Parallels RAS: VDI device-based assignment

Parallels RAS can assign a user to a particular VDI (virtual desktop infrastructure) virtual machine (VM) both manually and automatically to ensure that the user always connects to the same VM. Parallels RAS device-based assignment supports scenarios such as:
-Granular access capabilities for personal/persistent desktops and applications.
-Hot desking scenarios with the requirement for users on specific desks to access specific desktops and applications.
-Enabling government organizations to limit access to software to only defined and approved devices.

Parallels RAS extends static assignment to the device and configures device-based assignments. Users accessing VDI from a particular device are always connected to the same VDI VM, based on the device hostname.
