Do You Like Trawler SuperYachts? Then You Will LOVE This!

If you like explorer yachts and trawler yachts, I think I've found a vessel that you will love. Her name alone, being far far away, gives you some idea of the capabilities of this beautiful looking explorer yacht. This 46 meter Inace is a full displacement yacht built in 2012. Her steel hull is designed to slice through even the choppiest of sea states with relative ease. This trawler super yacht went through an extensive refit in 2021 and the result of that refit is the beautiful vessel that you see before you now. During her refit, her hull was extended by 8 meters. Her swim platform was also extended and her bulbous bow was extended by 1.5 meters. She can sleep up to 15 guests in no less than seven staterooms. She also has accommodation for seven crew in four cabins. She is powered by twin Caterpillar C18 800 horsepower engines with a maximum speed of 13 knots and a cruising speed of 11 knots which is about average for full displacement yachts. Far Far Away has a draft of 2.41 meters and a beam of 8.41 meters. As well as holding 98,000 litres of fuel, she also has a capacity for 18,000 litres of fresh water in her large tanks. Far Far Away has been built and designed for extensive cruising in remote areas. She can stay at sea for months at a time thanks to her 8,500 nautical mile range and massive fridge and freezer areas. When we step inside Far Far Away we are met with an elegant and uncluttered calming environment. Her cabins are clean and crisp with large windows which will allow lots of natural light into these areas. The indirect lighting around the accommodation areas of this trawler yacht help to create an ambient and calming atmosphere. Meanwhile the interior communal areas of this super yacht are also open and with the blinds up will give amazing views of this yacht's surroundings wherever she may be in the world. The seamless synergy between the lounging areas and the formal dining spaces merge together effortlessly. I also love the crew areas on this trawler expedition yacht. Having spent five years at sea myself when I served in the Royal Navy on several warships and an aircraft carrier, I know how important it is for crew morale, for crew members to have large areas where they can take some well-deserved time out. After all a happy crew means a happy ship. The crew's sleeping quarters are also roomy and spacious. I like the fact that this bottom bunk has its own tv, a nice little space to escape and just get away from it all for a while. Talking of the crew areas let's take a look at the engine room of this globe trotting explore yacht. As mentioned before she is powered by twin Caterpillar C18 800 horsepower engines. She also has two stern thrusters and quantum zero speed stabilizers. During her most recent refit the fire sensors in Far Far Away's engine room were also replaced. The main deck of Far Far Away has 120 square meters of space for tenders. The crane has a lifting capacity of 2.5 tons and the deck space has a separate area for the vessel's jet skis. Let us now take a look at my favorite part of any boat, the bridge. This vessel has been fitted with six brand new screens which help to give the crew a snapshot of everything that is going on both inside and outside of the vessel. The bridge on Far Far Away has direct access to the captain's cabin. The upper deck has a vast exterior space with a dining table for 10 guests and a bar with an ice maker and a fizzy water maker. You will find a massive sunbed area on the sun deck with a 180 degree view. A full bar plus a pizza oven makes the sun deck the best spot to spend a sunny day. Let us now take a look at some of the other areas of the deck on this stunning super yacht. There are so many features that I love about this trawley yacht. The engineers and naval architects who took her through her extensive refit have done an outstanding job. The extra length of Far Far Away really does make her a unique vessel.
