hey everybody I'm uh Gabe Gentile with Tings I'm the production manager here this is Steven the CEO uh we just want to talk about kind of some things we're doing here at the shop a little differently things to make builds more efficient and get them out to the customers faster so if you look behind us it's a little messy right now that means we're working but uh this whole table is our new framing table we got this flat piece of Steel on the back which is where the bottom of the wall sits and then what we do is we frame the wall Square it put the inside material on and we pick it up and we place it right on the trailer where it's got to go everything gets screwed and nailed and glued down it's just speeding the process up for us and the customers as well yeah there's really three benefits to that the first one is it takes less time for us the second one is we can charge less for our builds and three and make sure everything's perfectly Square so that way you get a really really good framing uh and everything's square and it just looks a lot better and actually performs a lot better yeah so when everything's squared on the ground it's literally like putting uh puzzle together so if the walls are square here they get put up there and they screw together perfect everything's nice and tight there's no room for really human error and while the wall is down we're able to put the interior wall in cuz now we're building the homes from the inside out and that really helps out a lot with as far as time and also again quality yeah so I mean it helps a lot with the time is because now we got have people working on the inside and also we could have people working on the outside doing insulation wiring all that type of stuff so we're we're hitting one house twice instead of one house once and not only that each one of our homes are Noah certified which is ANC 11195 and it allows us to combine multiple inspections into one CU each one of these homes like I said are certified and they go through five inspections and the way we're doing it now just makes all that way way more efficient I'm a big fan of it I mean it's cut the time with the last couple we've done in half with walls and interior siding yeah and one of the biggest benefits again we mentioned in a previous video we've been trying to get ahead of the demand uh and get our scheduling together and this allows us to actually have inventory that you can pick from cuz we have different sizes different Flor plans different layouts but what will happen is someone from ourselveses team will actually show a video video of what we have available you can decide which one you like maybe a couple upgrades enhancements definitely pick the color you like we we'll bring it back into the warehouse paint it for you and then get it shipped out to you really quickly so if you're someone who needs housing very short very soon for an investment also or to live in full-time for yourself we can get it to really quickly so again this whole idea is just to kind of keep things streamlined yeah so if you have any questions you can email us at build tiny house listings.com or go to Tiny House listings.
