Hi friends! Today I'm sharing 10 healthy toddler meal and snack ideas. Don't forget to subscribe
to our channel and also click the notification bell to stay updated on new videos. Now let's
get started. We love smoothies. To make this easy green protein smoothie you will need kale,
frozen mango, milk of choice, and almond butter. This is our favorite non-dairy milk for Ella
because it has 8 grams of protein per serving, calcium, and DHA omega-3 fats which are important
for brain and heart health. To start, wash and devein the kale. Add all ingredients to a blender
and blend until creamy. We really like this toddler cup for smoothies to prevent spills
and I will link all of our favorite eating and kitchen gear below in the video description box.
On the weekends I love to make super seed blueberry waffles. I often make a big batch
and then store in the fridge and then we have waffles we can easily toast and enjoy throughout
the week. To make these waffles you will need rolled oats, water, banana, an egg or a vegan
egg replacement such as a flax egg, olive oil, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and flax seeds,
and blueberries. Add all of your ingredients into a blender except the blueberries and then blend.
Pour batter into a waffle maker and top with blueberries. Serve as you like. For Ella we cut
into sticks and top with almond butter. This is one of Ella's favorite snacks. Blueberries which
are rich in antioxidants and pumpkin seeds which have protein, fiber, healthy fats, and zinc which
supports immune health. I buy organic raw pumpkin seeds. When Ella was younger I would squash the
so they would be easier for her to eat but now that she is older and has more teeth
she's able to consume the blueberries just as they are. Another favorite is yogurt. We love this dairy
free almond milk yogurt from Kite Hill. It has 11 grams of protein, no added sugar, and probiotics.
We buy the unsweetened and the unsweetened vanilla which is also really delicious.
Greek yogurt is easier for toddlers to eat than traditional yogurt because it's thicker and it
sticks on a spoon better. I mix in some cinnamon and she also loves yogurt with a side of blueberries.
Hummus roll-ups are a big win in our house. I take a tortilla, add some hummus, cut into strips,
and roll into smaller bite-sized pieces. These are the tortillas that we often eat as a family.
They're made with either almond or cassava flour so they are gluten-free
but any tortilla will work and this is our current go-to hummus.
Pesto pasta is one of our family favorites. The pasta is made from legumes so it's high
in protein and gluten-free. The pesto is dairy free and full of healthy fats and nutrients.
I shared the full recipe for this pesto pasta on our YouTube channel already
so I will put a link below for that recipe video below in the video description box.
My daughter loves chia pudding. This is made with one cup of non-dairy milk and one quarter cup
of chia seeds. Stir together and then let set in the fridge for four hours. I top with cinnamon
and she sometimes likes fruit mixed in or on the side. Another snack we love is avocado toast.
I start with a piece of bread, lightly toasted, then mash a ripe avocado. Spread avocado on top
of toast and I cut into little sticks that my daughter can easily grab and enjoy.
These spinach muffins are a favorite in our house. They're made with just a few simple
ingredients that you add to a blender, blend, and then bake. I've also shared this full recipe
on our YouTube channel already which I will link below in the video description box.
I make a big batch of these muffins every single week. Oatmeal is a breakfast staple in our house.
Our go-to recipe is organic rolled oats, water, banana, hemp seeds, almond or peanut butter,
and cinnamon. Start by adding the oats and the water into a pot and cook on the stovetop.
Then add your toppings and enjoy. I got a little carried away with the amount of almond butter
I added onto this oatmeal when filming. We would not give Ella such a large serving of
almond butter but we do add a little dollop and we mix it in. For more details on the recipes,
meals, and snacks I shared with you today and also on our favorite eating and kitchen gear,

watching today and for subscribing to our channel. I hope you guys are having a great day and I will
see you in the next video. Bye!
