Highlights: Vitesse - PSV | Eredivisie 2022/2023

The financial concerns are indeed very serious for Vitesse Four consecutive losses after a series in which it actually seemed to be going a bit better with four matches without a defeat But as Edwiges Medour already noted the next program will be a bit more pleasant Vitesse may still have hope that it doesn't end up on the last matchday when it has to face Feyenoord He is back with Oranje but that is no longer really surprising A sure thing A special match for many people here Especially for Isimad Merijn who will play against PSV once There where he became so popular He was central in the back central in the midfield Marco van Ginkel played a few more minutes for PSV's first team this season Merijn returned to Vitesse as he has naturally done several times before with PSV Joey Veerman didn't get the orange card but it seemed everyone understood that anyway And he will also take that note with him in his game that there are still many things that are better They must be allowed to register there in the end Eukasië and Fabio Silva are on the wings The support of Luc de Jong the captain is back Another short absence Sengare and de Jong give up on Silva Simons asks him to the edge of the 16 De Jong arrives at the first post which was the search Close enough Klos Losski There goes PSV The path is fairly open Does he make it too Yes of course he does If Xavi Simons is given so much space then it's number 13 of the season There are a few at PSV yes you really should see them Of course there is space But Vitesse is now giving the PSV player the space you should absolutely not do What does he do to calm him down What does he use his speed and ball control for there Is someone with ice not the first to be displayed in childish simplicity And will the last not also be so We know The second one was in fact more painful Now a warm-up from Harkies And a flamingo shaking its head and shuddering there That's setback number two for Cocu They'll have to go off injured Snow It seems like a muscle injury That would have happened when trying to go towards Simon To prevent that goal That didn't work And that also ended up injured again Snow for Flamingo Snow for Vitesse A free kick is still to be taken by Feerman A ball seems to hang in midair for a moment Well that can still happen As Fabio Silva is the most attentive and Vitesse also cannot get the ball away well Ramalho steps in holds on Ramalho receives a free kick against Is that the arm or not It will be looked at again soon There's the trap Maybe also out of fear Don't be too defensive That ball will end up on the arm It also needs to be checked Peres looked at it and said it's fine like that go ahead De Jong Silva Simons ask Sangaré gets It's a bit wild but he was still touched It is indeed a corner for PSV Kick the ball towards the second post In one go Simons Well that's in one go But no problem for Scherpen Manhoef meets Ramalho Glistening movement And then there's nothing wrong It keeps pressing Manhoef stays lying down Hard shot and eventually a corner There Vitesse was pushing for at least one or three penalties Will that have to do for now with a corner kick Ramalho is certainly being made to look pretty foolish about it Here is someone Ramalho Sangaré Gets him not El Ghazi from Arnold Ramio Silva pulls in Does he get space Of course also a former Vitesse player at PSV With a left-back Played two and a half years in Arnhem Bramford is level but there was really nothing wrong El Ghazi Simons Handy to reach Easy to reach And Vienna Was it on the young one That head back And there is not the second of PSV Ramio Silva But it's been a while Since a long time ago The keepers haven't had much to do in this game so far A pass from the young player Naturally that's nice He only climbed up the outside of the pole Ramalho Happy Easter The boy could now go to Simon's house you'd say He doesn't He chooses to take the shot That's just next to it Simon also had space Then it actually had to go to the left Now he took him along for himself He shot himself in the left leg Bakayoko The door Gets him at Simons Simons to Silva That was the idea Just a bit too hard on the ball Silva keeps him in check Van Arnold found it easier to make the pass Maltje van Simons went just a bit too hard He's running on the field Yes then you'd say he's not to be missed But with Luc de Jong It just won't happen this season Six goals scored That should have been many more This is yet another moment Then the ball falls perfectly for him And it must be 2-0 for PSV The shot was attempted in the corner But Drommel has the view on it King of Manhoef Braafweet Marcus gets him out of the situation Almost caught Veerman Sangaré Oh just someone from there In his own sixteen Was still submitted That's not why this match is here Wat Sangaré is taking a moment It eventually gives Van Aanholt a free kick PSV thinks it will dominate most of this match Oh well everything will turn out fine This is a ball that flies in This is such a moment I think maybe an own goal at the end But PSV has completely brought this upon itself Greatly rotated by Cornelissen And then he is extended by Van Ginkel And afterwards also via a PSV player in the goal He is the man I think caused the free kick you could say With his reckless defending Also personally responsible for the 1-1 In short not the minutes of Sangaré Bakayoko It's quick It's easy to get there Jong isn't preparing Fabio Silva will have been prepared by Simons But that also doesn't work Veerman in relation to Manhoef Druk is here The ball rolls just inside for Bero But he needs too much time Van Boekel is under a lot of scrutiny But he is not blowing his whistle anymore A lot slower than before To keep the tempo in the game to their advantage There's Bakayoko again Bakayoko himself PSV met six people Around sixteen That will not be the best choice Meulensteen Balletje that Marcuse Marcuse tries to put it in the corner But finds it just right The best chances are with Vitesse That makes sense too Because they get the most space This is one of them Just barely next to them One point in the lead over Ajax That's not enough for PSV But it's working out for now Bakayoko Balletje Fabio Silva Preparing The shot is not as good The threat is there But also besides The season of PSV is summed up in this match PSV earns only one point from their lax and careless style of play
