Travel Alabama: Deep Sea Fishing

I'm Nikki and this is Jason. We sold everything, bought an RV, and hit the road. Let the adventure begin. The bait is cut, the lessons are given, and we load up. This is my first time deep sea fishing and I am so excited. As we push off the gulf shores of Alabama, I'm trying to be calm, enjoy the scenery, and not psych myself out. I'm so anxious to catch my first fish, I can't hardly stand it. I want to catch a fish this big. Dropping in, and again, and again, and again. Catching left and right over here. It's my problem. Fish on. Fish on. It's a lot of line to reel in and a lot more difficult than I expected. It's a little shrimp. Fish on. Yep. Thank you. Dang, big one over there. Yeah, I think it's maybe a bigger one. One way to work for your dinner, that's for sure. Okay, fish on. I think it's too big for me. Fish on. Job well done, right? It's a nice ride back to shore. The excitement has calmed, everyone is relaxed, and I have a new sense of accomplishment and self-reliance. So here's my catch. Now it's time to clean them and I don't think you want to stick around for that.
