The Tastiest Cake I've ever made! Super Moist & Velvety...Easy 10 minutes Cake Recipe

Hey guys, today I'm going to show you how to make this amazing cake, super easy, very soft and fluffy and it only takes a few minutes to make. Let's get into it. The cake pan I'm using today is quite large so I'm going to need quite a few eggs but if you have a smaller cake pan feel free to scale down the recipe and only use half the ingredients. In the bowl of my stand mixer I have 8 large eggs, to that I'll add 1 1⁄2 cups of white granulated sugar and I'm going to whip them up together on high speed until it doubles in volume and becomes very fluffy and pale in color. My eggs are nice and fluffy, now I'm going to add half a cup of vegetable oil and I'm going to keep mixing for a couple more seconds until the oil is well blended in with the other ingredients. Now I'm adding 3 quarters of a cup of milk and I'm going to mix it a little bit more then I'll add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Instead of using vanilla extract you can use lemon or orange zest or you can use any other flavoring extract of your choice. Now I'm going to prepare my dry ingredients, I'm going to sift together 2 1⁄2 cups of all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder and half a teaspoon of salt. Now I'm going to add in my flour and mix the batter on high speed just until the flour is well incorporated and the some homemade cake release, you can also batter and then flour the inside of the cake pan or use a store-bought cake pan spray. And now I'm going to transfer my cake batter into the pan, tap it a few times on the counter to get rid of any larger air bubbles and I'll bake my cake at 330F for about 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. My cake has cooled for about 20 or 25 minutes, now I'm going to flip it over onto a large plate and I'm going to sprinkle the top with some icing sugar.
