If you want more comfort, put some pillows under your knees and feet.
Shoulder pain If you have pain or any alterations on your
shoulders, sleeping on your back may help.
Put a pillow on your neck and also on your back.
This position also facilitates breathing and is very helpful when you have a cold.
Remember to put a thin pillow under your neck and a pillow under your knees to keep your
spine aligned.
Neck and upper back pains Sleeping on your back also helps align your
spine and internal organs.
Putting a pillow under your head and another under your knees will reduce the pressure
on your neck and upper back.
Spinal pain It may sound weird, but sleeping on your
stomach may help.
Put a pillow under your hips and belly, and another one under your chest to ease the pressure
on your neck and spine.
If you can breathe well, you can sleep without a head pillow.
Do it once and see the results.

Turn to the edge of the bed and bend both knees.
Put your feet off the bed and use your arms to push you up, sitting.
Slide your butt to the edge of your bed and bend your knees, bringing your feet closer
