(Serie A 2023/2024): Highlights Juventus - Lecce
Now McKinney breaking forward, that's a good ball in, it could have easily gone in
off Pongrecic. Chiesa, Locatelli with Fagioli, here's Chiesa again, nice football, Danilo
and Chiesa is in here and surprisingly he didn't score. Chiesa will try again,
it's in towards Bremer and now Milik for McKinney, they're queuing up here, Rabiot's header in,
it goes to Milik, Juventus have the goal, in the side tonight for Vlahovic, he's done exactly
what Juventus' number nine typically does, a first start of the season for Milik and a big sigh of
relief. Cambiasso, Danilo, nice ball that for Rabiot, Milik making his way into the middle,
Rabiot goes for goal and it could have easily turned into a cross for Milik.
Chiesa, Kostic, back for Chiesa, Milik waits, Chiesa might yet go himself, Chiesa with the
trickery and McKinney couldn't get on the end of it but Chiesa really now causing Lecce problems.
Kaba away from Chiesa, still Kaba, he went down and the referee is going to book him
for simulation, it's a second yellow card and Mohamed Kaba, a second half substitute, is sent off.
Krstovic gives chase, it's changed, they're taking no chances, it wasn't pretty, it wasn't vintage
but it's the Juventus of old getting the job done, Cortomuzo, Milik with the only goal on
his first start, Max Allegri's side winning by a nose but then again Lecce never really
looked like posing them any problems without ever asking a question of Szczęsny.
