Hello everyone!
This year, there have been many accidents in China,
although the government is trying to improve the level of safety.
The fire happened at a coal mine in the north of Shaanxi province,
the largest coal production area in China.
The worker escaped the accident by clinging to the water pipe and falling down.
Let's enjoy a cup of tea from the ancient Sung Do of Dam Thuy.
The tea has a fragrant, aromatic, sweet and deep taste.
The cup of tea is picked up early in the morning when the dew has just melted,
chosen from the last dew when the leaves have not yet opened.
There is a layer of golden shine.
The cup of tea retains the most precious things of the Sung Do of Dam Thuy.

On Thursday, November 16,
a fire broke out at the building of the coal mining company
in a northern Chinese city,
killing 2-6 people and injuring at least 38 people.
According to state media,
the rescuers were able to get dozens of people out of the building.
The building belongs to the coal mining company Yongzhu
and is located in Luoluang city, northern Shaanxi province,
a large coal production area in China.
Videos circulated on social media,
some of which were broadcast on the state's CCTV channel,
showed the fire and thick smoke coming out of a four-story concrete building.
Some people escaped from the building
by clinging to the water drain and falling.
According to the local media,
most of the victims were workers.
According to the local emergency management agency,
the fire was reported for the first time
at about 6.50 am on November 16,
and was put out in the middle of the same day.
CCTV reported that President Xi Jinping,
who is on a trip to the United States,
has called for an investigation into hidden risks
in major industrial sectors.
The fire happened while Xi was in San Francisco,
in the middle of the APEC summit.
He called for the protection of people's lives and property,
as well as for social stability in general.
The state media said that the authorities
had arrested some people who were said to be responsible for the fire
and an investigation is underway.
Local news agency Hongxin News reported
that the fire seemed to break out
in the area of a building with offices and offices.
Special industrial accidents are in coal mines,
which are relatively common in China,
although the government is trying to improve the level of safety.
Shanxi is China's leading coal-producing province
and is the center of government efforts
to reduce the dependence of the economy on coal.
Earlier on April 18, a horrific fire
occurred in a hospital in Beijing
that killed at least 21 people,
causing a stir on the Internet for the authorities.
People were accused of hiding information
from the patient's relatives.
China's social media platforms quickly
began monitoring after the fire
and state media did not mention the incident
until after 8 p.m.
The government's prevention of public discussion
has caused unrest and anger among netizens.
Although the incident happened in the afternoon,
state media in China did not mention the fire
until around 9 p.m.
The newspapers of Beijing Daily,
People's Daily, Global Times,
CCTV and other newspapers
did not provide any other information
or details other than
repeating the content of the official announcement.
Before the official media reported the fire,
many videos circulated on the Chinese social network
and the Twitter social network
showed black smoke swirling up
from the hospital building,
and people inside were hanging outside the window
to try to escape.
But these videos were quickly deleted
and discussions were suspended.
Such misinformation has affected
the patient's family in the hospital.
According to a later report
by the Chinese media platform Topnew,
some patients' families
did not know about the fire
in the Changfeng hospital until late at night.
Right after they knew,
they immediately ran to the scene
but were not told about their safety.
They said they had not received
any notice before about the fire from the hospital.
Videos circulating on social media
show people being stuck in the building
as if they had been forced out of bed
into ropes thrown down from the window
and stuck in these temporary ropes
to escape.
Others tried to escape
by standing on the ventilator
outside.
Later, the state media reported
that emergency teams had put out
a fire in the east wing
of the Changfeng hospital's ICU
and at least seven patients were rescued.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
On China's Weibo social network,
two topics related to the incident
are the fire in Beijing
and the deaths of 21 people,
and a fire that broke out
in a hospital in Beijing
and the deaths of 21 people.
The results of the hot topic search
for the deaths of 21 people
in the fire in Beijing
only showed posts
from recognized accounts
and official accounts.
Although it received a lot of attention
from the public,
it did not fall into the list
of the top 50 hottest topics
on Weibo.
According to public data,
interest in these two topics
plummeted to a mysterious
level at about 9 and 10 p.m.
On Weibo,
a user named Wenhao
posted a post on April 19
describing the unusual
number of views on the topic
of the fire in the Changfeng hospital
in Beijing.
At least four people were killed
and 49 others were missing
after a landslide
in the Inner Mongolia region
of northern China on Feb. 22
A sudden landslide
where vehicles were moving
caused dozens of workers
to be buried in an area
of about 500 meters
and 80 meters high.
Chinese leader Xi Jinping
then instructed the government
to conduct a search and rescue operation
on the site of the landslide.
However, the desperate efforts
to save others were temporarily interrupted
by two landslides.
The news agency said
more than 900 rescuers
had been transferred to the scene.
CCTV footage released
shows the moment the landslide
collapsed in the afternoon.
But from a distance,
a group of workers were crossing
a narrow passageway
when the landslide happened.
CCTV reported
that among the rescuers
was Ma Jianping,
who was interviewed by CCTV
from the hospital.
He said he saw the landslide
fall down the mountain
after he got to work.
He said,
When we realized the situation
was getting worse,
we organized a evacuation,
but it was too late.
Then the mountain collapsed.
The company was established
in 1999.
It is known that
no major accidents have occurred before.
According to the BBC,
labor accidents are not uncommon in China,
where industrial safety regulations
may be implemented.
In December 2020,
23 workers died
after a carbon monoxide explosion
at a coal mine.
In January 2021,
10 workers were killed
in a coal mine in Shandong.
According to the New York Times,
hundreds of people died
in coal mining accidents
in China every year,
although the safety of this industry
has improved significantly.
According to government data,
the number of people killed
in such accidents last year
was about 240 people,
which is much lower
than 2,600 people in 2009
Most cases of death
In 2020,
at least 16 people died
from carbon monoxide poisoning
after being trapped in a coal mine
in Chongqing, southwest China.
A few months later,
at least 23 people died
in another coal mine
in the same city.
Inner Mongolia has long been
China's main coal-producing region.
In 2021, the central government
ordered more than 70 coal mines
in the liberated area
of Chongqing to be closed
to the public.
According to the National Bureau of Statistics,
coal accounts for about 5-6%
of China's energy consumption
as of 2021
Industrial accidents
seem to be very common in China.
In January 2023,
the World Science Exhibition
of the Royal Society of England said
the explosion in the
Panjin-Haoyue-Chemical Oil Refinery
in Liaoning Province,
northwest China,
killed 5 people,
lost 8 and injured 30
According to Reuters,
the accident occurred
around 3.13 p.m. on January 15,
when workers were doing maintenance
at a chemical facility.
The fire was controlled the next day.
According to a report
by Insurance Journal,
based in San Diego,
since 2019
there have been
some minor accidents
related to the collapse
of the bridge in China.
Specifically, in July 2023,
an unbelievable collision
occurred on the Anhuang Expressway
in Sichuan, China.
Early on July 6,
a section of Bridge No. 6
from Guangzhou to Taichung
was suddenly collapsed,
causing two vehicles to move
down a few meters deep
and quickly explode.
Fortunately,
no one was killed.
After the accident,
traffic on the road
had to be cut off.
Related units
were quickly present
at the scene
to carry out
a rescue operation.
The video of the accident
posted on the Internet
shocked viewers.
From the video,
we can see that
a part of the bridge
was tilted up,
the other part fell down,
creating a large gap.
Under the bridge,
there is a stream that
may have been swept away
for a long time,
causing the bridge to be
loosened or broken,
finally leading to the collapse of the bridge.
On June 3,
at least 31 people were killed
in a fire in the village of An Giang,
Cai Xinta,
in Hanoi province,
killing 42 people,
according to the paper.
Around 8 p.m. that day,
the basic fire was out of control.
By about 11 p.m.,
all the remaining fires
were put out.
The fire burned
11,000 square meters
and directly damaged
more than 120 million people.
The fire also destroyed
several warehouses
in the warehouse area,
but there was no protection
and no warning.
Also in this province,
54 people were killed
when a building collapsed
in the outskirts of the capital
in April.
At about 12.30 p.m.
on September 28,
a house fire in the city
of Truong Xuan,
in Hanoi province,
caused many people
to run for their lives.
According to China's Sina website,
in the morning of July 19,
a building collapsed in Tien Tan,
causing a gas explosion,
killing 4 people
and injuring 13 people.
As a result,
the exterior walls
of residential areas
on the south side
from the 4th to the 6th floor
of the building collapsed
and the security windows
collapsed.
Tien Tan port city in the north
is also where one of the worst
industrial accidents in China
has happened in recent years.
In 2015,
a gas explosion in Tien Tan
caused nearly 700 people
to be injured,
including 173 people,
most of them firefighters
and police.

reported that passers-by
rushed to help passengers
get out of the gas pipe
at least 10 meters away,
but when the bus
plunged deeper into a larger lake,
passers-by began to retreat.
