Highlights: AZ - PSV | Eredivisie 2023/2024

Is AZ able to compete with PSV That is actually the big question before this match PSV wants to win all their matches without exception And regularly also with impressive numbers Will it be PSV's 16th victory in the first 16 matches of the season Perfectly after the first 15 league matches just like in the 87-88 season Black ball loss of Pokoe So PSV might immediately take action with Tilman He's already been sitting there almost the whole time That you couldn't allow What Pokoe will say about it Where are you going Wille Wolffen And what is this Verhulst is there in contact Hichler sees no infringement by the AZ goalkeeper against Tilman But Hichler does say we will wait a moment The video referee should just take a look at this What a crazy move from the team Great left back This seems like a kick from Verhulst to Tilman's shins Yes Hichler is going to the screen This could end up being a penalty He's late Verhulst Thinks he can still kick the ball away But yes there is Tilman already And then it becomes a strap That's how it is Is this an extremely false start It is an extremely false start It mainly begins with Wille Wolff Luke de Jong could score the 100th Eredivisie goal for PSV this year Luke de Jong and it's 0-1 No error from the mark PSV is leading in Alkmaar How is AZ dealing with this setback They are not doing very well at all Last week a very tough match was played against Almere It was ultimately won with a score of 4-1 AZ did not perform strongly last Thursday Against Legia Warsaw And then against a PSV in top form Schouten Saibari Tilman was there already Luke de Jong What a beautiful goal It's 2-0 already And then we are 11 minutes away It's extremely easy But that's just because PSV is really good here Luke de Jong can be played Bazoer Martins Indi AZ should naturally do a bit more in a defensive manner And what a start for the leader 0-2 Tilman Weer good Dest Luke de Jong at the second post It 's already 0-3 He does it himself No cross at all He shoots him past Verhulst in the far corner Serginho Dest First goal of the season for Dest He hadn't scored in the competition yet Everything that PSV does in attack turns to gold in the first 16 minutes of this match There is no tension whatsoever in this edition of AZ-PSV Saibari He has such a nice acceleration Balband under the body Still well shot And a great save by Verhulst Tilman Saibari takes the ball nicely Now it's really on I wanted to say It's just a few centimeters But time and again PSV gets the chance to do what it wants Continuing to create opportunities Veerman You will be caught again The referee does not consider this a violation in the case of the Muller wolves I'm sure you would have held on as well It's hard to watch in this situation He has clearly stated his opinion Peter Bos When PSV starts it creates chances Oh so easy Til En Luc de Jong That is a lovely ball And the rescue with great effort from Verhulst Good pass Van Guus Til Close to his second goal in this match Luc de Jong Now with his head Til Achter Tilman But here also Saibari And de Jong Contradictory inside And 0-4 Luc Scanderen is a supporter of PSV The ball is on target again after 10 minutes in the second half Excellent cross from Saibari And a wonderful ball of course for Luc de Jong It's already in the air And then perfectly counterattacking By the tip of PSV It's 0-4 within the hour Pavlidis extends Wins the head-to-head against Veerman Substitution by Brederode Pavlidis not out of play Pavlidis is playing in the backline And is almost there With the perfect ball on the pitch A serious chance for AZ Actually the first step this evening Pavlidis clever here Because there's not much space There's a foot in between The first supporters are already going home A quarter of an hour early So AZ is being pushed back again With still more than 10 minutes to go Wakayoko Van Aanholt Hart took the shot from Aanholt It is the 32nd Eredivisie match In line for PSV Where it doesn't lose Since January 24th Van Aanholt Beautiful lark Destination The intervention of Verhulst No control by Van Aanholt Van Vlidis He was a matchwinner last season In Eindhoven In the last game of the first season itself De Wit is clearly preparing for Sugawara The Japanese player would normally have taken the ball Maybe even given it to him Now he's going for his own chance Dan is out for the season in Alkmaar Stays at 0-4 Unstoppable The team of Peter Bos Certainly not in their own country 16 matches played 16 matches won And a lead of 10 points Number 2 Feyenoord At the start of the winter break
