I'm taking you to meet a Qigong master Yan Chan, you're Chinese, but you've never experienced Qigong before It's kind of creepy, isn't it? Can I say that? I've only experienced it once Oh, just once? So today I want to experience Qigong Do you feel anything? I feel something, but... You feel it? Yes Then let's go experience it I'm so excited Is it here? I feel like this building is also a bit... Weird Are you okay, Louise? Don't worry, I won't sprain my back This elevator feels very special It's here By the way, my bag is the same as Louise's Oh, really? Hello I'm Yan Chan, nice to meet you I'm Qigong, nice to meet you Nice to meet you What is this? This is Tai Yu Tai Yu? Yes Qigong, Qigong, Qigong Oh, this is Mr. Kishida? Yes Did you draw this? Yes What is that picture? It's a drawing of a friend of my friend's president What is Qigong? Simply put, it's just converting Qi and energy Energy in the body? Yes, simply put, it's Qi and energy Qi equals energy? Yes I don't understand Does that mean we all have Qi? Yes, because we have air Now I will check your body I will check it now You can sit down Okay Let's go What? Yes I'm already checking Your soul is in here What? My soul is in here? Yes, it's in here Wait a minute If you want to know my information My soul is in here? Yes, it's already in here What? How did you put it in? Human souls fly all over the universe It's hard to explain But it's because your eyes get tired Oh, my eyes get tired Yes, your eyes get tired Also, your brain and organs are a little weak So it's easier for me to feel when I'm relaxed? Yes If you feel it, your body will feel warm I feel warm when you say it Yes It's my imagination It's not your imagination I can feel it because I'm going back up I see So I'm a little tired Your back is warm Yes, my back is warm It's your imagination This is your sensitive area My hands are tingling When you feel better with your buttocks Your fingertips are tingling Yes, my fingertips are tingling It's because of the energy Really? Another thing is There is a 100-yen pot in the human body When you put the energy in there The energy will flow to the whole body So you put the energy in there And there is another important pot The third eye Oh, the third eye The third eye is actually the second eye of a human The third eye is in the middle of the head Ordinary people don't know the third eye It's like a pine tree Yes, a pine tree You don't know, do you? No, I don't Look at your face My soul is sleeping there Is my soul sleeping? It's very active Active? Maybe one person is awake Awake? I'm going to wake up When you put the energy in there Let's try to feel it Close your eyes It's shining Yes, for example, your soul is sleeping When you wake up, it's like the sun It's actually shining So even if you close your eyes, you might see the light It's like orange That's right Yes, it's okay Yes It feels like that Even if I close my eyes The orange light was shining all the time And from here to here It's like warm air I think it's just my imagination But it's a little strange It's funny Because he has to edit videos all the time So his neck hurts a lot Yes I think all YouTubers are very hard Yes It's just hard work It hurts, doesn't it? It hurts a little, but it feels good This place is a switch This is the pineal gland The pineal gland is not there It's in the middle of the brain Yes This place is just right So if you are a blind person, just rub this place a few times It will open What are you doing now? I'm putting air into my shoulders Air from the shoulders What are you feeling now? It's very warm Is it warm? It's fluttering You are a genius I can feel this And the back of my feet It's a little tingling It's like a magnet Why do you feel this tingling? Because many people don't feel it They may think it's an illusion I also suspect it's an illusion What do you think is your past life? You should all be fairies We are fairies I'm so happy Why are we fairies? Because the power of a fairy is very light Your whole thinking is very pure But there is wisdom Why do I feel cold air now? Because you are now exhaling the left and right breath Really? Great I really feel it Cold It's like being hit by a cooler between the toes You are very sensitive I don't think I'm sensitive at all Do you believe in demons? I believe in demons, but I don't feel anything I've never felt anything You should feel it Do you think I've been an animal in my past life? We've all been animals Which animals do you think I've been? You may have to see this in person The doctor is going to treat you now It hurts, but it feels good How many years have you been in Japan? I came to Japan in 1993 30 years 30 years is a long time Yes I graduated from university and worked there for about a year At that time, I was in a state-owned enterprise I was a secretary Why did you want to come to Japan to do qigong therapy? When I came to Japan, I didn't want to come to study I just wanted to stay for about two years Then I thought I could go back to work I didn't expect to come to Japan for two years and I didn't want to go back Is it because you like Japan very much when you came? I should say I'm curious At first, I liked Taobao Because we have that kind of report in China I was curious One is about some Japanese culture For example, I am very interested in the martial arts Because I have been practicing martial arts and qigong since I was a child So I am particularly interested in this aspect Japanese people can sacrifice their lives for their own spirit I think this spirit is worth it I just want to come and see and learn But after coming to Japan, I was very moved by the spirit of Japanese work I think when I was in China There are only one or two labor models in the beer factory But when I came to Japan, everyone could be a labor model This job is very professional This surprised me too much Maybe because of these things, I wanted to go to college So after I chose to go to college, I gave up going back to China When did you start qigong? I have been interested in qigong since I was a child Because I grew up In fact, it's not that I want to fight with others, it's that others bully me So I almost beat Every time I was beaten, I told my father He would go to someone else's house and tell them not to fight But it didn't work, so I had to rely on myself Teacher, are you good at fighting now? No, no, I actually never fight with others I will start qigong from now on No, it's the real thing from now on Yes Let's go From now on, I will start qigong in my stomach Why do you want to do qigong in your stomach? Because of this energy The stomach is a small artery It controls our entire stomach So as long as I start qigong from the stomach Its energy will not only affect the stomach But also the heart and liver Including the brain Do you feel like this? I feel like I'm going to sleep Can you feel the air? Just feel hot Then I close my eyes now What I see is A circle of blue, a circle of green, a circle of blue, a circle of green Light Yes, yes, light During the process of qigong It will activate your energy So when you are doing qigong Can you see the light? Actually, your energy is activated Yang Zhang, can you feel your face now? Do you feel anything? Face? No No Luis Zhang is doing qigong for you You can't feel it The teacher is doing qigong for you You can feel it Can't you really feel it? I'll do it a little bit more Can you feel it? I feel it Yes, I'm glad Luis is cute today The teacher said Luis Zhang is an angel So I'm very happy I brought Yang Zhang to play today Yang Zhang, do you feel anything? No, what's wrong? I feel very comfortable Yes, Luis is doing qigong for you I really don't feel anything when I do qigong for you Yang Zhang said that Luis's qigong doesn't feel anything So I won't do qigong for you Ah, I want to sleep I'm so sleepy Ah, but I feel a little lighter Really? What are you going to do now? Light Light can attract light Because our spiritual power is very simple Now Yang Zhang is relaxing Am I shining? Yes, you are shining I'm shining I can see your light I can also see the light of the teacher What color is the light of the teacher? Around the teacher's head I can see a little white or pale yellow light Close your eyes What can you see? Close your eyes Ah, the teacher's light is still there It's the shape of the head When the light changes, we can see the front view of each other The front view of Yang Zhang is mainly the image of the fairy Why can't I see the front view of Mr. Guo? I can't see anything I can only see him shining It feels like you were in China in the 5th or 7th year of the Ming Dynasty Was it the Ming Dynasty? Yes, it was the Ming Dynasty It seems to be a lady What I see today is mostly female All female It's a bit like the shape of a princess And the image of a Japanese girl Japanese girl? Yes It's a bit like a Japanese girl It's very good every time Every time? Every time It's very good Yeah, Luoluo is done I'm so happy It's a strange experience Yes Anyway, I feel lighter But kiko is an ancient Chinese traditional culture It's not very popular in mainland China now If you are interested, I will explain kiko in another video I don't know at all I really didn't feel it when I did kiko to Yang Zhang I didn't feel anything at all I'm sad If you like this video, please give me a thumbs up and leave a comment See you next time Bye bye
