what's up everyone my name is stepen herrow I'm with tiny house listings and I wanted to give you a quick tour of this new lab that is rolled off the assembly line 16 foot uh we'll take you around the outside and we'll take you around the inside and just let you know this one is completed ready to go uh for you to purchase please forgive all the noise in the background the guys are in the there building away on tiny homes for our customers uh but yeah this is a lab that was just finished we love the color this was one of the 2023 colors of the year for Sherman Williams and we saw it came across it we thought it looked really really cool um but I just want to take it around and we've actually made a number of layout changes and some different things that we doing with this lad that I think you'll think are really cool but um one thing we're really starting to love and we're starting to do we've had some good feedback on this is installing this German siding uh in the past we were doing an LP siding there which was kind of like lap LP siding which we could do that for you as well but this has been sealed last you a very very long time just going around uh this is similar to all the other tiny houses we do but this one is is fully certified Noah nc11 19.5 certified which means you can put it on in basically just about any RV park any Tel Community speaking of which we have some Tel communities that we will be working on uh that we're going to going to go live here in 2024 early 2024 but uh there's a water hose spet outdoor light excuse me LED GFI outlet on the back we've got a 9000 BTU mini split there's a window right there backing up a little bit you can see that the whole thing is clad in lb sheet siding this is where you put your electrical on there Each corner has scissor Jacks for leveling that's where you put your uh your water for your black water and your gray water this is called our lab which stands for life after death we've sold a lot of these a lot of interest just because of the uh quality and I'm in my opinion they're very high quality and they're all certified and the price point is in my opinion the nicest and the best in the tiny house World let me zoom out a little bit you can see that this is the interior there's lots of things you can do for here you can put a futon here desk over here futon back there single bed double bed if you want it'll eat into your space if you do um but yeah there's lots of configurations we've seen people put a twin bed in the back small couch over here little coffee table table you could put a side table here if you can see right here on the wall we put an outlet there that way you can hang your TV if you want so if you're sitting back here you can kind of look over there's the mini split the whole house is clad in plywood ceiling and plywood walls another idea too we can do this for if you like is to build you can start all this in and come out a little bit farther and then go in at an angle there's all kinds of things we can build your a wardrobe here here wherever you want we can build all kinds of storage uh this was one of the design changes I was telling you about in the past we just had a kitchen going this way but now we have it coming out this way and your dorm style fridge would go underneath so you would have room over here to put a um trash can if you went on there extra storage the hot water heater is underneath here cabinets above one thing that has not been installed in this one yet which we will will be a l-shape um shelves that go across right here so that be even more storage for you when you're cooking you can bring stuff down plates whatever going into the bathroom is a flush toilet you can see behind there we have an outlet so if you want to do compost we can swap this out and put a compost in there for you here's another design change we thought was really cool we're doing different colors but here we're doing uh this new material I forget the name of it but it's really really nice looks kind of cool looks like marble and you look above there is a exhaust fan and if you look in other videos you can see this is same humidistat we use so when this you re you set the uh humidity level that you want and when that reaches in here and reaches that level it'll kick on another look that's a two burer induction cooktop this is a fully functional cooktop fully functional kitchen especially once we put the shelves in there I'm sorry we don't have those installed for you but in a upcoming video If You We Tour another lab we'll have one install for you so you can take a look but there is lots and lots of options especially here in the living area sleeping there lots of configurations over half the house is dedicated towards this there's your uh panel box so when you step back you can see fully functional house it's mostly designed for one person two people in a pinch um but yeah the lab which stand for
