£67,000 Trailer Tour : Keystone Cougar 34TSB

And now for something completely different, this is a Cougar TSB34. Now the idea of these is that they'll sell you one of these and they'll tow it to a location. So for example if you were building a house or if you were filming on location and you wanted to have some accommodation, makeup, that sort of thing, then they'll take this out, set it all up because it's got slide outs on it as you can see and it makes for a tremendous accommodation. So I'm going to take you inside of this one. They do various layouts and various sizes but this is a pretty good example and what we'll do is we'll head forward first of all because what you've got here is just a really massive bedroom. Double bed as you can see. Storage dotted around the place in places like this. That's hanging locker and if you come right on round this is actually ensuite. Check this out. Big shower. I mean it's real home from home stuff isn't it? Toilet there and you've obviously the sink and then this closes off. You can see there's a door just here that slides across but you'll notice there's another door and the reason for that is because that is also the main bathroom for it. So if we come around here you can close that one over and then during the day you see people can use that straight in like so. Now what you've also got is this fantastic living area. Look at that. That's dramatic isn't it? So we've got a nice little dining area here. There's the settee as you can see. We've got TV. We've got the fire there as well and then we've got this lovely kitchen area. There's just so much space. Now the space is gained by the slide out so you can see how this one comes out here and this one extends out here and that's what gives a tremendous amount of width. Now obviously when they're moving it they bring that one in, they bring that one in and that's how they're able to transport it around. If we have a wandering through here then obviously we've got the island. Sink of course is underneath here so double sink as you can see and storage down underneath. Drawers here. This is the slide out. You can see how this comes out here. That whole panel there moves in and then over here we've got the oven, we've got the microwave, huge fridge freezer. It's fantastic isn't it? But look how much space there is there. That is just brilliant. Okay let's press on back a little bit further. Hi-fi systems on here. We've got the TV of course and then this one has got a completely separate bedroom back here so that closes off. Again you can see with that slide out how that works. They do other versions of this. You can have a one bedroom version that's got a much larger lounge area apparently. There's lots of versions actually. If you have a look on their website it's one RV you'll see them all. But this then is the second bedroom. Now what you've got here is bunk beds over on this side but in fact this will make into a bed. You take the cushions off the back and beyond that is a pullman that drops down so you can actually sleep four in here if you want to. I mean for example if you were doing motor racing and you want to have this in the pits if you're doing testing and you want someone from mechanics to sleep and that kind of thing, perfect. So many things you can do with these. And this one again is another slide out and that again is how you get so much space in here. I think for something that will travel down the road, I mean it's hard to believe when you're in it, you really feel like you're in a house. More storage here but that's the bit I think that impresses the most. That is brilliant isn't it? So that's it. A short tour but a very very interesting one. I am going to say massive thanks to 1RV for organising that. Huge thanks as ever to you guys for watching. Let me know what you think of that in the comments and we'll catch you on another one of these real soon. Take care, bye bye.
