HOW MUCH?! Tourist FISH & CHIPS In The Lake District

Today is a different video we're out the kitchen and we're in Bowness in the Lake District and the plan is I'm going to go and get some fish and chips. It's Friday it's not pie day it's fish and chip day today. I've spared you the journey we're already here so we'll get out of this car now because it's getting hot and I'll show you some sights and we'll get some fish and chips for lunch that is the plan so let's let's get out of this car. So I've just parked my car I think it'll be okay here yeah I wish anyway I'm just gonna walk into the just walking down into Bowness now. I've just come off the side of the road please excuse the sound quality of the video I don't have a portable microphone I'm just using my mobile phone and it is a busy spot so I do apologize for the sound right let's get back let's get back to this ah they get everywhere don't they I like the idea of that this is a nice pub if you're in Bowness this one here right it's time to get the mankini on I'm going for a dip. So I got here a little bit early and it doesn't open till 12 o'clock the fish and chip shop it's called vinegar jones chippy I think there's a cafe upstairs you can sit in but I'm not going to I'm just going to get a take out and then I'm going to get into him but like I say I'm a bit early so I'm just showing you the sights of Bowness I'm on a bit of a quiet spot here because it's it's it's a touristy spot and it's dead busy and I've got a selfie stick and a mobile phone so I might not not look out of place although I haven't seen anyone with a mobile phone on a selfie stick other than me it's a nice hotel up there and this is Bowness there's a lake windermere change of plan um I'm going to try this one for a change seafarers fish and chips that diddy one there see what that's like bit of diy oh drop me coke so I got this I got a regular regular cod chips and peas I got a can of coke 11 pound 50 um it's only a diddy it's only a diddy fish so she's on her own today and they're the woman very friendly very friendly um put your own salt and vinegar on so here we go let's get into this look at this nice and crisp oh it's made to order 11.50 in the heart of Bowness I don't think it's bad for fish and chips I really don't got you in the end let's get into these I had a bit of a nightmare before oh that's good it's only a diddy fish mind let's try the chips it's all fresh and made to order the chips are fresh the cod is fresh and I'm very close to you I do apologize for that let's try the mushy peas I was I dropped my can of coke that bust started doing a video outside of the fish and chip shop and then I got mobbed not by a load of people I know but by a load of birds um and not the um yeah a load of birds and then so I walked to a car park on a wall and there was two blokes over the other side um and I heard one of them say he's doing a youtube video and they came over let's just say they'd been on the beer so they are still warm a lot easier in your kitchen the fish is only small I don't if it's a regular cod I don't know small a small cod would have been um but it's tasty and that's the main thing and it was only £11.50 for this and a can of pop it might it might seem a lot £11.50 but where we're at in Bowness it's not it's not a lot all Daniels used to say not a lot there it is so I'm going to get into it now I'm going to enjoy it that's the plan hmm I did get a fork oh they're mushy peas are nice nice and sweet yeah they're tasty they're mushy peas I reckon just put a little bit of sugar in them hmm very friendly woman in there so just a little one a short one a trip out but for youtubers who do sort of vlogs in restaurants and and places like that take me out off to you I really do it's not something I do often is this and it is difficult isn't it especially um I need to get some better equipment I've had equipment failures never mind I'll get one this weekend but check it out the seafarer I like it I do like it the chips are tasty as well a little bit of a bit of skin on there but all adds to the flavor doesn't it yeah come to Bowness the seafarer I recommend it and if you like the video give it a thumbs up maybe consider subscribing to the channel yeah well tech care all the best and I'll catch you on the next one
