(Premier League 2022/2023): Highlights Newcastle - Manchester United

For Newcastle United against Manchester United in week 29 of the Premier League season. Manchester United thwarted one Newcastle ambition, now they will try and damage another. What are they doing there? They're trying to get on the front foot here. It's high from Trippier, Isak playing it back down. Along Sarp's way, certainly not initially. Isak. Plenty of space on the right-hand side, Trippier putting it into a position for Murphy. It's an outstanding double save from David O'Hare. Magnificent goalkeeping. Isak initially, and yeah, it was a very good save, as you say, Jim, first time round. But second time round, you know, I think... Eric Ten Haard once sold. It's a maximum. Longstaff! The leases suggest that was close. Isak for St Maximin. St Maximin goes. What a chance! What a miss. Joe Willock's reaction says it all. Longstaff. Murphy. Willock's way, does for Isak, good ball in. Guimaraes. Too much on man, he's there, St Maximin! Back across the face of Guardcastle United. Who missed a couple of glorious chances in the first half. He's the man that does the damage. Kastrian Nevert Einstein. You know it's going to be difficult, but this is very clever from St Maximin. To place it back into the six-yard box, where Willock was just waiting. And those he's going to gobble up. 6-4 for Newcastle, plenty of air underneath it. Oh, what a save by Martial. Joe Linton thought he'd buried it. And great reflexes from De Gea. It's like, you know, did he take a knock in the face as he just bent over? Cher, once it came back off the crossbar. Is this the reason? And it would be, I think, from the foot of Bruno Fernandes. If it's deemed to have made contact. Manchester United and Tottenham into form. Swing and the free kick in! And that should do it. Adam Wilson doubling the lead. Jordy Jubilation on the Galligan. Newcastle United going into the top three. And again, the ball in from Trippier. I mean, it's just absolutely magnificent. You don't get much better than that. The little nudge on Rashford just to get him out of the way. And Lindelof can't close the gap in time. And again, we're talking deep in the six-yard box. And another pretty easy finish. But this is impressive from Newcastle. Served with a side dish of revenge.
