All The Goals Kai Havertz | The Main Man For Chelsea

Domestically, they win pretty much every game and to cancel that and to do that much defending. That's a great leave, Havertz for his first Chelsea goal. There it is, big, big moment for Kai Havertz. He doubles Chelsea's lead on the night. Kovacic has been able to pinch it back here and here's Tammy Abraham and that's Kai Havertz and that is four nil and another beautifully worked goal from Chelsea. It's two for Havertz, again Abraham involved and the Blues having some fun now. Havertz for the hat trick, oh Collins has missed it, surely Kai Havertz is going to take that ball home with him. A special night for the German. His first Chelsea goals have come in a bunch of three and it's five nil to Frank Lampard's side now. Werner, here's Pulisic, Werner wants it back, Werner for the hat trick and selfishly tees up Havertz and just like that Chelsea are in front again. Wow, magnificent. In from Azpilicueta, what a great ball and there is goal number four for Kai Havertz, towering above his man to bury it. Another chance for Havertz, can he get a shot off? He can, he's bent it into the corner and put Chelsea in front. Kai Havertz breaks the deadlock, a big, big goal for him. That's a great touch isn't it? Oh and a wonderful pass, Havertz is in and Havertz has scored. Mason Mount made it, Havertz finished it off, it's a brilliant goal, back to front in no time and Chelsea have the early lead. Yeah Mason's not playing that double six, don't worry about that, he's a number eight. That pass was nicely played and beautifully controlled. Oh that's clever, Havertz tucks it away, that's a brilliant goal, I reckon he's timed that perfectly. The German connection works a treat, we think Havertz has too. Beautifully done again, that connection's been sweet for Chilwell and Mount and Havertz is through here, he's round Ederson and he must score, he has scored. Havertz, Champions League hero. Immortality beckons if Chelsea can hold on. Chelsea's turn to threaten from the corner big runs in there, Havertz with the flick. Near post flick header is so dangerous normally because they set someone up at the back stick but that one's gone all the way, Chelsea lead at Anfield. Chilwell with a rare touch, quickly lost it, here goes Hudson-Odoi, three on two at the moment. Fullback's out of position isn't he? All of a sudden the pace of Callum takes it away, oh he's overcooked it. Havertz will get there anyway, in off the post, three-nil and surely that is that beautiful death finish from the man who knows all about scoring in the Champions League. Oh it's a good delivery and it's headed in and Chelsea take the lead just before half-time through Kai Havertz. Perfectly flighted onto his head, he just had to guide it in. Here's Rhys James, Havertz wanted it played in early, now it comes in to Kai Havertz. Triple cross from James and Havertz left all alone to nod in. It's a great ball in. Jorginho, Kante turned away from trouble, Havertz came over, what a clinical finish that was. Jorginho's ball looking for Havertz, it's a good one. Here's Rhys James, I keep feeling he's going to be a factor here. Jorginho, lovely, Havertz! Havertz will chase after this, facing Federer. Himself, Timo Werner, still off the post, Havertz in for four. Extraordinary stuff from Chelsea who are motoring here, what a first half performance this has been, outstanding. It's easy as you like, Kai Havertz nods home. It's 2-0 and suddenly it feels far more like it. James is loitering, here's N'Golo Kante coming to join in. Rhys James again, it must be three, it is! 10 minutes of the second half, it's gone from 0-0 to 3-0 and James and Havertz have been all over it. It'll be a long old afternoon if it carries on like this for the Hornets. There's Ziyech, finding Kennedy again, Mount wanted it early, went across the face of Kyle to put Chelsea in front. Shade over 10 minutes gone.
