We're back! Unseen Hours are back, baby! Today we're going to give you a day in the life of
what it looks like, you know, over the summer, which is when the real work happens, you know.
The players off-season is my on-season, so today we're going to be starting at 7 a.m.
and we'll probably be in the gym until 11 p.m. Super long hours, but that's what you have to
do if you're really craving the results and trying to, you know, get improvement and become
a changed player the next season. So it'll be cool to give you guys a chance to see exactly
what goes on on a daily basis. Let's get it, baby. Ball. Yes, that's good. As you're stepping,
the ball is going to go up and then to here. And then from right here, you're going to take
another jab and the ball's going to flip over. That's how it's going to be. It's going to be
that low and then that high. Yeah, yes. Low and then high. Yes, that was it.
When your hand's in the middle of the ball, then it goes straight up to the pocket and it allows
perfect. Cool. Perfect. Cool. Perfect. Perfect. Stop. You feel yourself leaning back like that?
That's where I need you to be there. Okay, I need your chest forward at all times.
Good. So much better. Maybe if I ate more, I would look more like your body.
Probably not. My last workout starts at 11. You're not going to eat, you're not going to sleep either.
Let's go. My ball.
Wow.
I finally lost the spot.
That's tough. That's tough.
JoJo, hold this up so the world knows what you did.
What happened today? He's a hack. That's what happened. Offensive.
Getting a little therapy session in before our next workout. As you guys can see, we had a gym
change. After this one, we head back over to St. Bernard where we have two more workouts. We got
Jordan Clarks and a couple other guys are going to come in for an 11 p.m. shooting session. So
start of the day at 7 a.m. and we'll end the day at midnight or maybe a little bit after.
You're just going to move your feet like this and you're going to try to get them off of this spot
and then eventually you're going to take off. That's the big thing. So most people,
most of the time, what you do is you go and the ball's always in your hands,
but I want you to work on your breathing where you can be here, get to a plank position,
okay, that's all over.
You can run off the line, attack the secondary defender. If you come here,
boom, now you got one, two. You know what I'm saying?
Stay forward, stay forward, stay forward.
First drive, try to jam and then after that, you're constantly almost like sucking in and
letting him play fast and let the secondary defender be the guy that's going to take care of
it. Right there, don't let him get in the middle, don't let him block. Ah, you're good. Right here,
this is all you need to do. Boom, you can boom right there, but don't extend it. Nice.
Let that float down. He might come by tomorrow. He played last week, he's not going to play.
Keep it there. It's about midnight, just wrapped up our last workout session.
As you can see, got ice bags on my knees, torn meniscus, just trying to get through the days
without any injuries. Crazy day, but it was a good day. This is one of my favorite sites right here
after every night. You know, we have long days, come out to see the palm trees and then the old
basketball hoops right here. That's what it's all about, man. Putting in real work,
getting real results. It all starts over at 7 a.m. tomorrow.
