Hello, welcome to Focus Talk. Today we're going to interview Mr. Solomon Yue,
the Republican Committee National Member. He's going to talk about the situation that's going on
in the current election. So, Mr. Solomon Yue is now on Skype connecting with us.
Thank you so much for joining our program, Solomon.
Thank you for having me.
Thank you. So, this is very important. A lot of people are very worried about what they see in
this election. It's not only about who will be our rightfully elected president, but also about the
integrity of our constitutional system. I know you have the latest update, but before that, let me
ask you this question. On Saturday, we saw most media claimed Biden to be the winner of the 2020
presidential election. However, President Trump issued a statement declaring that the election
is far from over. General Ellis, Trump's legal advisor, also wrote, quote, Trump campaign's
legal challenges must be resolved in the courts before we have an official and legally binding
decision on who won the 2020 presidential election, unquote. So, can you first give some
comment on the current situation? Certainly. Both President Trump is right. And the reason is
media do not decide who wins the election. And we, the people, decide. And then we also have
to go through a certification process that involves each state election officials,
then assume the election is fair and open, which is not the case. What we're seeing is
many, many Democrat-controlled states, as well as counties, involved in voter fraud.
This is a serious charge. And of course, media strategy is, let's declare them winner. And then
it's very difficult to overturn a winning election in their mind. But in my experience,
2000, Gore versus Bush, media declared election for Gore immediately. But it took 37 days to
figure out who is the winner of Florida state. So that takes time. And another very, very important
concept is they're calling for counting all votes, including illegal votes. Now,
each state has election laws. State election law basically tell you how to count votes,
how to check signatures, and how to observe. And when they violate all this, no signature
verifications, and no observers in place, and also systematically coaching Democrats how to vote,
that is against their own election laws. And lastly, we have a new claim, which is
equal protection. This is very, very important. Democrat county, Republican county,
Democrat states, Republican states, they must treat all voters equally. You have Democrat-controlled
counties open the polling place earlier. You have Democrat-controlled counties bring votes inside
in the midnight, and the counts already stopped. So this kind of stuff will allow us to do it right.
And also we discovered, okay, with the affidavits, and poll workers tell us that
supervisors told them to backdate those ballots. Yeah, we heard about it.
So, Solomon, we see that Trump's legal team is bringing up more lawsuits this week.
Can you give us the latest update of the kind of legal actions Trump's campaign is undertaking,
and what are their status? Okay. Pennsylvania lawsuit already filed.
Pennsylvania lawsuit will go all the way to US Supreme Court. It go like this. Pennsylvania
Bush team, Trump team went to the court, and US Supreme Court said, okay, something is wrong.
And the legislature is supposed to pass the election law, and Secretary of State Pennsylvania
is circumventing their election laws. That's wrong. And of course, the Supreme Court of
Pennsylvania sided with Secretary of State Pennsylvania. So we took to US Supreme Court,
they decided, say, okay, if you got a problem, you come back. But the ballots,
late ballots got to be counted separately, set aside. And guess what? They violate that
US Supreme Court order. So late ballots was not separated, set aside. And so Justice Alito said,
now you guys have to come back and answer that. He has already made that decision,
making inquiry, bring them back to answer his questions. Why I order you guys set those ballots
aside, and you didn't do it. So what we're going to see is probably a fast track to US Supreme Court.
And there is another case, what I said was, share with you about which is equal treatment
protection under the Constitution. The concept of equal treatment is like, okay, you got to
treat all voters equally. And you can treat Democrat counties voters one way and Republican
counties voters the other way. So that's another thing. And also we have Michigan lawsuit filed,
and affidavits collected, and 150 of them. Also, we were going to Wisconsin,
Arizona, and probably we will also go to Georgia. And but Nevada as well, by end of day,
we could have filed lawsuits in 10 states. That's a lot. The point is, when you see so many lawsuits,
so many affidavits, people swear an oath. Okay, so this has happened. I saw that. And
what you have a case is conspired to commit voter, multiple states, voter for all.
Now, when you said that the Supreme Court asked the Pennsylvania SOS or the
governor, Secretary of State to answer it. Did he define a date? Before which date do
they have to do that? Well, should it be this week? And
see that there's several things going on in that state. And rejecting poll watchers,
observers is one thing. And their state election laws require them allow poll watchers from both
sides, Republican side and Democrat side, they rejected Republican poll watchers. That's one
problem. And second problem is no signature verifications. Go like this, ballots come in,
you have one side Republican, the other side Democrat, and you show them the envelope of
signature, match the signature on record. Then based on this, you take the ballot out,
then you show both sides, the ballot is a good legal ballot. Based on this, you put it in the
pile to be counted. Then if one side complained, challenged the ballot, you set aside. And guess
what? Some about a challenged. And afterwards, they put it in the same pile and to be counted.
That's the problem we're running into. Then also poll workers got rejected, kicked out.
That's direct violation of election law. Okay. So what is the purpose or what does
Trump's legal team trying to accomplish here? Do they try to, let's say,
have a recount in the key state? Or are they trying to invalidate election results in key states?
What is their purpose? Actually, there are three purposes.
One, some states automatically going to recount. And Wisconsin is one of them. I expect Arizona
and Nevada, Georgia, those are automatic recount states. And also, you have second purpose is you
have an affidavit, and you see a systematically approach to commit voter fraud. That need to be
investigated. That need to have a court ruling, court order. Okay, say, okay, we got this kind
of problems. And what should we do? And then you're seeking remedies. And the remedies could
be one extreme, re-vote in the entire state. Okay, that could happen. That could happen.
But on the other hand, remedy could be, okay, all those illegal votes, what we call,
the votes are not observed. The votes without signature verification, the votes came in
after the election. Okay, those votes are totally illegal because we know that otherwise,
Justice Alito would not require or order Pennsylvania Secretary of State to set those
votes aside. And those votes could be tossed out. Then we can talk about those machine glitch,
only in favor of Joe Biden as well. So when you talk about throwing out
illegal votes, my question is, even if we go back for a recount, would you be able to
differentiate between legal votes or legal ballots and illegal ballots?
Yes. One of the court order we want to preserve all evidence to begin with. And the other way to
differentiate very easy in the sense of all those ballots came in after 8 PM,
November 3rd, should be considered illegal. All those ballots being backdated after November 3rd,
8 PM, should be illegal. That all should be tossed out. And so also dead people voted
illegal. And people moved to other states. In Arizona, you have about 100,000 due to COVID-19
CCP virus moved to other states. And guess what? 6,000 of them voted. And that should be tossed
out because you are no longer Arizonians. So those kind of ballots, illegal votes being counted.
Are you worried about possible destruction of evidence?
Oh, yeah, you always worry about that. But right now, one of the way to deal with this,
you go public. That's why we have whistleblowers and give us affidavits. And you have witnesses
and give us affidavits. And they share with us, then quote, under oath, what they observed,
what they know. And also mailman and give us affidavits regarding post office conspire
with them to do backdating of the postmark. And all those are illegal, period. And those ballots
have to be tossed out. So what would happen if legal challenges
cannot all be resolved before the Electoral College vote on December 14th, or before January 20th?
Okay, actually, then each state legislature can make a decision. I go like this, okay,
state legislature actually can vote to select electors. And that means when they see this kind
of stuff going on, fraud, right? And they have to say, okay, we may not have time to order another
election. But we will certify Democrat electors are not legal representation of our state.
And we will select, let's say, 20 electors to represent our state. Legislature can do that,
state legislature. Founders envision this kind of stuff and give state legislature the power
to passing election laws, and also to elect electors or certify electors to elect the next
president. So what are the status of some of the very important litigations? I mean,
what are the next step plans, if you can share with us?
Next plan is you go to the court and have your witness testify under oath, and to get a court
decision. Once you get a court decision, then you can go back to preserve evidence, and also
to find additional evidence. Now, additional evidence will be such as, take a look at those,
you heard the 138,000 votes last minute, bumped in Biden's favor. And how many ballots back that
138,000 votes? And you have to find out. And why those ballots only, those voters only vote
one person, only one person, Biden, not even voted for the Democrat Senate candidate.
So this is statistically impossible. You have a bunch of votes come in and only vote for one
candidate. Usually, always the case, 20% goes to opposition candidate from a blue, blue county,
let's say. And so that's one issue. The other thing is voter registration. If you have a county,
voter registration is 100,000. But you have 120 people voted in that county.
You got that problem too, right? So those 138,000 in Michigan, that that bump should be tossed out.
And that's what we're looking for and looking at. And that's what we're going to ask for.
And once we show the judge, that's what we're dealing with.
I see. So media keeps saying that President Trump declares voter fraud without evidence,
or they say, oh, there's just sporadic cases here and there. It's not systematic fraud at all.
What would you say to that?
Read affidavits. Because voter fraud evidence, the witness, okay, the witness see what's going on,
swear an oath and under perjury penalty. I know a case in New Jersey, the guy did the same thing,
went to jail for 10 years. Then a judge will read affidavit, bring that person
to the court and ask additional questions under oath. The lawyer from both sides
can challenge the witness. Now you have evidence. And based on that evidence,
judge make a ruling. And after that ruling, and we were asking for remedies. So why don't we
let the process play out? What are they afraid of? That would be my counter.
So at this point, do you still see a path for President Trump to be reelected?
Absolutely.
Okay, great. So my last question to you today, Solomon, is actually about your personal
experience. You know, many millennials voted for the first time this year. Many of them actually
long for life in a socialist society. Some of them do not even oppose to the idea of communism
in America. We feel that it is because they don't know what socialism or communism is like.
You fled CCP-controlled China when you were a teen.
Can you share your own experience with us of what it's like to be living in a communist country?
Living in a communist country is like living in hell. And I would not want anybody to
go to China, a living communist China. And for one thing, there is no free speech.
And two, if you say something opposing government policy, you become a target.
So when you see this kind of stuff, and you see this kind of stuff happening in this country,
including AOC already made a threat to Trump supporters.
Yeah, blacklist.
Yeah, you will be blacklisted. I told her, I said, that's fascism. Okay, yeah. Today in communist
China, there is a scorecard, right? A credit card, right? If you don't follow the party talking
points or propaganda, if you're opposing party line, and you're getting lower score, it will
affect your jobs, and get on the airplane, and get a mortgage. So this is the kind of life I
escaped. And I don't want to go back to that kind of life. So to me, I'm fighting for everyone's
freedom as well as fighting for my own freedom. I escaped, and I have no place to go if we lose
this constitutional republic. And so do 71 million Americans supported Trump, and fought with me,
and for this election, or even for the last Trump election. So to me, hey, we have no place to go,
and stand up, and be counted. It's your freedom. By the way, Benjamin Franklin said, our founder,
it is your republic, and if you can keep it. So for that, we have to fight.
Now some people feel that, oh, it's not too bad. We're talking about democratic socialism,
not really socialism, or this is not the same as communism. What would you say to that?
I said, when you come to tell me what you can say, what you can't say, is a slippery slope
to hell of communism. And when that started, there is no end. Where is the end? Let me tell
you the story. 20 years ago, my first speech for my election as Republican National Committeeman
for Oregon was, political correctness is the cancer of this society. Okay, that was 20 years
ago. Wow. 20 years ago, my speech, that's how I got first elected to Republican National Committee.
And today, guess what? Trump talked about it, right? And other people talk about it.
Right now, you know why the polling place, the pollsters got so wrong? Because each time you
speak up, they call you what? Racists. They call you fascists, right? Now, I win this fight.
Okay. And usually I flip over and I told them, I judge them by the content of their character,
not their skin color. Okay, I can flip it. That's not an issue here. But most white people are so
scared. Okay, guess what? They don't want to be called racists or fascists. For that reason,
they don't even want to answer their pollsters calling, right? So that's why pollster use this,
say, ha ha, you're not going to answer the call. And we're going to announce overpouring Democrats
announce Biden is going to win this election by 14 points or 17 points. That's what happened.
Yeah. Yeah, I know. This is for people who have lived in communist countries,
I think they really can tell this situation as soon as they see it. So we see that people
who fled from Cuba, from Vietnam, from communist China, a lot of them are saying the same thing
as what you just said. Yes.
Yeah. Okay, well, thank you so much, Solomon, for giving this very important interview. I
think what we're talking about today is of utmost importance to the American people.
So thank you again for coming on to our program. Thank you.
Thank you. Keep up the good work. Bye. Thank you. Bye.
