And as usual, before we come up with the design idea, we will have a competition directly at Mr. Ban's house, through which we will find out the needs, wishes and preferences. In particular, we will fly the flycam and measure the land area. From there, we will have a good ratio, a complete number, and bring a beautiful design for Mr. Ban. And now, please join us to see the design that Nha Dep Keto has brought to Mr. Ban. And on the screen of QVD, it is the functional design as well as the construction area that we have completed for Mr. Ban. After we went down to inspect the garden of Nha Anh, with the construction of Mr. Ban designed as follows, the length of the front is 7.5m, the depth of the construction is 14m, the total area of ​​the garden used by Mr. Ban is about 105m2. With an area of ​​105m2 like this, Mr. Ban wants us to design as follows. Inside, we will have a guest room, a church, a kitchen, a dining room, and we will have 3 bedrooms. And all 3 bedrooms are single bedrooms. As for the remaining space, Mr. Ban wants us to design that we will have 2 separate toilets. One side is a heavy toilet and the other side is a bathroom. We have calculated and divided the area as follows. First, as you can see, from the entrance of the main hall, we come to the guest room and the church. Here we have a design with a total area of ​​27.1m2. Let's design the guest room and the church for Mr. Ban. Right behind the guest room and the church is the dining room with an area of ​​25.94m2. There are 3 bedrooms, the area is as follows. Bedroom 01 is 12.52m2, bedroom 02 is 12.53m2, and bedroom 03 is 14.12m2. As for the 2 toilets, we will divide it into 2 sides. The left side of the construction is where we design with a heavy toilet with an area of ​​2.43m2. On the right side of the construction is the bathroom, but we will also have a full toilet, face wash, and an area of ​​3.64m2. This is the area that we have calculated and divided based on the functions, needs and areas of the construction that Mr. Ban wants. And especially with the construction of Mr. Ban, we will have 2 floors, 1 main floor, 1 sub-floor, and add 1 door to the back. And the image you are seeing here is the 3D that we have completed based on the interior and needs that Mr. Ban has given. Let's start by looking a little bit from the main hall area to the right side of the construction. We will have a set of chairs, including a water bowl, a long sofa, and 2 single chairs. On the left side of the construction, we will put a TV cabinet, and we will have a corridor in the middle so that we can go from the guest room to the courtyard of the bedrooms and kitchen in the house. Similarly, the space of the altar here, we will also put it close to the right side of the construction. And this place, when we came down, we also calculated based on the functions to find the most beautiful places, the most beautiful directions for us to put the altar, to bring back the meaning, serenity, as well as good functions, from which to bring back joy and good things for Mr. Ban's house. And behind the altar frame, you can see that we have designed an additional wooden frame. First, we will cover the position of this altar with the kitchen space, right? Secondly, in this altar, we can also decorate it on both sides so that we can both make it beautiful for both the guests and the altar, and also create a private space. In the process, when the house is eating, the guests will not look directly into the space of the kitchen, right? And starting from this kitchen space, we have placed a table in the middle for 6 members. This type of kitchen is similar to other constructions, based on the area, based on the price level, and based on the walls in the house, so that we can design a kitchen that is suitable, correct, and the most accurate. And the type of kitchen that we choose is the type of kitchen with the letter L, which is close to the construction. And one thing we always prioritize is the sink, which we will put right next to the toilet, so that we can have a more harmonious bathroom, instead of boiling water, right? And with the sink here, we always put it right next to the dry or cold closet. First of all, when the family is cooking, we start to take food from the fridge, we wash the food, then we cook, right? It follows an order. This way we can move around and cook, it will also be much more convenient and easier. In addition, you can see that in this kitchen space, we have an additional window for communication, and in the process of moving, we can also move from this door to the outside or inside the house. It will also be more convenient and avoid going directly to the guest room, right? And for the 3 bedrooms in the house, when we have a layout where there is a bed, a closet, where to put it, how to turn it, how to make it reasonable, it is fully functional, and especially our members move it in a spacious way, it is convenient. As for the space of the bathroom, first of all, look at the bathroom on the left. With the bathroom on the left, we will put a washbasin outside, and inside the room, we will put a toilet bowl. For example, if we have a guest at home, we have a toilet, but the washbasin outside can still be used by the guest. This is a design and layout that we have designed for the guest. And you can apply the architecture as well as the layout here that we have completed for the guest. As for the toilet, on the right hand side of the construction, we will use a glass partition to separate the wet and dry. In the bathroom, we will have a glass partition like this. When we take a shower, we will not get water out. The toilet will also be much easier. The rest is fully functional. And as I mentioned, we have an extra back door. And when we open all the doors, we will also have a ventilation system in the house. This will help everyone avoid suffocation, right? In addition, all the space from the guest, from the bedroom, from the kitchen, we have combined 2-window windows and 3-window windows to make the guest's living space more bright and spacious. This is the functional design as well as the 3D image that we have completed for the guest. Next, let's take a look at the outside. Let's see how we will design it to make it eye-catching for the guest. The image you are seeing here is the front of the construction that we have completed for the guest. With the construction of the guest, it is a garden house, so we will take the frame to help the frame stand straight. Combined with the horizontal lines, we create the shape of a house. And here we will combine the glass partition. And below, we will combine the 5-level partition. The choice of 5-level and 3-level is based on 4 criteria. 1. The height of the yard with the sidewalk. 2. The height of the floor with the partition. 3. The cost. 4. The remaining yard area when we design with the 5-level partition. When we design between the 5-level partition, combined with the height of the 1-meter glass partition, our house will be taller, more impressive, and more colorful, right? In addition, to make it more unique and impressive, we will divide the frame into 2 parts. Half on the left side will be made of concrete, and half on the right side will be covered with concrete and black anti-electric paint. As for the color of the construction, we will use white as the main color to paint the wall. On the side of the glass partition, we will cover it with natural stone, running from the front to the two sides of the construction. We can see that it has a modern look and is very expensive, right? You can apply it like this, or you can use a more advanced paint, such as wood or stone paint, if you have other preferences. At the top of the glass partition, and at the top of the main door area, we cover it with a natural tile, gray, neutral color, and opposite to the wall color to make it more prominent and impressive. As for the material, it is both reinforced and reinforced. Inside, we use 2 more frames, a thin white frame and a gray frame, so that our family has a natural need to use. On the other hand, the money side is indispensable, which is the flower pattern. The floor will be covered with natural tiles to prevent mold and create a beautiful side for the house. Let's go over to the left-hand side. This is the left-hand side, the tile road, the window, the wall tiles, we do it carefully and in detail. In this picture, we are looking from top to bottom. At the top, we have made a race of about 50cm, not about 1.2m. First, we will make a balcony at the top of the house. Second, we will make a porch at the bottom of the floor. At this level 5, we will use the granite tile, the black side of the matte white. Instead of using large tiles, we use a flat wall tile, and we cover it completely with tiles to make a support, as well as create a more unique edge for the house. Combined with square tiles on the corner of the wall, it is very beautiful. Here we see that in the main hall, we also design the same with 5-level tiles and have flowers next to you. As you can see, this is the back of the building, where the back door is normally introduced, right? Here we have designed an additional tile with a racing corner on the perimeter to cover the rain, and below we will have a design where we install the washing machine and the family will dry the clothes in the back. When we dry the clothes in the back like this, we will avoid losing the aesthetics of the front of the building.
