Highlights: Liverpool - Chelsea Final | Emirates FA Cup 2021/2022

For the people of Ukraine, Romelu Lukaku stays in, Kai Havertz has Salah, Mane, Diaz as the front three. It'll be worth a good deal more to kick off in the standard FA Cup. Are they going to press? Are they going to sit off? I think we know. Thiago has to help out as well because Mane has a little bit of room for him, room to get the shot across or the cross across. Thiago not far away from applying the finishing touch. There's always been a season, earlier this season, saying the challenge of facing Klopp. James with a cool mount and Dyke will be in charge of that. As James wouldn't stick with mount. Enough on it from James to have a corner. Dyke with his hand as Chrisley won. So close. There's a test. Good for Mane and for Mendy, good choice actually. Senegal against Senegal. Liverpool's midfield's really functioning. Alonso goes on. Lukaku, Pulisic and Alonso are waiting. And there's Pulisic! So, so close. Liverpool. Left. Here is Alonso. Great save Alonso, out at the right time to meet him. Alonso just had to overstretch in the end. I mean Salah is the one area of the pitch that you'd look. In theory. Here's Pulisic. Getting in again for Chelsea and it was a combination of Alexander-Arnold and Canato to stop him. It's another massive chance. I can't believe he's not taken that. James beating Diaz. Game after a quiet start. Into the game. There's one for Mane. Alexander-Arnold. It's Thiago de Robertson. Robertson in. Jotter over the top. Kovacic apologises to all and Sundry. Ansuosinho. Through to Lukaku. Went first time. He had to do that. Van Dijk made it awkward. Got underneath it a bit too much. Another chance. It's another chance. Doing a little bit about being left out. You don't want to be left out today. By springing James. All on top but both teams have had their chances. Put it in and make it tricky for Alisson. Alexander-Arnold. It was over Mane and it was too hot for Robertson to handle. Alexander-Arnold. Marcos Alonso not close enough to Lukaku. James. That's a beauty. But Marcos Alonso swung a leg and missed. It's a brilliant cross from Rhys James. Held on to by Alonso. Mane. Henderson. Back by Keita. Robertson. Lovely ball right across the face of Marcos Alonso. Didn't dare do anything other than that. Thiago Silva can't believe. Let's have a challenge. He's not dealt with this in the near post. Big header though. Thiago Silva that. As they have been for a few seasons now defensively. Finds a way out. And it's a cross. Conte handily placed. And the effort is wide. Another one from Pulisic. They're all coming his way. And they're all going away. Yeah, I think that one. Diaz. It's on for him. Was in that team. Pulisic. Robertson trying to tease it into Mane. Like I said, Curtis Jones freshening up that midfield a little bit. Through to Conte. And James went with him every step of the way. Looking for Pulisic to win it. And that's Pulisic. And he's challenged his way. Alexander-Arnold. Thiago. And he's stopped by James. And we're going to get the first card of the FA Cup Final this season. Here is Marcos Alonso. Mane. Goal kick given. Wonder for a second if Mendy might have got fingertips to it. But no, it's straight away. Milner gets it across. Marcos Alonso. And Alisson. Alexander-Arnold. There's Van Dijk. Alisson had started to come for that. Alexander-Arnold. Thiago Silva trying to go with him stride for stride. Diaz. Well, there would be no more fitting match winner if that's how it turns out. And he was mightily. It's Henderson to Alexander-Arnold. That should be Mendy's. No, he's left. Full time. With extra time to come. Marcos Alonso. Always to his side. And he's able to charge into the box. And there's a fresh Joel Matic to gobble him up at the cost of a corner. Brilliant from Rhys James initially. At this stage and Rudig is quick too. Ziyech. Good ball. Well defended by Alexander-Arnold. Poking it behind for the corner. Well, it is. Brilliant defending. Into the tackle goes. Alonso. It's ferried. In from Alexander-Arnold. Mendy's got it looked. And then face a penalty shootout, which of course. Of course. Here is David Koepner. Played in by James. Is there something to make a decision over here? Ziyech thinks so. No, but. Cante. Oh, Canate does really. Talk about all those players. Danderana with the defending and. A follow up from Milner. Nice little pocket there. Jotra. Have you grown some Liverpool fans for that? Simicas. Deep but decent. Firmino challenged. Alonso. Milner in. There's a minute to go yet. Mason Mount has lost it to Canate. And it's just the third FA Cup final in history to be. It might be dark by the time it finishes if the. Try and put Milner off. It doesn't. And he hasn't there. Canate's moment. Saved by.
