Warriors can lock up series with win over Kings Friday night
It's game day and tonight is game six in the playoff series against the Dubs and
the Kings. So the Warriors, well, they've won the last three games and with
another win tonight, they can actually keep the Kings to the curb and advance
to the next round. So Justin Andrews is live inside Chase Center this morning.
Justin, you ready for Game six tonight? I am ready for Game six and it looks
like the Chase Center is to take a look. You can see all behind me. It says
gold blooded. The seats are covered with all of these gold blooded T shirts.
This is just some of what people will experience. And you know what? I saw a
headline this morning. It said, Warn the Kings. Game six clay is being
activated. We know how the Dubs do in Game six. Game six clay ends up
storming in. Well, we met an eight year old. His name is Jordan Gomez and he's
ready to storm into to watch this game. Even though it's an early tip off at
five this evening, Jordan told us that he's pretty confident he won't have to
worry about it. It won't conflict with his school schedule. And even if it did,
Jordan, you can't miss this game. And why would any of us want to miss it? We
cannot deny the season for the Warriors. I mean, the team has proven to be a
force to be reckoned with at home, but the Kings are no slouches. So fans, you
also need to be on your a game. Jordan will be, and he thinks the Dubs will
show out tonight, too. I feel like since they beat them at the Golden One
Center, they should they should be able to beat them at home. They're playing
at five. Okay. Do you think you'll be out of school by then? For sure.
All right, Gianna, I gotta say this. So Jocelyn always gets on me about
forgetting to wear gold whenever there's a game or the day after the
game. So obviously I got my gold head on this morning. Take a look at my
jeans. I feel like they're pretty distressed. That's how the Kings are
gonna be when they leave tonight's game. But look at my shoes. I call
these gold blooded dunks. Yes, I wore them just for you all this morning
because let's be honest, we're gold blooded and the Dubs are gonna take it.
So, Jocelyn, you take that. Wow. Wow. You know what? You look good, Justin.
You look good. And I like that. I like the distressed jeans. What a good way
to sort of show how the Kings are feeling. Excellent. Well done. I feel
bad. I didn't wear my blue and gold either. So yeah. Okay, I'll make sure
Johnson. Come on, G. What are you doing? It's in my heart. It's Jocelyn has
blue on. Well, we'll see her outfit in just a second. All right, we'll check
it with you in just a little bit, Justin. And I think the Warriors need
the confidence of what Jordan has. Who? That little cute kid that we just
showed there. All right, if you're headed over Chase Center tonight, it's
gonna be right during the middle of drive time because tip off for the game
is at five o'clock. So that is certainly gonna make it very busy for
anyone heading through there. So I 82 or 2 80 extension. As you come into the
city, you're gonna see a lot of extra traffic there, probably on Embarcadero
as well as areas in and around Chase. So use public transit. Bart Muni. Cal
train are your best beds. Game ticket is your muni pass, by the way. So
you've got that option. You can also share the ride. You can also park your
bike there and parking apps are available. Hop on Chase Center's
website. You can even book parking in advance. Just be prepared to get out
there early because not only will people be inside Chase, they're gonna
be outside at Thrive City, hopefully wearing a lot of blue and gold and
celebrating a Warriors game six Amanda.
