Wikisana is also a good channel to follow our conversations.
Welcome, dear viewers, to our format today, natural medicine.
Today we find out how an entrepreneur managed to become a wisdom teacher through life,
but also to accompany people in the whole of medicine and consciousness.
And I am very happy that he is here today.
Steffen Lohrer, stay tuned.
Hello dear Steffen, nice to have you here.
Hello Corinna, I am happy.
I am also very happy, especially because you have a very, very exciting career path.
You really were a classic entrepreneur and then really traveled the world,
gained experience and then really made your own thing out of it all.
And I am very happy that we are talking about your path today.
Yes, nice.
Also a sign that I have put on my glasses today, because I have my healer with me.
What's going on?
Kadabra, Kadabra.
I didn't find it, no chance.
But I see you, luckily.
And of course I am happy to hear from you now.
How was your path?
We already had a little up to 30.
Yes, I originally studied business engineering, so I was very much in the analytical part of my brain
and had to prove a lot of logic, analytics.
Engineer, electrical engineering, you can prove everything there.
And I actually had no access to any world at all,
which is perhaps a bit more substantial or goes beyond what we learn in math and physics.
And yes, then I founded a company.
Then there were several companies.
When I was 20, it started, until I was 30.
And that was the classic entrepreneurial path.
At some point completely in the hamster wheel and was always doing, doing, running on all levels.
And of course a lot of stress at the time.
And yes, then various situations brought me to the fact
that I suddenly opened up for another way.
And the first situation was that at some point I was lying on the floor at home
and it turned out that I was in my company.
Then an assistant came in and complained about other assistants.
And I was already very close to going home.
And yes, I already knew that if I came back too late today,
there would be a real bang with my ex-girlfriend,
because I was constantly too late for dinner.
Yes, and then it built up in me.
And of course I wanted to listen.
I was nice and yes, it poured out of my heart.
And at some point I drove off.
Then I was actually only five minutes away from home.
And then of course the barrier of the tram went down.
And then I still see how I almost bit into the steering wheel,
because I knew, oh, now I'm coming mega late.
The tram must have rolled into the closet for five minutes.
And that's how it started.
At home there was a real bang and then I was lying in the bathroom
and the pump went mega fast.
And yes, I really had big problems.
I couldn't speak anymore at that moment.
But that was the moment for me when I said to myself,
Steffen, you have to change something now.
It can't go on like this.
You have to do something to get out of the hamster wheel.
And that was when you were 30?
And that was just before 30, exactly.
That was a turning point.
And since I was always very goal-oriented at the time,
I thought, okay, how do I get there,
that I get absolute inner peace,
no matter what's on the outside.
And then there was such a beautiful goal plan.
Of course, an entrepreneur makes a three-year plan,
a five-year plan.
And yes, that was the beginning,
that I then thought, okay, I can meditate,
I look for relaxation exercises,
I go to an ashram, I travel the world.
And yes, that's how it came that I traveled from country to country,
from healer to healer, from wisdom teacher to wisdom teacher.
And then I tried again and again,
how do I get into this inner center that is unchangeable?
That was the approach to it.
Can you say that someone really took you with them,
where you said, wow, that's it,
or was it the sum of all things afterwards?
For me it was the sum of all things.
What I experienced a lot, however, was in India.
I was very often in the Osho Meditation Center.
I took a lot with me there.
I think I was there 10 or 12 times over the years.
And there was really everything you wanted.
So it was a meditation center that was very free and very open.
That means you could meditate all day,
or you could do workshops all day,
or you were just at the pool, or you danced in the evening,
or you were in other workshops.
So everything was open and possible there.
And I loved that very much.
And after that, a lot came to Osho with Advaita Vedanta.
That was Ramesh Balsekar in India, a wisdom teacher,
where it's all about being one.
So this non-duality, Advaita Vedanta is what it's called.
And that really touched me.
And then I just got deeper and deeper into it.
There was also, what I didn't say in the introduction,
you are really a healer.
You also do seminars.
Was there a moment when you noticed,
wow, there's something coming up in you,
some ability that is now tangible?
Yes, that was also the case at the time
when I was with a friend in Brazil.
We actually went there or flew there
because he had metastases all over his body.
So he had cancer in his head, kidneys, liver, intestine.
And that was kind of his last hope.
I flew there to see what he was doing.
And then we were with a healer
where I think 200 or 300 people
were standing in front of the door every day.
And at first I was like, okay.
Of course, I was totally in doubt
about the economic agenda.
Ah, there was still the doubter.
That was still the doubter, yes.
I wasn't on the way yet, not yet in Ashram.
It was all pretty much the same time.
And yes, in the end I experienced that healing
with two or three people who lived near us.
And with my friend there was absolute stillness
of the disease when he was there.
And even from the healer to the face promised,
it will stop now.
And in fact, that was seven, eight years of stillness.
And he is healthy today and is now a kitesurfer
here in Morocco, somewhere on the coast.
So brilliant.
And that was so brilliant for me.
I didn't believe it at first.
I didn't believe that it could be the truth,
that there is another reality besides the physics
and chemistry that I learned.
But as I was, of course, on my travels,
which I had already mentioned,
to many healers, not only wisdom teachers,
but also many healers,
to see how it works,
can it be at all.
And then it was so that over the years
I noticed more and more, wow,
I have an amazing ability to channel this energy
and to transmit it,
to work with other people.
And so it just turned out
that I slipped in more and more.
And today I do a lot of healing.
How much do you do a day?
I also heard it in an interview.
So thousands of years.
On Wednesdays and Sundays
I do healing meditations for 15 minutes.
And there are now 6,000 people with me.
And I do that so gladly
because such touching things happen.
Above all, I find it exciting.
In the preparation for the interview
I also did a meditation by you.
And you have the feeling that you are connected
with these people.
The field is somehow timeless.
I found that really nice.
Yes, there are a lot of studies about it
that also prove that people
who meditate together
influence something in their environment.
Depending on the intention.
And since the intention
for me is always love, compassion,
gratitude,
we influence in such a meditation
also all people who are in contact with us.
The whole environment.
So in the 80s there were many studies about it.
Yes, also with criminality.
Also with criminality.
That was with the guru of the Beatles
who initiated it.
Really nice.
How did it go on?
Did you keep your company?
Or did you change?
Or did you say,
I'll leave it all now?
Because that's also the topic, right?
You always see one or the other extreme.
Exactly.
In the end I still have the company.
I'm just a little behind in my time.
I'm still doing acquisitions,
strategy for the company.
I have a friend with Ryan
who leads a team.
I have many partners with Ryan
to set it all up.
And now I do what I enjoy.
Find new customers.
That's a company advice
where it's about buying and selling companies.
Or develop a little strategically.
That's my stick horse.
And yes, I keep doing that.
And I don't see a difference
to the other topics I do.
I still do a lot of coaching
or workshops or healing work.
But there is no difference for me.
Because I am who I am.
And I am in this area the way I am.
And I am in another area the way I am.
The important thing for me is to be authentic.
And what I live and experience
also goes into the system.
Into the system of the company.
Into the system of the clients
who are there.
And so my day is completely
always different.
It can be that it starts with
a company evaluation.
Then comes coaching.
Then comes healing meditation.
Then comes
where I do something for the foundation.
So it's all always mixed together.
And I don't have a problem with that either.
It all fits together.
Nice. The foundation.
What exactly did you do there?
For what?
What is behind this foundation?
So I had already
many years after I started
to work for me
as a motto.
Make other people happy and successful.
And you can't prevent
that you will be happy and successful yourself.
And at the beginning there was maybe
the thought that if I do something
maybe something will come back.
But after a few years it was clear to me
to let go of all expectations.
I never expect anything to come back
when I give something.
It's just giving.
And life itself shows
that this energy
will automatically come back.
But without expectations.
And then I had
when I founded the company
I did a lot
towards the homeless
or people in need.
I always gave away
about 10% of what I earned.
And at some point
I thought to myself
why don't I bundle the whole thing?
Because my fable was always alternative medicine
and personal growth.
So I thought to myself
I want to do projects that fit exactly
and then I bundle it in the foundation.
I also had a big transaction
where I earned a lot of money
and then I put almost half of the money
into the foundation.
I said now I want to stop with the 10%.
Let's put everything in
and then we'll see what we can do with it.
And then every year
I found a lot of projects
in the field of holistic medicine
or personal growth.
Because those were my two building blocks
where I was so excited.
Holistic medicine, because I saw
everything is possible.
When I was with a friend at the healer.
And personal growth, because I noticed
through relaxation techniques, meditation
and other topics you really get to the bottom.
To the true self.
And those were the two building blocks
where I thought I want to share that with all people.
I also saw
you also have a summer camp.
I thought that was so nice.
Yes, that is part of the foundation.
Also together with another foundation
we do
35 camps already
in the summer
with chronically ill children.
That's one basis.
The second camps are with burn-out candidates
where it's about mind, body, soul.
But with the children
it's always super touching
because we as therapists
have healers.
We have a school doctor,
a healer,
and the people are seen
in the camps, the children.
And there are also
unbelievable things happening.
Epilepsy healing or no more
ADHS after the camp.
Or other topics
where suddenly a child
could see much more
with the eye.
So many touching things
with chronic diseases
that were all cut off from school medicine.
We experienced that
and it touches us every time
to see how good it is for the children.
When you give time,
when you are attentive and listen.
What is
for you, especially with
chronic diseases
the key
for healing?
We also talked about
that you also support
MS patients.
A protocol,
the Coimbra protocol,
that we also have here.
Especially on this topic,
where do you see
the holistic connection?
It fits ideally to my foundation
because the Coimbra protocol
is very, very strong
for autoimmune diseases.
The Coimbra protocol means
I take high-dose D3 vitamins,
but
in the protocol there are
other fields that are important.
Nutrition,
movement
and attention.
That means we are on different levels.
For me holistic healing
is always on different levels.
It can be that I go to healing
on one level.
For example, if I have a symptom,
a neurodermatitis, then I heal it.
But a year later something else comes up.
Because the body
is a holistic system
and not just matter.
In my philosophy,
which we also teach,
there is the physical level,
the mental level,
as subconscious beliefs
that always influence me in life.
The emotional level,
how do I deal with triggers on the outside
so that I can absolutely stay in my inner center.
The energetic level,
it's about
the energy system and consciousness,
to know who or what I really am.
The Coimbra protocol is
one of the few I know
that really covers several of these levels.
Nutrition, movement,
attention, D3 vitamins.
That's why it fits
as an ideal project,
where I see that a lot of healing
happens.
When the human being thinks
holistically. That was the connection.
You also supported her
in a study.
What's going on there?
What happened there?
It's just an effectiveness study
to see with various
patients how it really
works permanently.
The previous successes are great.
In one or two months
we will publish the study,
the interim results.
There may be a little scream
from school physicians
that this can be possible.
But that ultimately
proves that there is
really a lot possible,
especially in the case of immune diseases,
which are often considered incurable.
Yes, I also believe that
such a system will crash.
Both in consciousness, of course.
You also notice sometimes
when you
devote yourself to this topic of healing
and you are really stuck
very closely in school medicine.
There is stress.
Could you also
observe that?
What is it in people
that really comes out
of their mind?
That happened to you too.
Was that a transition
from the moment
you think outside the box
that there is a process
going on?
Yes, it was a huge process
for me at the moment.
It's funny that we are
here in this studio on Lake Constance.
I always had as a comparison
after I was in South America
and at Weissheitslehre,
I always said at home
that I feel like
I just swam in the Rhine before
and knew everything
about the left and right bank.
Everything was very controlled and safe.
Suddenly I'm in Lake Constance
and I hardly see a bank in between.
That's how it expanded
because we only learn
about matter
to tackle all topics.
But when you open the field
and go a little more subtle
about psyche, mind,
body, soul,
about all levels,
so much new stuff opens up,
so many wow effects
that were there at the moment
that I was excited
to learn more about
these topics.
In the end,
a whole new world opened up
that was only dealt with in doubt.
But the longer I moved
the clearer it was for me
that this is it.
Because in the whole
logical atmosphere,
in the whole science,
it is only based on matter
and on what I can measure.
Most of the time,
matter is processed.
You can measure energy,
but I don't have a measuring device
for the fine-material
that is otherwise there.
So in science it is considered
to be like a decode.
Or junk DNA,
also beautiful.
Exactly.
Such things are so anchored
in the system,
and nobody wants to believe it
because it is not provable
because there is no measuring device.
But I don't need a measuring device
when I am sensitive to the body.
Then there is no need for a measuring device
on the outside.
I was in the camps,
and I had thousands of cases
where there were dramatic improvements
in various diseases
that I personally experienced.
Not only with me,
but also with other healers,
also in other places.
And that alone
gives so much certainty
that everything is possible
in every moment.
But we don't really have it under control.
There is simply a higher intelligence
that works through us
in this case.
In the last months,
years,
I have been able to observe
that the entrepreneurs
also change their consciousness.
Not all of them,
but there are some
who suddenly open up
for spiritual topics
or also work on the topic
of consciousness.
Did you also observe that?
I also observed that
because I am still in business counseling.
I have different topics
when I come into a conversation.
And my favorite topic is stress
because every entrepreneur is in stress.
And when I hear the word fun,
I can already see the resonance
and then I say a little more about it.
And at some point I realize
that they are interested in getting deeper.
I then talk about our burnout camps
and why many managers
slip into burnout,
which often has to do
with inner beliefs.
I'm not good enough, I can't do it,
I can't do it.
And then they have to do all the more
to prove that they can do it.
And when I realize that it falls
on fertile ground,
I go deeper and deeper.
And some of these entrepreneurs
will also become clients
who really look for the way
into the depths.
So it opens up more and more
in this direction for me.
How much leadership power
opens up in this area?
Relatively a lot, I would say.
When I look at us now,
we really have a leadership culture
of love and compassion.
And that's a completely different culture
than when I look somewhere else
where it's just about better, faster,
further, more beautiful,
and where it's just about
creating more than the colleague
and competition is there.
It's not that we're not in competition,
but we have a completely different setting
in the background.
That means our appearance is already different
when we're in a transaction
and have to bring two entrepreneurs together
because they think,
wow, together we can do more
on this level for the company.
And then there are a lot of situations
where it gets stuck
or where there's a little bit of a fight
because it's a longer process.
And in those situations,
when we go in there with our peace
and when we're there
and really try to understand each other
with their fears and their dreams,
of course, a much better balance
comes about in the end
when you just think,
I have to get the best out of it for myself.
The result can't really be harmonious
when one gets more than the other
and everyone pulls.
Yes, it also sounds a bit like
in a marriage or separation
where you really also
I thought it was really nice,
everyone should write the list
what one or the other should get
and the list can always be exchanged.
Yes, that's nice too.
Because then you have to look
somehow, you don't know
which side you get,
but with both you have to be satisfied.
Yes, nice.
Win-win situations for everyone.
Great, Steffen.
Thank you so much for being here today.
We still have a few interviews ahead of us.
I'm really looking forward to it.
And if you want to read up
on the subject of Coimbra
or want to learn something
from you,
where is the possibility?
So a lot on my website.
There I also have, under
Mediathek Infopakete,
you can download 20 topics
that I currently
from fear, depression,
inner peace, awakening, enlightenment,
so many topics that you can
download for free.
My YouTube channel has
probably 80, 90 videos
on every topic.
Stress, fear, a lot of topics
that you can download there,
also on the topic of health.
So the website is actually
the main source.
Great, thank you very much
and hopefully see you again soon.
Thank you.
Dear viewers, wonderful to see
and hear the ways of people,
what opportunities there are
when such great fields
like healing open up
and miracles are allowed to happen.
I hope you can take a lot with you.
Thank you for watching.
See you soon. Bye.
