A New Jakarta Vlog!

Good morning and welcome back to Jakarta. It's been a long time since I've been here. I think like eight months, maybe longer. It'll be almost a year. But yeah, I'm back for a few days to see Jakarta for a few important reasons. First of all, I've got a situation. I just realized that all my clothes, my shoes especially, are really dirty from Bali and from Batu. And I have an interview scheduled today with Detik. So I've just rushed to Grand Indo quickly to get some replacement shoes and then shoot up again. So this is the color they should be. Those are mine. Definitely need new trainers. Shoes, socks, go. Okay, here we go. Hello. Yeah, yeah, Jordan. Okay, yeah. Ready? Okay, here we go. Okay, are we ready? So we just finished the interview. Thank you to my lovely interviewee, Shinta. And cheers, man. Thank you. All right, well, I think that went okay. I'm going to link the article in the video below, so go check it out. But I think it was all right. Right now I'm going to jump on the Gojek and head back towards my hostel. I'm just staying in a dorm right now to keep things cheap. And that's how I left my locker this morning. I've got my drone, ATD, laptop, completely out in the open. Luckily, I think most people were pretty nice and it was left completely untouched. I think the interview went okay. The main reason I did it is because it's something I haven't really done before and I wanted to practice and be in an interview setting because, yeah, I want to try and get better at that. That was kind of sorted out because I was here, but I'm actually here for a more important reason. So the main reason I wanted to come back to Jakarta is to meet you guys. I've wanted to do a meetup for ages and I've just organized doing a meetup here in Jakarta. And it's the first one I've ever done, so I don't know how it's going to work out, but it's really exciting. I'm actually walking towards it now. I've arranged it in a park here and messaged people on Instagram telling them where. So hopefully people will turn up. I wanted to do it here in Jakarta because I feel like Jakarta was really where my channel got started and where a lot of you guys are from. When I was living here before, I did lots of Indonesia videos and they did pretty well. So thank you guys for watching and I wanted to repay that by coming here and meeting some of you. Right, so I just got here and no one turned up. No, I'm kidding. Hi guys! Right, this is cool. We're going to chill out and chat. You guys want my cell phone? Right, and we have another vlogger here. It was actually yesterday because by the time we finished chatting after a couple of hours, it got really dark and then I stopped vlogging. But yeah, it was really cool to finally have a meet up and to do it back here in Jakarta was pretty special. And thank you to everyone that came. As you can tell, I'm in the airport now. So like I said, that was the main reason I came back to Jakarta. I'm really happy that I got to do it. Now, I'm flying off to a new country. You're going to have to wait to the next video to find out where I'm going. I'm going to keep you in suspense, but it's somewhere I've never been before and somewhere that's going to be pretty different, I think. So comment below, let me know what you think. It was really cool to be back in Jakarta for a few days and I'm going to be back to Indonesia again. I'm sure I still haven't been to Sumatra or Papua or Kalimantan, Raja Ampat.
