MASSIMO DUTTI Haul & Review - High-end ZARA | Summer 2023

Thank you so much for being here today. If you're new, hello, my name is Sandra, welcome to my channel. Today I'm talking about Massimo Dutti. This is a brand which belongs to the Inditex group. It's the same group that owns Zara, Behrs, Castradivarius, Pull&Bear and among other brands. Massimo Dutti within the Inditex group is the brand which focuses more on quality and classic pieces. It's a brand dedicated and perfect for those women who want to make and compose a classic wardrobe. They usually use quality fabrics such as linen and cotton in summer and also wool and cashmere during their winter collections. And today I have six tops and five bottoms to show you. I will be talking about the quality, fabrics, design, sizing, etc. I will also be styling these pieces so that you can have some outfit ideas and outfit inspiration. So let's begin with the first piece which is a top. The first top is this one with this ecru trim. These kind of tops are trend right now. However this is a tank top that will compose any woman's wardrobe. It's a basic that will last a long time in our wardrobes. It's made of 100% cotton. This is the kind of tops that are very simple which is perfect if you want to dress down some tailored or classic bottoms. If you pair this top with a pleated midi skirt, with a satin midi skirt, with some wide leg trousers, you are dressing down the trousers and are making a perfect contrast between the chic décontracté which is my next top. It's much more like the first one except this one is it's in navy blue with the trim also in a off-white color. This one has this crossed neckline at the front and at the back it's also very beautiful. This top is very flattering on our body and with these tops I usually get a lot of questions about what bra to wear and I usually wear a strapless bra. Strapless bra is perfect with this kind of tops. This one in navy and with this off-white trim it's perfect to pair with the white linen shorts, with white wide leg trousers, with a midi skirt. It's also perfect. This is a very beautiful top. And finally another top that has the same kind of similar design that the previous ones is this one. This one is also in black and also with this off-white trim. Also available in off-white the base and with the trim in black. Since this it has this wider shoulder area it allows you to wear a normal bra. So I have three tops that are pretty similar in the design but in some way they are different. The first one it's very very thin stripes, more exposed. The second one is in navy and this one is closed top so to speak. They are incredibly versatile. They are staples in every woman's wardrobe and they are staples now in my wardrobe. I love them. I will keep them all the three. They are all three made in 100% cotton. Very soft, very good quality. It's a structured cotton. They are very well made. Size-wise I went for my regular size which is size medium. They are on a loose side but I love my tops to be like that. I don't want my clothes to be very cling, very tight on my body. But if you want more of a fitted top I think you should size down. Next two tops are two brown tops. I will begin with this one. That is the one which has the more deepest neckline either at the front and also at the back. This one also in size medium but this one is too big on me. I need to size down. I wanted to invest in a brown top and I ordered these two to kind of choose which one I love the most. This one is a more closed top. The neckline is more of a boat neckline. Both are made of 100% cotton. This one also in size medium and this one is also too big on me. I will also decide which one I will keep since they have pretty much the same color. They have little to no difference. This one is more of a milk chocolate and this one more of a dark chocolate. The last top that I want to show you is a sweater. It's a kind of a cotton sweater. Perfect for summer nights that are a little bit windy. I think this kind of sweaters in the cotton fabric are perfect for these occasions. It has this V neckline. I went for size medium, if I'm not mistaken. Yes, size medium and I think it's perfect. It's more of a relaxed, not too oversized, but more of a relaxed fit. It has these white sleeves that I love and I think it's the perfect summer sweater. Now moving on to bottoms. The first pair of trousers that I want to show you are these ones. A kind of a chino design trousers. I don't know if you say that like that in English. Chino trousers. Chinos. Like the men's wear a chinos. So these are the trousers. They have pleats on the front. Zip and button closure. Side pockets and also back pockets. Back welt pockets. On me they are a little bit on the crop side. So they're perfect. If you are on the petite side you don't have to hem them. Let me check the composition. 97% cotton and 3% elastane. A little bit of stretch. They're very comfortable on the body. And they're a basic pair of trousers to my workwear capsule wardrobe. They're perfect. They don't have belt loops. So this is a down point. Size wise I went for size European 38. Yes or US 6. And they are true. The next pair of trousers which are much alike. They're similar to the previous ones except these ones are in a satin cotton. They are very very beautiful. They are of mercerized cotton. I don't know if you say that in English. I think so. In Portuguese is algodão mercerizado. In English I think it's mercerized cotton. It's a special cotton that gets this kind of silky touch. They also have pleats at the front. Side pockets. Also true welt pockets at the back. A zip and a button closure. The button is similar to the previous ones. And these ones do have belt loops. As far as length is concerned they're also a little bit on the cropped side for me. Again if you are on the petite side these will be the perfect wide leg trousers for you. They're perfect to compose your workwear capsule wardrobe. They're kind of a classic style pair of wide leg trousers. Very flattering and also very versatile. Size wise also I went for size European 38 yes or US 6. And they're perfect for me. Moving on to black trousers. I was in the search of a cotton black wide leg trousers. And I saw these ones made of 100% cotton. The design is similar to the previous ones except these ones has two pleats. Each side at the front. Button and also zip closure. Side pockets and also welt back pockets. True belt back. Finally the last black pair of trousers are these ones. These ones are a blend of lyocell and linen. But they are very soft fabric. Very comfortable on the skin. Also with front pleats. Zip and button closure. Side pockets and welt back pockets. Also true pockets. They are the perfect length on me. I don't need to hem them. They're perfect on me. These ones are more on the long side. They have belt loops and also I went for size 30 again 38 or size 6. And they're perfect on me also. Between these two trousers I will choose only one. Since they are pretty much the same. It will help me decide which one I will I shall keep. In today's video I want to show you a pair of denim jeans. These are a straight pair of denim jeans in this light denim wash. They have button closure. Buttons here. They 100% organic cotton. They are the perfect length on me. Wide leg. And I went up a size. To size European 40 or US 8. Because I wanted them to be on the loose side. I want a pair of denim jeans that I wear like a relaxed fit. Like very relaxed. That will fall a little bit on my hips. I think they are very very flattering during summer with a nice top. With a pair of a heeled sandal. And it's the perfect night outfit in my opinion. And that's all for today.
