That's L-I-N-D-A-L-E-E-T-A-R-V-E-R. I'm from Lansing, Michigan. I testified before the House Oversight Committee about the fraud in Michigan. I was also serving 29 years with the state government and I'm president of Tarver Consulting. So I was a former Civil Rights Commissioner for Michigan and I also for the seven years I was the Community Affairs Director and Election Integrity Liaison for the Department of State in Michigan. Thank you. Thank you so much. God is good. There was significant fraud and there's been some issues especially in Detroit and communities of color that have been used by the liberal left in order to advance their theft of this election and that is unfortunate. Many laws were violated as I outlined and there's some people who should go to jail. If they don't go to jail it will continue to occur and so my lawsuit in the state of Michigan was narrowly defeated. It was went to the Michigan Supreme Court but we identified 500,000 votes that could be easily removed from for people who have voted illegally. The Secretary of State decided to allow for people to get a ballot without a signature. She is not a lawmaker. She's an executive branch of government which is supposed to implement the law and Michigan law requires a signature and she violated that. People cannot email for a request for a ballot. I don't know if Boomdoggle123 happens to be Joe Blow or Joe Smith so we should not have to do that. The law says a signature is required. Some people never requested a ballot and got one in Michigan. We got here because unfortunately the elections have consequences and in Michigan our executive branch is led by three Democrats. Three very partisan political liberal Democrats who do not obey the law. They ignore the law. We have our Attorney General who's supposed to be charging people, indicting people and putting up for crimes that were committed at the TCF Center and across the state. She has yet to do so. She told Breitbart that people agreed from this election should file a police report and never in the almost 30 years of working for the Michigan Department of State have I seen the apathy from a sitting Attorney General except for the Democrat, this Democrat who has led that office, Dana Nessel. I think a lot of people that they can't trust the institutions that are supposed to be protecting them and their voters and the judicial system, the state and our legislatures. What can people do when they feel like all of these institutions? So the power of all government in this republic, it's a constitutional republic. We don't live in a democracy. That is where people think. We live in a constitutional republic and the power from that is enshrined in our constitution. I believe that our constitution was God ordained and God breathed. There's no flaw in our constitution. It's just that people want to reinterpret it. We have liberal justices that want to interpret it the way that they choose, these activists, judges and justices. But I will tell you, the people have the power in a constitutional republic. And when we come together, as you see here, nothing can stop us. We have to decide who should be removed. We have a removal of government officials, removing our Governor Gretchen Whitmer in Michigan. We have a removal petition to sign. And that is what the people need to know to rise up, sign a petition from across your states and remove people who choose to defy and deny the constitution and the power they're in. And so we're signing petitions in Michigan. We're also calling into Georgia to help with the Senate race. We're doing all of those things and contributing money toward the president's re-election campaign. And we're praying each day. So I'm part of a couple of prayer calls, but we're praying every night, every night. No, we're praying every night. How pivotal is this moment in American history do you think? Well, we can see what happened to Venezuela when socialism reigned. And there's no other country as great as ours. We have other countries who rely on us for our strength. We do. So this is not just fighting for America. This is fighting for our countries that have freedoms and liberties that we provide for. This is the greatest country that we have. And it's under the leadership of Donald J. Trump, we have been allowed to thrive. And the Lord has been allowed to reign freely. I can say in this country, Jesus is Lord, and he is Lord. And he's my savior. And unlike the pastor said earlier, every knee shall bow. But at the end of the day, religious liberty is essential. And that is not a right that every country is offering. We have some countries persecuting Christians across the world who cannot freely worship. And we take that for granted. But I will tell you, the liberal left will take that away. They want to take away guns, they want to defund the police. All you have to do is point to New York. All you have to do is look at Chicago, communities of color, people who look like me. There's been too many deaths in my family. Three family members murdered, black on black crime, murder, domestic violence. Three of my husband's nephews were murdered in Detroit. Enough is enough. And the inner cities who succumb to liberalism, unfortunately, are paying the price, too much of a price. And I pray to God that the people's will, their eyes will be open and their ears will be able to hear the message. And I believe that they will. If you look it up, and it is out there, the state of Michigan, taxpayers of the state of Michigan settled a right to read lawsuit this year for children of Detroit who had to sue for the right to read because they were not teaching them in Detroit. Look it up. I dare everybody to look it up. This is the type of liberal ignorance that we have in our inner cities. And it's got to stop. The right to read should be a basic fundamental right. Martin Luther King didn't get assassinated for us to remain ignorant. My family fought so that we could have the right to read, to be able to go to school, to integrate, to have jobs. And so we need to make sure that they're doing the shutdowns, using COVID-19 as an excuse to stop whole industries in Michigan and in other states, liberal states. And enough is enough. People are seeing their livelihoods released. But I'm praying for the people who are not able to work, who are willing to work, not able to work. They've shut down their family businesses. They've shut down their livelihood. But they have not shut down the spirit of God. And they can't shut down those who are willing to step up and fight on their behalf. And so that is what I'm fighting for. I have unequivocally, yes, I am not even wavering in my knowledge that God will allow our president to be reelected. I'm not even concerned about it. I'm not wavering on it. And let me tell you why. We're not putting our hope into man, not the lawmakers, not the justices. I put my faith and hope in God. And I know that he can work out whatever he chooses. But at the end of the day, he's going to get the glory out of it. It will not be able to point to this person, that person did it, or this person or that person, or even me. God is going to get all the glory for that reelection. And it was a miracle in 2016 that he was elected. They considered our president a buffoon. And he was the greatest and has been the greatest president that we have ever had in our country. He continues to even negotiate peace deals. And we'll probably never see an award or anything like that from that. But he is not doing it for that. He left a billion dollar lifestyle to be ridiculed in public and be caricatured by the media. So that because he loves God, he loves his family, loves this country. And it is the least that I can do to come and speak on his behalf. It's the least that I can do for what he has already given up. Because if they're coming after me for just a little bit of testimony, I know how much he has received and his family, the death threats and everything else. But God is still on the throne. I have no doubt. The Texas case was dismissed because and rejected because of standing, not merit, standing. So I'm a citizen of Michigan. And I will gladly put my name on anything that will go before the United States Supreme Court that has any type of standing. Standing in the state is what they were looking at. And so we have people who will stand with me from Michigan. This is my friend Marilyn. She will stand and God is going to allow us to have enough people like this to bring about standing. The people need to rise up. It's our country and we're not giving it away. What's it like being here and seeing all these people? It is energizing. It is awesome. It is humbling and it is powerful. And I know that the president is moved by it. I know. And when he sees people coming out still having hope, because he still has hope, and still having hope and being very gracious and moving on our behalf, the business of our government is still being conducted by our president. He has not wavered over all of this. We still have a country that needs attention and he's doing the right things for us. Operation Warp Speed with getting vaccines and different things out there and the peace deals with Israel and that he's negotiated. Well, exactly. Yes, we have a military to be proud of. I'm a blue star mom. My son is in the army and this is the commander in chief that I trust. Not a lowlife who will run and hide and talk and reduce the finances for our veterans or our active duty military. It means something to me as a result. And our president, my daughter works in Austin, Texas, and 80 percent of the abuse and neglect cases, she works for CPS, 80 percent are from teachers. We need to get our children back in school. 80 percent of referrals for CPS for abuse and neglect come from teachers and our babies are not in school. Who is watching over them? Who is watching over them while they're continuing to push agenda for abortion in Michigan? The governor in October before the election stood to eliminate parental consent for children who are pregnant. Children who are pregnant are raped. It's rape when a child comes in for an abortion pregnant. Of course you need parental consent. Of course you need to call CPS, but they do not. Of course you need to make sure that somebody is prosecuted. But this is what the Democrat leftists do and enough is enough for that wickedness. We need to rise up. We're going to try to recall her. We're going to make sure that the people are aware of her malfeasance in office because that's what it is. And so I'm thanking God that we are able to be here from Michigan. I'm honored to be able to speak and to be able to join with other brothers and sisters across the nation to make sure that our president knows he has our support. Thank you so much.
