Today, I would like to introduce you to a very beautiful flat house with a modern design style, which we designed directly for the investor, Mr. Khanh, who has an address in Tay Ninh. As usual, before coming up with the design idea, a team of our employees came to Mr. Khanh's house to exchange and learn about the likes, needs, wishes of him and his family, especially the investment cost, from there to the design idea as appropriate. Our construction stands out with neutral colors, such as white, gray, brown, with different intensities, depending on each detail and material, creating a harmonious, luxurious and attractive appearance. The flat house has a neat architectural structure, which is very suitable for street construction or places with poor construction areas. With that structure, the flat house allows free design of the floors, without losing the balance of the construction. In addition, the flat house also has a high fire resistance, a higher natural resistance than other types of houses, such as not being afraid of being caught in the rainstorm. In this construction, the flat part is used by us as a heat shield, then 3-layer CK coating for the entire construction. You can rest assured about the heat resistance of your construction. The flat part is painted gray, the floor is painted dark brown, combined with the light system of the bulb to ensure that the construction is not only bright, beautiful, sparkling at night, but also convenient when needed. Looking at the front, you can see that the wall of the construction is covered with gray and gray brick, which is extremely luxurious and high-end, right? In the middle of the construction wall, we have arranged a wall frame. In this frame, the material used is wood-based brick, which contributes to creating a unique highlight for this construction. And based on the needs of him and his family, we have arranged a living room, a kitchen combined with a dining room, 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom and 2 shared bathrooms. Specifically, the living room has an area of ​​19.01 square meters, 15.52 square meters is the area of ​​the kitchen combined with the dining room, bedroom 01 is the master bedroom with a total area of ​​up to 14.06 square meters, including 11 square meters and 4.06 square meters is the area of ​​the closed bathroom. Bedroom 2 has an area of ​​10.65 square meters, 10.31 square meters is the area of ​​bedroom 3, 2 shared bathrooms with an area of ​​2.35 square meters and 3 square meters. In addition, it can be seen that the construction will have 3 approaches, 1 is the main window, 2 is the back door and 3 is a door to the left of the construction located in the dining room. On the right of the construction, we have arranged a large wooden chair set suitable for the needs of frequent guests of Anh Khanh's family. On the left is the TV stand, to meet the needs of the members of the family. The light solution brings clarity to this construction from many doors, such as the main door and a window facing the front of the construction. On the left is a glass door, inside we also have a skylight around 3 glasses, creating a very spacious feeling for this space. In addition, we also designed a chair next to the window facing the front of the construction. This is where we can relax, read a book or look at the outside space. Go straight inside is the space of the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is decorated with sand with a L-shaped design embracing the 2 sides of the room. In addition, there is also more space for cooking utensils. The design of the sink and the kitchen cook from a distance embraces the extreme element between water and fire. In addition, in the kitchen design, there are 4 good aspects that are clean air, privacy, hygiene and service. The 4 bad aspects will include flooding, debris, pollution and damage. The fridge is always placed next to the sink to be able to take things, wash and cook. Next to the sink, there is also a space for a table that can be used for 4 people. In addition, in this kitchen room, there is also a 4-window glass door leading to the left side of the construction. Not only to relax, get natural light and avoid the smell of this space, but also very convenient so that when our family goes to the market, we can go straight to the kitchen through this alley All the rooms inside the construction are equipped with windows and glass doors to ensure light and privacy when we move to the next spaces, which are the 3 bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms are located on the right side of the construction with a fairly similar design in terms of size and interior layout. The basic interior will include a bedroom, a closet, and specifically for the master bedroom belonging to Khanh's wife, there will be a closed toilet. And this toilet is used to flush the toilet and prepare a full bowl of face wash, a bowl of soap and a bucket. Each bedroom has its own windows to ensure natural light and privacy and avoid the smell when we sleep. The common bathroom inside the construction is located between bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. It is also equipped with glass doors and full of equipment suitable for the needs of family members. At the end of the corridor, we will have a hallway leading to the backyard of the house. The front door will be an empty space for Khanh's family to use as storage.
