I hope you're all doing well. I'm sitting here again and doing laundry. I've been neglecting that a bit in the last few days.
That's always very stupid, because if I just do it regularly, like any normal person, then I don't have such a chaos.
And as soon as I let it dry, it's just a huge pile of laundry and I don't even know where to start.
Totally stupid. You make this experience, you realize it and you still do it again. That's how it is.
Well, that's why I'm sitting or standing here and doing all the laundry. But that's pretty good, too, because of course Ms. Theo is a bit emotional right now.
Because Wimmy's birthday is coming up. It's her birthday in the next few days and she's turning 4. My child is turning 4. I think that's so crazy.
I've only just seen the vlog from a year ago. Sometimes I do that because I find it so interesting to look back in a time capsule.
And I sat on the balcony the night before Wimmy's birthday and was incredibly emotional and grateful.
And just relieved that things have developed the way they have. You know, we didn't have the easiest start.
Because of the fucking week-long depression, there was a lot that I had to work on and a lot that I had to develop.
I know that many of you have also described that you had this incredible motherly love right after the birth.
And yes, I felt so connected and we didn't have all of that. And I was very afraid for a long time that I wouldn't develop it or that I would never be able to do it again.
Even though I know that I'm not to blame in that sense. But you still feel guilty. I think that comes with becoming a mother.
But yes, I thought for a long time that I couldn't pick it up again. And now, looking back at what I said last year.
And I already had the impression that things have developed very well for us and that we are a really good team.
And so it has become even more intense in comparison.
I now slowly also really have the impression that we are simply growing together more and more.
The better we get to know each other, the better we grow together, so to speak.
Of course, Wimmy is the one who just went from a baby to a grandchild and then at some point to a child and then to a schoolchild.
And yes, mommy has to process it first. He takes all the development steps and grows and becomes smarter and so on.
But I have the impression that I do too. So his growing up and accompanying him often brings me to my limits and lets me grow and understand and develop further.
Even though, of course, in child rearing, everyone of you who also has children, there are always situations where you think, I can't do it anymore, I don't feel like it anymore.
Or days when you are not as patient as you would like to be.
Nevertheless, it is simply a wonderful incentive to work on it and to look at your own buttons and to think about why certain situations make me so angry.
Or which button is being pressed there to be able to meet him better in the future.
That means Wimmy and our growing together is also a total chance for me to simply develop myself as a human being.
We also grow together and that is somehow, so together individually, everyone for themselves, but also growing together together.
I just really like this little guy and not just because he is my son, probably too, but above all because he is a great person.
And just to see that he is so full of love, full of empathy and adventure, desire and yes, such a little go-getter, but is also not stupid with his decisions and asks smart questions.
I love him very much. I'm not going to start crying. I'm completely relaxed. I'm not one of those mothers who cry at birth. I cried three times yesterday.
I don't always say that because I want to focus on the fact that I had depression for weeks or something.
But I also get some messages from parents, from you, who describe similar things that I also know and who feel so misunderstood and so left alone and say,
oh man, shit, others talk about great motherly love, about great fatherly love. I don't have that in the form, of course I love my child, but it's not as blatant as others describe it.
And shit, I think something is wrong with us. I just want to say to you, yes, that's okay. It's just a way. Each of us has a different way of being with our parents.
And I would never say that one way is better than the other or more correct than the other. Of course I would have wished that we didn't have to fight like that.
But on the other hand, it has also made us very strong together and sharpened my view for him and for me as a mother.
And there is definitely an excessive focus on it. It's not that healthy either. I have to look at that too. But I notice that it has done us a lot of good that we are awake for each other.
A very, very nice relationship. And it sounds very strange because there are four of us, but it's still a bit at eye level, at least in terms of emotions.
And of course I'm the mom and Fritz is the dad and we decide things in the end. But especially when it comes to interpersonal things, the things that Wimmy says to me are already blatant.
How smart he is and how well he observes and how well he reflects and what he ties up and how he formulates things.
I think that for us it was simply a good thing in the long run, that we went the way together and grew together.
So try, when you're in a situation and I know it's not easy, try not to demonize it, but do your best, as it basically always is in life.
When you're in a situation that sucks and scares you and steals your strength and makes you despair.
In the end, it doesn't matter that you never get into a situation like that in your life. We will all get into situations that are terrible again and again.
But it's always the most important thing how you decide to deal with it. Personally, I think you can always straighten up and say, okay, that's the way it is now, but I'm not giving up now and I'm sticking to it.
And I'm constantly trying to change and improve. And it doesn't work overnight, it takes time, but it's totally worth it.
And you're not alone. Even with the feelings you have, you're not alone.
So in case you're feeling like that right now, I feel you. I know how that feels, but I'm going to clean this up now.
Then I'm going to cry real quick, because my kid is going to be four. And then I'll take care of the cake. See you later, dear ones.
It's always great. I always sit right here. It's great, the team is so great. I love them so much.
I'm going to get a coffee first. It's always great. And then they always have breakfast. And I'm not allowed to help. Sometimes I'm allowed to. It stresses me out. Can I help again?
And today we're doing the last episode of the first season. And I don't know if I told you already, but we got a second season.
I'm really happy about that, because we can now look at completely different topics. Next season. And I think it's going to be really, really cool.
There's so much to say about family, I think. Because family can be everything. And there's so much going on. And I think it's going to be really cool.
I'm definitely looking forward to the episode today, because we're talking about self-care. As parents, as a mom.
With Svenja. I'm always very curious how she is in real life. It's always such a thing. Sometimes you have such a special impression of someone.
And when you see them live, they're completely different. Not always only positive or negative, but it's always exciting to compare the online person to the real person.
So I'm really excited to see how it's going to be. I'm going to read my thread now, so I know everything and don't lose the thread.
Because it's my job as a moderator to make sure that we don't drift off topic. Which sometimes happens with one or the other topic.
That's why people sit on these episodes for 10 hours. No, 12 hours and 10 days. But sometimes they're self-taught. Greetings go out to Tigges.
But definitely very cool. Good. Now I'm going to go through the questions again. And then we'll get started. I'm looking forward to it.
I'm going to toast the guests and wish them something to eat for breakfast. And I'm a fan of Svenja's orders.
It's always sad when the first coffee of the day is empty.
Hi, hi. I'm very, very tired. I didn't sleep much. I sat and worked for a long time. And I have to go with someone this morning.
I have to leave early this morning because I have an appointment with a friend. She had a tough shift today.
And she told me that she's nervous and so on. Of course, if she doesn't feel good about going there alone, I'll come with her.
And that's what we're doing together today, so that she can feel supported.
And I notice that somehow, even if it's not my shift, it still makes me sentimental.
Because it's just a difficult day for her, of course, but this feeling that comes up so high in my circle of friends.
And togetherness and real friendship has grown so much in the last few months.
There were a few months that were very, very difficult for me again.
In which my friends were so incredibly present and so there without me having to ask for it.
Which is still difficult for me. Better now, in any case. But definitely difficult.
The situation has actually done a lot with the whole circle of friends, with all my relationships in some way.
That a lot has shifted again, that we are more honest with each other in many places.
Even if we didn't lie to each other in the bag before, but somehow show each other more clearly and authentically.
And it's really about everyone now, not just me.
But the whole circle of friends is somehow more open and clearer with each other and so on.
And it's so nice that I'm sitting here again and have the saying in front of my opium head.
To say nothing is so bad that there's nothing good about it.
The positive thing about it was that we all somehow moved closer in the circle of friends.
That I know exactly what I can rely on, who is there, who is really present.
And that, in turn, there can also be the other way around.
And that there is an absolutely balanced giving and taking.
I don't think I've ever done it like that before.
That they are such healthy relationships that are simply based on love.
Not everything is always just snitching.
And of course you can also get into each other's laps.
Or somehow have a different opinion on things.
Every time there's a tough ride, we're there.
And that's a huge gift.
What I don't want to miss anymore.
That's really special.
And I don't just see it as a friendship service today.
But I actually feel honored that she wants to have me with her.
That I give her peace of mind.
That I take her fear a little bit.
And that's a huge gift.
I've been thinking for so many years, oh, that's what I want.
A circle of friends that really sticks together.
Where not everyone is the same.
But where you can lead super different lives.
And still end up at the same point and are there for each other.
And I've always wondered how you can do that.
And now, looking back, I think you have to shine it first.
That you first have to live what you wish for a healthy relationship.
Of course, I was always someone who liked to give.
But it was always hard for me to accept.
I still do that today.
But I just learned in the last situation that I can do that.
And that I'm still loved.
And that I still don't lose anyone.
And even if I still need longer than probably others.
I can do it now.
And it didn't make me lose anyone.
But the opposite happened.
We all slid closer together.
And that's just an amazing learning of the last few months.
What taught me that now that I can be healthier with my friends.
They can also be healthier with me.
And in the end, that's what came out of it.
What I've always wanted.
And that's crazy.
Yes, philosophizing with Ella in the morning.
I'm going to turn in a few coconut chips now.
And then let's go.
Let's go.
The next day.
I like that we can spin around a bit.
And André is always immediately in his element.
Cute.
Theoretically, I can just lie down here, right?
With my beautiful green bag.
He's filming me right now and it's a bit awkward.
But he always does that.
I also film my shadow directly.
How am I?
Oh, hello Arnie.
And sewed up.
That's so cool.
That we can run around in the woods in this weather.
And call it work.
Okay, he's completely distracted.
Hello, hello.
So, André and I are out in the woods today.
And that's also a bit of a reality of an influencer.
We have something around 30 degrees.
André is here in a denim shirt and shorts.
And I'm wearing autumn clothes.
Because we're shooting something for the autumn campaign from Artangels.
We have this detox denim series every autumn.
And I can show you my beautiful jeans.
I have such beautiful models.
I have a light blue one.
And this black model, which is a bit high-water.
I love that very much.
And I really enjoy working with them.
Because we always have completely free hands.
We don't plan anything.
We can just watch how we set it all up.
And it's just a lot of fun to run around in the woods.
I love it anyway.
Berlin is so green.
Would you have thought that Berlin was so green?
Not at all.
I already told you that.
It's so green.
Yes, it's really nice.
And of course we can use it wonderfully.
And then stage the things a bit.
I really enjoy working with Artangels.
Because you can look behind the scenes in my position.
And see what kind of people are working there.
And how much they are committed to improving themselves.
Now André is fumbling around with me.
Go away!
Last year, for example, the detox denim was 5% of the cotton.
This year they are 37% of the cotton.
That's a real leap.
I think it's great.
Yes, you can tell that they are always there.
And that they really do their best.
And I really like that they don't say
we are a sustainable clothing brand.
But we are sustainable.
Because it is clear to them that you can still improve something.
And that's what they do.
For the people who are interested.
I'll pack the code for you.
You can save a little bit.
So if you need a nice jeans.
Or a nice piece for autumn.
I love the sweater.
Especially when it gets really cold.
You can cuddle at home.
I think it's really chic.
That's also chic.
These are my must-haves for the autumn.
These very thin roll-up things.
Because you can combine them really well.
If it's a warm autumn day,
then you just put them on like this.
And if it's a little cooler, you can pull them under the sweater.
So if you still need something.
I'll put the link in the info box and the code.
You can save a little bit.
I think it's so nice that you like to move so much.
It's so warm.
I'm going to walk around half-naked again.
But respect is forbidden.
Say bye.
Bye.
Okay, friends.
Hello, hello.
We are already very busy with the planning.
It smells so good.
We have a lot of stress in the next few days.
Because there's a lot going on.
And we've lost a few weeks now.
Because of the child disease.
And now it's summer.
And André is on vacation, of course.
So we're trying to keep everything in view.
And to prepare.
I think what makes me the most nervous
is everything that has to do with the calendar.
Calendar shop and so on.
Because we're going to change a few things this year.
And there will be a few more products.
And I want to do everything smart.
Consult a lot with people.
I think that's my problem.
That there are different opinions
on how to approach things.
What makes sense and what doesn't.
And there are a few things that I think are good.
But where people say,
I don't know if that's a good idea.
I would solve it differently.
It's about making decisions
in the next few days.
And then just go through it.
We've already done a lot.
We've just made a list
with a lot of things we still have to do.
But we can do that, right?
Are you nervous or relaxed?
I haven't been nervous in a long time.
For me it's more like
Okay, good.
I think it's nice that our to-do list
is called the to-do madness.
Yes, because that's pure madness.
That's madness.
Okay, let's leave that.
We don't have the money.
A big change will be
that the calendar shop gets a name.
I've been wanting to do that for years.
And I've had the same name in my head
for years.
And the name is a bit ...
There are some who think it's mega.
And there are some who say
Somehow not at all.
And I've always let myself go.
Because I thought, no,
if some say it doesn't fit at all,
I don't want to do that either.
But I notice that my heart tells me
that I think it's good.
And that I think it fits.
And that I think it's nice.
And that I think it's nice
that it's no longer called Ella Calendar.
Because it just feels wrong to me.
Do you like the name?
I like it, yes.
I always get a little hungry.
Yes, but it makes sense.
It sums up quite well
what's behind it.
And yet it's not like
Ella Calendar.
Planner Freaks.
Orga Planner.
That's what my Facebook group was called
when I founded it.
And I can't get on that Facebook account anymore.
So it's dead.
Yes.
I'm very excited.
I'm really excited
what you say.
I'm a little scared of what most people say.
But in the end you have to decide
what you think is right.
And you realize, no,
I always come back to that.
And somehow it feels like it should be like that.
Then you should do it, right?
Just do it.
We can't afford that either.
