonna be a perfect last meal for me in Nashville. I got a breast meat extra spicy. That's the spiciest they got. And they told me it's gonna stick with me. And then I got chicken tenders. One level below that so I can taste the difference between the spice levels. I'm getting some tips from locals. And this is? I'm Gordon. Gordon. So Gordon's telling me, wash my hands before I go to the bathroom. Which is sound advice. That's sound advice. Oh yeah. And make some pit stops on my way to Kansas City because I got 8 hours left. Go get some extra time. Yeah. Because I need it. Oh my God. You're scaring me now. I don't know. Don't get stuck in traffic after you had hot chicken. The only thing, the only thing I feel good about is Gordon got the same level of spice as I got. Which is the spiciest. So at least, you know, we're suffering together. Favorite hot chicken place in Nashville is Gordon's. And hot chicken is just really hot, spicy chicken. Fried chicken or? It's fried chicken. Yeah. And then they put the spice on. It's not a sauce. It's a dry. Yeah. Dried chicken. That's Nashville thing. I'm excited. I'm also a little nervous. Let's see what happens. Going for it. Can you guys see how spicy this looks? Look at this thing. Oh my God. This is just covered in spice. And the bread doesn't look like it helps because that's covered in spice. The only relief I have here is the pickles. Oh my God. This is insane. Wow. And you guys know I can take my spice. You know what? Whatever. Oh my God. It burns. This is definitely habanero. Is this ghost pepper or habanero? This might have some ghost pepper in here. This is insane. Because habanero doesn't burn this much. Oh my God. I feel like this should be a spice challenge. This should not just be like regular food. Adam Richman should eat this on like Man Vs Food. I gotta be careful where I put my hands now. You guys are not playing around. My tongue feels like I licked a volcano. Close enough. This is the chicken tenders I got. Guys, I'm going a little insane right now. Because I can't think straight. It's too spicy. So this is just regular spice. Even regular spice. Look at that. My lips. I feel like I kissed a bee. Even the regular spicy is spicy. Plus the temperature wise it's hot. So it makes it seem like it's spicier. Oh my God. Did I seriously? Holy cow. This will kill me. I don't know if I can walk out of here. Oh my God. It is tasty. There's good flavor. It's a burning inferno. But it is tasty. Not pure like unadulterated pain. Although that is very much part of this. I never need a clothes cloth more than I do right now. Nothing is helping the pain right now. This should definitely be a challenge. This is not ordinary food. Oh this is beating the crap out of me. I tried that whole pho thing at Brick Lane Curry in New York. And that's supposed to be the spiciest curry on earth. This might be spicier. I'm going to try not touching it. Because I'll forget I washed my hands or something. Throughout my eye. I'm in so much pain right now guys. Let's try the catfish. Wow. This catfish is delicious. Crispy. Tender. Really really good. Oh here comes the pain. It's coming. Why is something so good hurt me so much? Painfully delicious. I'm literally crying. I'm sobbing. The soda is now my salvation. Look how flaky and beautiful this is. And of course the fish is extra spicy as well. I'm done. This has been the most painful experience I've had in a long time. I'll tell you guys this right now. Come here. If you come here. Go for the mile. Go for the medium. Any of the top two spice levels. It's going to kill you. Literally the chicken was trying to stab me to death. Through my mouth. You guys know I eat spice all the time. I love spicy food. I love it. This is. This is not human. I might literally just like. Just like drop dead. What makes this even crazier is.
