Snowy Dessert You Need to Try

Hey guys, let me explain what's happening here. It's 40 degrees in New York City. It's kind of rainy. It's a cloudy day. Usually I love rain. But it's freezing. And I'm about to go in and eat something that I've been thinking about for the past year. A year ago I went to VidCon in LA and at night we were walking around somewhere, we stumbled upon this little place that served something that tasted like pieces of cloud. If you could ever eat cloud. That's what it tasted like. So I've been thinking about that experience for a year now and I've been trying to find a place like that in New York City. I thought it was like Taiwanese shaved ice and it wasn't because Taiwanese shaved ice is kind of coarse. There's a lot of ice element to it. But guys, I think I found it. So we're going to go inside and see if this is really what I had before. This definitely looks like what I got in LA. This flavor is called the Yeti Trax. It's with Oreo cookies and blueberry. Gotta have condensed milk. Alright, we're going to give this a try. Okay, right away as I'm scooping I can tell the texture is definitely not anything like Taiwanese shaved ice. It's much fluffier. This is like the snow cloudy texture I was kind of hoping for. This is it. This is what I had in LA. Each bite is kind of like biting into a cloud. If you could ever bite a cloud. It's like if you're skiing in 20 feet of powder and you took a bite of that powder, of course with some blueberry and condensed milk, that's what it would taste like. This is so much better than typical shaved ice. Look at this. There's no ice chunks in here. You will never crunch down on anything. This is pure fluffiness. I'm eating fluffy. Scratch that. I kind of sounded like I was eating a dog. This is now my go-to place for dessert. Look at this. Look, it's snowing. Ah, I'm making it snow. People are now looking at me weird. Look how loose this thing is. This just goes to show how fluffy this whole thing is. It's not icy whatsoever. As you can see, I have a whole mountain of tacos, so I'll check in with you guys later. Check out how light this is. I'm a snowblower now. All right, I just got more info about this shaved snow. You know how in Taiwanese shaved ice, they actually use ice and they shave it down? The reason why this is so creamy and fluffy and delicious is because they use a dairy mixture, so it's not blocks of ice they're shaving. They're actually shaving down the frozen mixture with the dairy, and that's what makes it so creamy and delicious. So if you're a fan of Taiwanese shaved ice, try this out. Is it wrong to eat frozen dessert in December? I'll tell you this. If it's wrong, I don't ever want to be right. Hmm. It's kind of like that whole thing about people not wanting to eat hot pot in the summer. What's that got to do with anything? It's not like I'm standing outside eating this, but even if I was, it's fine. Gotta get condensed milk, though. That makes everything that much better. I'm going skiing soon. It would be just the greatest thing ever if I could just like shrink myself and ski down a slope of this shaved snow awesome stuff. Then you won't even mind wiping out. You just like wipe out and just start eating. In Magrum, like the entire ski resort, the snow is like tasty, fluffy dessert. I will go there. Then if you ever get caught up in the avalanche, you just like eat your way out. Get things go by too quickly. You know, I basically ate something that was meant for like two people. Oh, I just noticed something really cool. My spoon was blue and it's purple. This spoon actually changes colors when it touches cold things. That's really awesome. Maybe I'll keep this. It's like lick it off and pocket it. Oh, see, see? Put it in my mouth. Now it's blue. All right. So I had a blissful day of stuffing myself with food and a mountain of shaved snow.
